    Definitely one of the best technicians out there! Hes very professional and very knowledgeable about his job. Hes very respectful and explained to me how each components work and even showed me a picture of it. Hes straight to the point and told me the pros and cons of having the obsolete and new conversion of the garage door parts. He also told what the warranty does and does not cover. Plus he gave me a military discount. Also he worked with my schedule and installed the parts smoothly. He also worked with me regarding my financial status. Lastly he worked above and beyond!

    Technician Phil brooks deserves Recognition for her services !This is our 2nd Service call for the same reason on our garage. After the first technician left I was feeling very uneasy with his repair service. Very quick he assessed and very quickly fixed what I thought was the issue and with a big bill!! Sure enough 2 months later it broke again. I was very hesitant and concerned with using the samecompany again.The 2nd service call technician was Phil Brooks. I cannot say enough about how professional Phil was. It was New Year’s Day at 4 o’clock, and he spent over 45 minutes, inspecting everything trying to find what actually is the problem. At that point I felt very confident he was going to correctly fix the problem this time .Phil is excellent at his job and a very kind patient man. He explains everything and listens to his customers and validates our concerns. He deserves a promotion!

    Jordan did awesome work on our garage door. He explained what was causing the problem with the sensors and replaced them. He also showed the rusted and broken wheels on the door that was causing issues. We had him replace them too. Our door now works great and is so much quieter. We would recommend Jordan to anyone who needs help with their garage doors.
