    I called Costco to ask about countertops. The very next day I received a call from Contractor Source and they sent out Maureen Mulvaney that afternoon. She was awesome, knowledgeable and even told me I probably wouldn’t need to change out my current backsplash once the countertops were changed. She brought in some samples..told me where to view my choices and kept in close contact. Installation was scheduled and everything was done in 2 days. Installation one day, plumbing hook up the next. No mess.. very little down time. No damage to paint, back splash, tile! So easy and I even get a Costco shop card. I am very happy with my decision.

    Contacted theses folks thru Costco to replace our kitchen counters and sink. Cut down of counter and reconstructed electrical and plumbing. One stop shop!!. We are so happy with this entire experience. Great organization, communication, and timely. We will be using this company for our future needs. I’m pretty hard to please but thy knocked it out of the park. I’m in live with my house again.

I was scared because of the horror stories Ive read from other companies but I sure am glad and pleased they were the ones to make my kitchen look beautiful.     We were measured on Monday and the install of the kitchen and three bathrooms were awesomely installed on Thursday of the same week. Best experience with home improvement we have ever had. Maureen was so helpful in picking out counter tops and explaining the good and bad of each stone. We would recommend them to every one. Simply the best.

    As a homeowner renovating 2 bathrooms at the same time, I needed quality products fast. The Contractor Source sales team helped me put together a set of cabinets and countertops that made great use of the space I had.     We were very pleased with our experience with Costco’s Contractor for our kitchen countertops. We worked with Gary Foy and are so happy with our choice of Dekton! The installers did a great job and I highly recommend going this route for countertops. And we get a gift card from Costco to do Christmas shopping, win-win!

    When we shop for big project items, we think; price, quality and service. When coming to our kitchen remodel project, Contractors Source scored on the top for all three.We quoted all the usual suspects (the big box stores and local vendors) and Contractor Source smoked them all on price. This is one company you want to be quoting if you are doing a home remodel.The quality of the cabinets and especially the counters were unmatched by their competitors. We got the highest level/quality of countertops in the industry, and you guessed it – at the best price BY FAR. I think if you shop around, you will find that Contractors Source’s pricing and quality will not be beat!And finally, the service! First, you will find that the big box stores will quote you 12 or 16 weeks at least. Contractors Source – they were in and out of our place in 2 weeks – that’s right – 2 weeks! So now for a couple of shout outs – first, Maureen was outstanding for the sales piece of the process. She was absolutely great to work with, always got back with us quickly on our many questions and was great at helping us pick out the final products including meeting us at the tile store to shop for backsplashes. Kudos to Maureen for helping us through the process. And lastly, Craig, our project manager. He worked around an elevator issue we had and rescheduled his team to still hit the 2 weeks they had quoted on the installation. I know there were a lot of moving pieces for Craig to deal with, but he got the job done, on time and with great results!Bottom line, you can’t go wrong with Contractors Source for your next remodel job.     Contractor Source did an OUTSTANDING job on my home office renovation. I wanted something that I could be inspired by everyday and asked the team to also help me display my nostalgic items that I enjoy looking at in glass cases while working. After asking to also mount a flat screen frame TV as part of the job, Contractor Source came up with a FANTASTIC plan to help me make the entire set up look like a built in cabinet display case. Highly recommend this team for interior design and remodeling work. First class professionals who are kind, friendly and truly a pleasure to work with! They will make your vision come to life!

Truly an A+ job - from initial phone call, to the in-home consultation, and finally the installation, it all went off without a hitch. Our renovation included installation of a new gas range but measurements were about 1/4 off. We contacted Maureen and she sent a technician and voila...our new stove now fits.     From the moment that the sales team came to our house we knew we were dealing with an awesome company. Ramona was amazing to work with. The sales team, the installers, and the plumber were professional and incredibly kind. The entire process of removing the old countertops to installing new ones and a brand new kitchen sink took a total of two days. I added them to my list for Quotes.After getting quotes from 3 different suppliers I picked Costco ie Spraggins (Contractor Source) The people I delt with there with from customer service, installation crew , to the plumber, all were professanl ,courteous, and knew their job.     As Costco members we looked into their countertop services for our project. We are so happy we did. From start to finish it was just over one month. Got our call back right away after my initial call. Then Gary came out with samples for our space. We also set an appointment the following week at the warehouse to look at larger slab samples. After we chose our material and color, Scott came to do meticulous measurements. It was about an hour but definitely worth it to take the time he needed. Maureen coordinated with the install and any issues. Then removal and install was about 6 hours for the kitchen and two bathroom countertops and sinks. Craig came by this week to address minor issues and all is perfect. So happy we worked through Costco and Contractor Source for this project. Best yet, just got the 1% Costco shop card!

    Countertops look great and came in cheaper than 2 other estimates thanks to Costco. Install was very messy and there was a problem with the measure that required different backsplashes to be cut but they did return with recuts the same day around 7pm and worked until 9 pm. I got Dekton countertops installed into my new kitchen.Their sales person (Bob) was professional from start to finish, even with my kitchens specific needs. He was very patient trying to get me a product I was happy with within my budget.The template guy (forgot his name) who came out for the exact measurements was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Every measurement is done with laser precision, and the countertops could not have been made to fit any better.Finally, the installers (forgot both their names) were on time, polite, and did the job with no mess or hassles.THIS IS HOW WORKING WITH CONTRACTORS SHOULD ALWAYS BE!!!!Thank you for giving me a zero headache process. My wife and I were so impressed - Alex even cleaned up the stone so well afterward; there wasn’t an ounce of stone dust to be had on the finished product.You know, determining how good is a company is not necessarily defined by doing every job perfectly. Nobody’s perfect and we shouldn’t expect them to be. What better defines how good is a company is how they handle their mistakes. That speaks to the soul of a company.They did a superb job handling our problem. Jose, Pablo, Alex, Craig, Maureen - all of them handled their jobs professionally, with great attitude and a desire to satisfy the customer needs. That’s taking pride in their work. When our mistake happened, they immediately responded with concern, understanding, compassion and a desire “to make it right.” The job turned out amazing. But what resonates with me more than just doing a great job, is the manner in which they conducted themselves in handling a mistake with professionalism and with positive attitude.We love our countertop and backsplash!!!!!
