    Had these folks come out to replace distribution box on septic system. Concrete was crumbling and the bottom was almost completely gone. When they arrived, I ask them about 2 corrugated pipes in the back of my property. They fully explained what they were and how they needed to be corrected. Took care of that while they were here. They followed up a day or so before and showed on time, completed the work and were good to work with. 💯 recommend.

    Buckeye Plumbing and Drains are the company that you want to call - they did a great job and quote was for far less than their competition.Their guys were here when they said they would be, and they worked quickly and well. Im very glad I asked them for a quote!

    Recently had Buckeye Plumbing and Drains out to our newly purchased restaurant to get our grease traps up to speed and get started on a schedule for regular cleanings. We were able to schedule in very quickly, our plumber was super responsive to phone calls and our schedule, did the job very fast, was kind and friendly, great price, plus our traps look as good as new! I appreciate the great work they did and am glad they are the place we picked!

    Jeff was great! I had work at 2 locations on the same street that needed done, and he was quick and efficient! He showed up early, was very friendly, and got everything done in only 3 hours! Not to mention this was a same day appointment! Very reasonable prices, no annoying upsells, and all around a great experience! Ill be calling these guys for all my plumbing projects in the future!

    We have only been at our home for 2 1/2 years and we’re getting ready to set up our septic system pump out next week. However, we came home to toilets backing into our shower. We called 10+ businesses and no one could come out day of service without an outrageous fee. Jarrod was just getting back to the office to check out for the day, and was willing to help us out! He drove over an hour, and was very educational throughout the whole process! We highly recommend Buckeye Plumbing and Drain after our fantastic experience!!

    I had a great experience with these guys. Very helpful and responsive. I had a new bath fixture I needed installed in an old porcelain tub as well as a couple of other plumbing maintenance needs. They did a great job!Were accommodating of my request to remove shoes in the house. They were mindful of keeping their masks on while working inside the home. And all around very pleasant to work with. Becky who I scheduled through was wonderful in answering all my questions.Very reasonable price as well! Would highly recommend!

    As others have said, filled out the form for service, in my case septic pumping, they called me back within an hour or so and came out the next day. Noel was very nice, very polite and very informative.I grew up in the city with water and sewer so wells and septic are not something I have had much experience with. He showed me a couple maintenance tasks I could do, cleaning a filter and changing which half of the leech field gets used. Turns out we had never changed it after it was installed, so we have only ever really used one half of it. He mentioned they could do it with a maintenance plan, but only after he showed me how I could do it. And he only mentioned the maintenance plan once. No pressure sales tactics, etc.I would highly recommend them. I will probably have an update next week, they are also coming out to shock our well which is something we have wanted to get done for a while.

    We discovered that our hot water heater was leaking two days before we were supposed to leave on vacation. We contacted Buckeye Plumbing & Drains, they came the next day and fully replaced our old hot water heater with a new high-efficiency gas hot water heater. They were highly responsive, professional, courteous and reasonably priced. We will be using them for all of our future plumbing needs in our house as well as at a commercial property that we own. I cant recommend them enough. Its difficult to find contractors who do great work and are trustworthy. Buckeye Plumbing & Drains delivers both!

    I called this company late one evening because of a septic tank back up. They arrived the next morning. Troy called me while he was on his way to my house. I couldn’t be there because of work. He asked a few questions about my system and told me he would take care of it. A few hours later we talked on the phone. He explained how bad the situation was. There were many issues that he went above and beyond the normal pump out to fix. I really wish I could have been there to thank him for everything he did. He could have added many “add-on” charges for his extra work but he did not. This is exactly the type of company that I will use forever. I want to let everyone know that you will not be disappointed with the true quality and caring that comes from Buckeye Plumbing & Drains

    Scheduled a time for their work, and they showed up on time and gave notice 30 minutes before arrival. The 2 guys were super friendly and did great work! We will use their services again if needed.

    I had water appearing on my basement floor from an unknown backup and originally called Eco Plumbers in to take a look. They determined the problem (corroded pipe under the slab), but the their estimate was astronomical. I called Buckeye, Jeff took a look at it and gave me an estimate LESS THAN HALF of Eco. Then, he called me on the phone the next day to tell me they were going to actually lower that estimate a bit more! It took a little while to get on their schedule, but once they started the job, they were awesome. When the project looked like it might get more complex and expensive than anticipated, Jeff and Noel came up with an ingenious solution that saved me quite a lot of money and looked great. What would have truly cost a fortune with Eco was about one-third of that with Buckeye - incredible. These guys WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU, and they are true professionals. They have my business for life and I would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone.

    What a fantastic experience. On time even with snow, and diagnosed the problem quickly. Very personable people, fixed only what was needed and priced extremely fair. I have found a new plumber.     Saturday morning we had a backup of the main drain line. Kevin came out that morning, diagnosed the problem, ran a camera up the main drain to confirm the diagnosis, and cleared the problem - all in less than an hour. Fast, efficient, responsive, knowledgeable, and very personable, he explained every step of the process and answered every question. I will definitely call Buckeye Plumbing & Drain for all my future plumbing needs.

    When searching on the internet for a plumber in the area, this company popped up. After reading through their website and their About page, I decided to give them a try and am so glad I did. I am a single parent and needed a solution to a leak that I couldnt figure out. Jimmy was extremely polite and professional. He found the problem and fixed it. The cost of the repair was reasonable. Will definitely call again if I need a plumbing repair in the future and highly recommend them if you are searching for a honest and fair plumber.

    I have a ranch house thats built on a slab Jimmy and the guys at Buckeye have came out to my house twice to do my Plumbing when no other plumbers would answer the phone or would take the job they had to Jackhammer my kitchen floor to run new hot water lines and here recently they just replace my water service great customer service and a great price
