    We used Centurion Homes for our basement remodeling project. They have done an excellent job completing it timely. Their team, carpentry, drywall, HVAC, Electrician, flooring, finishing and painting and hardware all did an exceptional and quality workmanship. Chris and Aaron always kept us up to date with their weekly schedules. We would highly recommend them for any of your residential projects.

    We had such a great experience with these guys start to finish. They were so professional and so were every single one of their contractors. They were especially good at keeping us up to date so we always knew exactly where we were in the process and what to expect each day.     Centurion Homes was exactly what we were looking for. Professional, well organized, and took care of all the hassle we didnt want to deal with. We had them finish our basement approx 1300 sq/ft. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, laundry room, and family room with kitchenette.Aaron and Chris were great to work with and easy to communicate with. Any last minute changes we made were taken in stride and if any if the changes we made affected the budget they were quick to let us know the new cost. It took 2 1/2 months to complete, which was what they had told us. All the laborers who came into in the home were respectful and kind.

    Based on our son’s recommendation of Centurion Homes, we decided to have them do a kitchen and master bath remodel of our 20-year-old home. Both Aaron and Chris were great to work with, and we appreciated that they were only a quick text away if something came up during the process. I consider myself a perfectionist, which I know can be hard for others to work with, but Centurion even occasionally passed me in their attention to detail. Every tiny flaw was noted and corrected.     Moving from California to Utah it was challenging to find a reputable basement contractor. We did the usual Yelp, Angies List, and Google searches and came up with 6 we felt we should meet with.Out of the six contractors one was too busy another forgot about us. Down to four, two contractors just put together a simple one page bid based on the square footage I gave them. To us this lacked details and they seemed reluctant to put much effort into actually visiting our new home to generate a bid and discussing ideas.Down to two contractors, Centurion caught our attention as they were quicker to respond to all of our questions, to visit our home and provide suggestions for building a better basement while the other builder seemed to be newer in the basement industry and it took several messages to get them to visit our home though they finally did. Both bids came in about the same price but we decided to use Centurion they were more responsive, had more options for us to decide on and we liked that they have been using the same sub-contractors for several years. Hope this helps, meet with Centurion you won’t be disappointed.

    My experience with Centurion Building Solutions was impressive. They took professional care of each think they worked on. They made suggestions without pressure. They let you keep what you had but had an allowance built in the bid in case you needed to replace an item. They stuck to their bid and if you wanted to make an adjustment they let you know up front the cost difference so there were no surprises at the end. Things turned out beautifully, I got more lights, more counter space, new sink and more cabinets, which was my goal..

    I looked around a ton for the best contractor and they exceeded my expectation. They were the easiest to work with. I have a crazy busy schedule and work all day but they worked everything around me. They made sure if something were to come up they would have everyone that needed to know, know. The final product was amazing and it was done quicker and a good amount under budget as well. Which is a perk for sure! Everything was very organized. You could tell they wanted to help and do all they could for me and it showed in the final product. I would recommend in a heart beat!!!

    After getting several bids for our basement remodel, we decided to move forward with Centurion. Aaron was very professional in evaluating what we needed and put together 3 levels of remodel to make the remodel options easy to select. Once moving into project, Chris sent weekly updates and kept us informed every step of the way and was very responsive. We knew when to expect each phase of the project, there were no surprises. They were very patient if there were any revisions to be made. I would highly recommend Centurion to friends and family and would most definitely use them again for any future projects.     This is the second time we have used Centurion Homes for a remodeling project. This time we had them remove our chimney and two fire places and install a bay window in its place. They removed a wall, opening up the kitchen and living room. We also had them upgrade our kitchen with new countertops, backsplash, flooring, lights and painted cabinets. Aaron and Chris made the entire process go smoothly. They answered all of our questions, made suggestions and helped us get the house we wanted. We couldnt be happier and have recommended them to friends. The subcontractors were great to work with and said that they also like working with Chris and Aaron. These guys are the best.

    We contracted with Centurion in the spring of 2021, and were given an estimate of 7 months. There were a few hiccups along the way, but seven months later we were able to move back into our remodeled space and the addition on schedule. They have also been great to work with when things didnt quite go according to plan or when there were problems. Chris was especially good at keeping us in the loop and making sure we are pleased with the results. There have been some straggler tasks that took longer than expected, but the bulk of the work was done on schedule and within budget.

    Centurion Homes wrapped up a basement finish project for us at the end of 2021. They’ll stand out against other contractors from the very first meeting. They were thorough collecting notes, listening, and taking measurements which led to a more realistic quote. Our Project Manager was very responsive to questions we had throughout the process and did well at keeping us in the loop. As with most things right now, construction material availability can be a challenge. Centurion did an admirable job working through these hurdles to minimize delays. Final product looks great. Centurion definitely has our recommendation.

He was very receptive to our ideas and offered good suggestions.Once the plans were finalized the work started. Some changes that we wanted to me made after the work commenced were also readily accommodated.Throughout the whole process Centurion Homes readily communicated with us regarding the work status and various next steps. When we had some questions, Chris readily addressed them.The work was completed at a steady pace, and we are extremely happy with how the basement has turned out.

    We had several bids for our basement project. Centurions bid was the most detailed bid including several references. Their bid was somewhere in the middle of all the bids price wise. They also gave us upgrade options with prices.Their sub contractors were awesome. I believe Centurion hires the best sub contractors. Everyone was so helpful and patient with us as we changed our minds and went different directions with the project. There were some minor issues, but they were resolved very quickly.The bottom line here is, I would recommend them to any one at any price range as they definitely have the expertise to handle anything.Thank you Centurion for the absolutely fantastic work on our behalf.Barb & George

    I had my basement finished by Centurion and am more than happy with the end results. Working with Chris and Aaron was a great experience. It took just over 2 months for them to finish 1850 square feet of space - 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, 1 utility room, and a game room. They were great giving me a lot of options and very attentive to my input during the process. In the end it came out better than I had expected. I plan to use them again for any future needs and will recommend them to anyone I can.

    We finished our basement with Centurion and we recommend them to all of our neighbors! Only charged what they said they would, other than changes that we ourselves made, which they were great about accommodating. They also insisted on fixing aspects of the project that we missed, making the end result more than we could have hoped! Great communication and wonderfully considerate. So happy we made the investment. We will come to them for any future construction needs!

    We were so thrilled with how Centurion handled our home exterior renovations. Chris and Aaron were always quick to respond, good humored, totally up front, and thoroughly professional. They took our last-minute changes in stride (and even the changes that came after the last minute!), and couldnt have been easier to work with. All the subcontractors were well-mannered, respectful, and did great work. All in all, the project ended up better than we had hoped, and they stuck to the quote they provided first--no surprise budget blowouts! Well be using Centurion again for the next round of work on the house.

    Kudos to Aaron Schauers and Centurion Homes and their crew! They recently did some upgrades on my parents home in preparation for selling it. We were very impressed by their attention to the style and detail that would help sell the house. They remodeled two bathrooms, totally tore down and recreated a new basement bathroom (including moving all the plumbing), painted the entire main floor, and fixed plumbing and electrical issues throughout. We felt like they were very accommodating to our preferences and best of all...they actually showed up when they SAID they would!...unlike many other companies. We are VERY pleased with the results and sold the home within one week of listing!

    We had them finish out our basement, they did a great job with the planning and getting started in a timely manner. We started the project in August and they started construction in September and finished the job before the end of November. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process. They were in constant communication via email and text to keep us updated on every step. If we had questions or needed to change anything there were quick to answer or would get back to us if they didnt have the answer right then. We love how it all came together and would use them again for any remolding work on our home.

After providing them the floorplan and a couple visits to go over the bid and details of the price it was a easy decision to go with Centurion Homes. Their bid was not just a quote but actual cost. It was refreshing to know our budget and stay within it. We made some changes deciding to do some of the finishes ourselves.     We just had our basement finished by Centurion and we couldnt be happier. From the very beginning, they set themselves apart from the other contractors that provided us an estimate. During the initial estimate, Aaron was professional and friendly (qualities that he would continue to exhibit throughout the entire build.) Additionally, and what I appreciated the most above all of the other contractors, the quote that they provided was detailed and itemized and made us feel very comfortable that there would not be any hidden costs and we would get exactly what we wanted. They were also very patient with us and were flexible when we needed to make changes and, even with those changes and disruptions, they were still very close to meeting their original deadline.
