    Ted and his team were great! We just bought a house and needed the sewer line repaired. Ted quick to come and help with an estimate for the work during the inspection period and once we became the owners it was super easy to get scheduled.They replaced our sewer pipe in under 5 hours and were very patient in answering my questions to make sure I understood what was happening.I wish I had taken a before picture because there was a nice hole and dirt pile and some branches that had to get cut off a tree and looking outside now, you wouldn’t even know they had been here!!10/10 would recommend!!!UPDATE: Casey came back today to finalize the inspection with the city and everything passed without an issue. He also unclogged a rain gutter for us and even let me watch over his shoulder as I’m a very curious new homeowner. This crew’s patience is unmatched and they did a great job communicating about scheduling. Thanks again Royal Flush team!

    Great experience working with Royal Flush from start to finish having my mainline pipe replaced from the street. Was able to have my issue looked at quickly, provided informed options, and had good communication with the office surrounding scheduling. Had three bids and the was able to get a reasonable price.     I wonderful experience, from the assessment/bid of the issue to the work being completely in a timely manner. My whole house needed to be repiped and the crew that helped did the work efficiently but also took the time to walk me through the process, including what to expect with the county and needed next step with an electrician.     Royal flush had great customer service and we really felt that they wanted to help us find the best, long term solution for our home. They had great ideas to turn a emergency sewer repair into upgrading the basement to be the most functional. They answered all of my questions very patiently and throughly and helped us understand our entirety homes plumbing. Their price was very similar to two other estimates we received, but their work was all inclusive (which others didn’t offer). MOST IMPORTANTLY they did all of the work in 1 day!!!! It was incredible! They left our yard looking great for the size of the hole they dug. Our only disappointment was that the next day the tree next to where they dug the hole fell over. I understand the hole had to be dug, but wish they would’ve communicated that the tree roots were damaged and it might’ve been a concern.Overall we were happy with their speed, quality and affordable service. Would definitely recommend!

    Had a leaking pipe in the crawlspace - emergency situation. Dave took my call, and said a plumber would visit mid-afternoon.Casey called around 1 PM to advise he was on his way. He and his assistant Juan were exceedingly professional and friendly, and had the leak fixed way sooner than I expected.I had 2 other problems which I explained to Casey while he was on site. He quickly replaced the leaking stopper assembly in the master bathroom. We sat together reviewing replacement options for a leaking, obsolete kitchen faucet that would have been too expensive to repair. The replacement faucet arrived today, I notified Casey, and he installed the new faucet promptly after arrival.3 problems solved over the course of a couple of days, at a very reasonable price.Dont waste time calling around. Royal Flush will get it done right the first time, professionally and courteously.Highly recommended.

    They were on-time and very professional and friendly. They asked questions about how I wanted things to be installed with the tankless water heater and did everything I had asked for.     Kim is an angel in disguise. I called because the trap under my sink was clogged. Of course the kitchen is out of commission until you have a sink. Within 2 hours she had a plumber here.     Had an issue with a utility sink pipe that made it so we could not use our washing machine, so we were hoping to get the work done ASAP. I called Royal Flush and Kim was extremely helpful, telling me that she would contact her workers in my area to confirm they could stop by - two plumbers were at my house within the hour! They were able to both replace the pipe as well as make some necessary upgrades and provide some insights as to why they were needed. Both gentleman were incredibly nice and personable.     L feel so lucky to have picked Royal Flush for my plumbing issue. I discovered I had a water leak at my main water line coming in from the street to my house. I got 3 quotes and Royal Flush was by far the best price with the best customer service. They were the only quote that I received where they did a complete assessment of the problem by crawling under my house and really giving me a clear picture of what needed to get done. The other plumbers just did a street level inspection without bothering to look any further.So I called to confirm that I wanted to use them and by the next day, they had a crew on site at 8am ready to get the job done. They were on time and very professional. There was a small problem that I discovered later that day and they rushed out with a complete crew to get it fixed. And they did. It was great. I appreciate the owner, Teddy, responding to me so quickly, coming over to my house to check things out, and then getting the crew on-site. I couldnt ask for anything more. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues.

    I called Royal this afternoon for an issue we were having with our toilet not draining. Right away they were super friendly and helpful on the phone, I told them the issues I was having and they told me they would have someone out to check it out. Not even an hour later and they were at my door! Ted promptly looked it all over and told me what he would do if it was his and I agreed. I thought then I would be then scheduled for a later time but instead they jumped right on it and had it done in less than two hours and had us back up and running!     I reached out to these guys because my real estate agent highly recommended them, and they gave a quote that was nearly half the other quotes with more information and a clearer scope. I felt like I was back in the Midwest working with my neighbor. These guys were honest, very responsive, no nonsense, and did excellent work. They also worked hard to avoid as much damage to my landscaping as they could while replacing the entire sewer line from street to house.     4.5 starsRicardo came out to do our plumbing job today. He was so friendly and upbeat, a really nice person to have working in our home. He took his shoes off every time he came in and out of the house, and was very polite. The job took less time than I expected, and I was very happy with that. He cleaned up, explained how the new parts work, and went on to his next customer.I had a 2 hour window in which he was expected to arrive, but a half hour before that window closed, I had a call from the office saying hed be a little late. I wish I had known earlier so I could have done something more with my day, but overall, that wasnt enough to take away a star from my rating.The office scheduler was very friendly. We both had forgotten the date and scheduled the job for a holiday. She called me back and got me in the first available time slot on the next day they were open.I am glad I found a plumbing company that I can call on if needed.

    We would HIGHLY recommend Royal Flush to anyone looking for fair quotes, integrity and efficiency. We received a very competitive quote from Mike for a sewer line replacement. He called back in 5 mins, and made it out to the house same day to assess the work. He gave us a detailed explanation of the problem and process to replace. We were sold on the quick turn around and 10 year warranty. While the line was being replaced we found the water main was rusted out and leaking. Mike cleared his schedule for the next day and completed that unforeseen job in a single day so we could get the house on the market. While the issues we faced were upsetting, the assistance Royal Flush provided made the process as painless as possible.

    Cannot say enough good about Eric and this company. Had a problem that another plumber completely screwed up. Royal Flush, though busy, had an opening and came out sooner than we expected. Eric was late because of a problem at another job, but found a problem that had literally just happened, diagnosed our original problem, and stayed late to fix it all and clean up the mess the other company made. When he needed supplies he did not have on his truck, the owner of the company brought it out to him so they could finish up that same day, plus cleaned up after themselves. Excellent people. You cannot go wrong with them.

    Ricardo and his assistant came out yesterday to fix my plumbing issue (formerly my biggest concern in our new house). He pinpointed the problem, fixed it, and also checked out all my other plumbing concerns in the house(and fixed a few things). They were in and out in less than 35 minutes and my final bill was slightly less than the low end of the estimate for just the initial problem, which was a nice bonus! I dont know if all plumbers are like this, but it was like watching surgery (Glue. Pipe, 3, 3 and an eighth, etc) . They really had a system down to get things done quickly and didnt mess around! I would recommend.

    I just bought an old house with galvanized steel water pipes and I needed the whole house (kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, outside hose) repiped with PEX and a water heater replacement. Ted called me back right away and came out the next day to do a thorough walkthrough and explain all that they were going to do. He gave me a very fair estimate and we scheduled the work for about a week later. The crew, Weston and Austin, arrived on time for the job and were communicative throughout the process.
