    We had been thinking about solar for a number of years, and finally decided to get serious about it. We sent out 4 requests for quotes to different companies, with Energy Solutions being one of them. We didn’t know very much about solar, other than we had a bunch of roof real-estate that seemed to get decent sun exposure.Our first contact was with Zach at Energy Solutions. Scheduling was easy, and he spent the time needed to take a look at everything. From our two 200-amp panels, to our attic, our generator, and taking exposure readings across our roof. He took his time, explained everything, listened to what we were trying to do, and wrapped up. I didn’t know it then, but Zach’s visit set the bar really high.The other 3 vendors were much larger companies with various product offerings and solutions. Some had the same hardware Energy Solutions offered (Enphase, REC, etc.). The first contacts and meetups were really more sales calls. These companies were trying to tell us what we wanted, and didn’t listen to what we were really asking for.Then the quotes came in. We have a 19.68kW system with storage that Energy Solutions installed. We were trying to maximize our generation capacity. The next largest system a company quote was 13kW, and that involved adding panels to our one out building requiring directional drilling to our main house (that we did not want at all). Per-panel/microinverter cost breakdown, Energy Solutions was still far and above less expensive.The install was great. The team installed everything from our 4 batteries to all the new gear and panels where it was obvious they take pride in their work. We had a tiny oopsie that resulted in a small crack in the ceiling of our living room, but Grant had it taken care of quickly and painlessly. Things happen, and the difference between a good company and a great company is how they make it right. Energy Solutions is a great company.I can’t recommend them enough. We’re really happy with our system, but especially happy with the company with how we were taken care of.

    They did an amazing job on a 11.5kw system, Grant was great to speak with and had a lot of knowledge about creating the right kind of system for me. Best thing was they offered different panel types that would meet my needs. Most companies only offer one or two tops. The whole process was fairly quickly I think it has only been 5 weeks from signing the paper work to turning on the system. Grant was very quick in getting all the paper work and inspection done. Highly recommended, their installer was very friendly and did a very clean/sleek job took 2 days to complete it. They showed up on time to start the job and when they left they made sure it was all clean. I believe in support local companies like this and their quality of work really shows here. This was one of the best experience i had.

    I hired Energy Solutions to install batteries on my PV System and I am sure glad I did. I checked around the Portland area for installers that would install an Enphase battery backup system and Energy Solutions checked all the boxes. Locally owned ✔️, Enphase experts ✔️, superbly qualified electrician/owner ✔️, reasonable bid and price ✔️, reasonable time-frame ✔️, excellent one day install ✔️.I am happy with the work Energy Solutions did and I would hire them again. I recommend them for Solar/Photovoltaic installs and work.

    Im incredibly happy with Energy Solutions - both with the product and installation I received, but also the communication and continuing business relationship. When I was looking for solar for my house, I asked several firms for proposals given a fixed out-of-pocket cost, mainly so I could compare what I was getting. Energy Solutions proposal was not only the largest capacity system, but used high quality components. They have continued to monitor my system and diagnosed a fault due to the local utility. If I end up putting solar on my shop, I will certainly use Energy Solutions again, and can highly recommend them to anyone else who is looking into solar.

    First of all, contact with this company was timely and prompt. Next, all interactions with our sales agent were knowledgeable, informative, and exacting - we were told every single thing we needed to supply & do to get the process started, to qualify for subsidies, and to comply with the various codes. Last, after interviewing several solar companies we found this company had the best price and delivered completely on value. Needless to say, we are very happy from the beginning to end of this project! Our panel installation went seamlessly and look nice, too. I would totally recommend Energy Solutions for anyone thinking of adding solar energy to their home.

    We had a really great experience working with Energy Solutions. They were knowledgeable in solar and worked with us in a professional manner every step of the way. We did our own research into solar along with meeting with other companies and Energy Solution gave us the confidence that their product would meet our needs and that we could trust that should we have any issues we would be supported.From beginning to end they were patient with us. We appreciated their commitment to our interests. This was important because before we started the project we discovered that our roof needed to be replaced. They were understanding to our circumstances as we had to navigate replacement of our roof and the time it took to enforce the warranty requirements. They always treated us with a non pressure approach even if for a few months we were stalled. We all wanted the project to be completed as quickly as possible and we appreciated the space they gave us to get that done knowing we were working as quickly as the roof warranty process allowed.Overall we are happy with Energy Solutions and our Solar Panels!

    Energy Solutions was great. They responded quickly, helped us quickly understand the ROI of solar, did onsite assessment without cost or commitment and delivered at a good price. We had a couple panels with defects, they found them and replaced them before we even knew there was a problem. Great service.

    Energy Solutions provided the best bang for our buck in technology, and their superior service has been a blessing. Of all the subcontractors we worked with while building our home, Grant and his crew were the best: reliable, timely and neat. Service since install has been excellent. After one year of operation, we only had one electric bill for $56. (Not counting our monthly basic service fee of just a bit over $10 per month.) We have a large hot tub and are all electric except for range so these panels are producing as Energy Solutions predicted. We’re more than satisfied!

    I highly recommend Energy solution team for your solar project. Zach and Chet did the initial communications and provided their honest opinion about the project/choice of panels. it was fast and accurate communication not like BS which others do to sell their products. One more thing I like is, that they didnt try to press me to get the business. I took my own time and they respond whenever I ask questions. this was a great relief for me because most others gave continuous calls and try to get the business. So Kudos to Chet and Zach!!The second plus point is they are cheaper (cant beat Tesla lols) than the rest. I had quotes from about 10-15 different companies so I saw the prices for all the combinations of panels and inverters.I have REC alpha 370+IQ 8 plus 9.25 kW system for 2.78 $/W. (without any tax credits and incentives). I was not eligible for state incentive because my roof tilt was pretty high, hence lower the TSRF below the state limit ( when you get quotes most companies will not tell you about this and advertise partial info to get the project.) it took about 2 months to complete the project after I signed the contract.Both Cardon and Wayne (hope I didnt mess with the names :) ) did the panel installations and Ryan helped with the electrical work. they took 2 days to finish the job. those 2 days were pretty hot and appreciate the hard work! Within a week after panel installation, I got city inspections, a meter swap and started to save $$$. pretty smooth and quick process. Grant was the man behind all these coordination and did a fantastic job.It was scary to go with a smaller company because if they go out of business all your warranties are useless. But according to my research, they have been in this business for quite a bit of time and I was confident enough to work with them. Overall I had a great experience and give 5 stars to them.

    Energy Solutions provided excellent service and communication through the process of installing panels on my home. Grant was friendly, knowledgeable and made the process of getting the panels and understanding how the energy rebate process works easy. He is very down to earth - I didnt feel at any time that I was getting a hard sales pitch that experienced with other vendors when I was going through the vetting process. Energy Solutions was also the best price for the whole install which was just an added bonus. I would recommend them to anyone considering solar panel project.

    We had our installation in Wilsonville done at the end of 2015. Grant and the team at Energy Solutions did a great job. Answered a ton of my questions, came to the house 2-3 times to tweak the system and how it reports information on the web for me. I have and still highly recommend Energy Solutions to anyone considering adding Solar Panels.

    I had a couple of estimates for solar on my roof, and Energy Solutions was not only less expensive but very professional. When the first company that estimated my roof found out the price from Energy Solutions, they said we could do it for that price. I politely told them that they should be more competitive in the first place.Anyway, I had about 10kW put on my roof and after 8 months the power output is significantly higher than they estimated in their proposal. Good work, done on time, better than expected, no trouble understanding the rebates, Id choose these folks again in a heartbeat.

    They were very honest and forthcoming with the assessment of our home for solar. Unfortunately, we had 2 large trees in our front yard that partially shaded our roof, so they did not recommend us for solar. I greatly appreciated their honest assessment. If we ever fix the tree issue, we will definitely come back to them.

    Chet Zimmer and the rest of the Energy Solutions crew have been top notch professionals. They designed and implemented a very complex hybrid battery solar system that works great. Had a power outage this winter, and the battery backup kicked in seamlessly, allowing us to have comfort and function. Awesome company and I highly recommend them!

    I got a 4.2KW system installed through Energy Solutions in Aug 2015, and have been extremely satisfied. Grant is very knowledgeable and extremely honest....a quality that is hard to find among most people engaged in the solar business these days. I went through 5 other companies who would talk endlessly about the different schemes and incentives, but never give you the actual facts pertinent to your situation. Grant arrived on time at our place, climbed over our roof to inspect and take solar readings on a hot day, and sketched out a plan explaining pros and cons of various options, without ever rushing me to sign a contract. I was one of their first clients who got the solar edge voltage optimizer based system installed, and everything was done in less than 2 months. The installation work was top notch...I was there when the inspector visited the site and heard the conversation between him and the installers. They exceeded almost all regulatory specifications.

    By far the most outstanding company to work with. They said what day that they would start and what day that they would finish. The started and finished right on schedule.     Just like everyone who is looking for solar, you would do your due diligence in searching for the right company to help you meet your solar needs. The first couple of companies we went with were way overpriced and they were promising the moon. Upon further research. I came across Energy Solutions and was in contact with the owner texting back and forth about questions I had.They came out and did a site measurement and gave me an upfront and clear breakdown of what it would cost for the total project. Nothing was hidden. There were NO surprises at the end and was also able to have them install an interlock kit in case the power went out, and I needed to use my generator for the house.After two years of service, Ive had no issues with the equipment, I also an email from their team checking in to make sure everything was good and if I had any questions, I could reach out to them at any time.I also recommended them to my neighbors as I had such a great experience. One of my neighbors went with a different company and he has had total regrets on why he chose that company for his solar.If you are looking for a great, transparent solar company, you will not regret your decision.

    Wow! I was really impressed with the knowledge, helpfulness, and integrity of Chet. I ended up deciding not to do solar panels, because my particular situation doesn’t pencil out financially. However, after getting bids from 3 companies, I would definitely go with Chet. This guy really knows what he’s doing, not just in making an informed sales presentation, but also with regards to the technical installation details.

    Its a pleasure to write this review. Ive now had my solar panels for almost a year. When I initially thought about going solar, I never imagined that the entire southern side of my roof would be covered in them. I had put feelers out before with other companies. It did not work with them. Happily, I had no problems with Energy Solutions. There are four people living in my house. During the Spring and the Summer and the Fall, I pay little to no money for electricity. The price tag, while reasonable, is still big. The fact that I essentially dont have an electricity bill anymore seriously helps. I also had some questions during last tax season about the rebates. Not surprisingly, the folks at Energy Solutions gave me a lot of help. I was the first person in my neighborhood to go solar. A lot of neighbors have asked me questions. Im very proud that Im relying much less on the fossil fuel industries for my power. Im a frugal person (most people call me cheap.) I love the fact that Im not only doing something thats good for the environment, but Im doing something that will be good for my wallet a few years down the line. The only complaint I have is that I wish somebody would come by and show me exactly how it all works. Im proud to be a spokesperson for their company and their product, but I theres a lot about whats on my roof that I dont understand. That said, this is not a legitimate complaint because Ive not directly asked them to do this. I liked Energy Solutions so much that Ill be recommending that my parents use the company to put solar on their roof. Cheers!

    Having recently retired from a technical sales position in the medical field, I entered my search to purchase a solar system for our home with high expectations. After investigating five companies that market in the nw Oregon area, I made the decision to work with Energy Solutions of Beavercreek and they never disappointed us. They were on time and on schedule. They delivered a solar system engineered specifically for the roof of our home with the best components available at an affordable price. My questions were always answered promptly with a profession level of documentation and explanation. Our system has been in service for almost a year now, operating flawlessly and at a higher rate of solar generation that forecasted. Bottom line: I would gladly work with Energy Solutions of Beavercreek again. Thank you.
