They were the first company we called for our ADU addition to our home.Given our busy schedules, my fiancé and I decided to take a chance and move forward with Carlos and his team. I contacted CSD Construction to build an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) on my property and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the beginning to the end, Carlos was top-notch and their workmanship was exceptional.What I appreciated most was how they took the time to listen to my vision and incorporate my ideas into the design. Carlos and his team did an amazing job with my ADU. I converted my garage into an additional home and CSD construction made the process very easy. Carlos was above great and really helpful. He was very thorough, friendly, and professional. He made the whole ADU garage conversion remodel process very easy. Made my garage into an office room. It looks fantastic and the work was done at a rapid pace. Also, it was done for a fair and reasonable price not like other companies who overcharge. Definitely will use them for future remodeling projects.

We decided to build a custom ADU from the ground up in our large backyard. We also wanted to make sure we hired a team that was experienced and well versed, not only ADU construction but also experience in custom home building. Carlos and his team at C S D construction made the process easier than I thought from the planning to construction. Communication was good every step of the way. I can’t recommend them enough to anyone trying to build an ADU in their home.

Im very impressed so far with Carlos and his team. Carlos is very responsive and was quick to get started on the remodel of my two bathrooms and kitchen. Workers are very professional and kind. After a recent rainstorm, his employees helped to spot a leak and even placed a bucket and dried the area. Thank you so much for your personable and great service!

We wanted stone installed in the front exterior of our house and replace our old jacuzzi decking with Trex. Saw the reviews and decided to give them a call. They were very responsive and gave us the estimate quickly. They were respectful and explained the details of how they would do the job. We decided to go with CSD and happy we did! They came when they said they would, and updated us every step of the way. They cleaned up very well every single day. The crew did an excellent job and we are very happy with the results! We will certainly go with CSDConstruction again in the future!

BEST Construction company out there, hands down!! Carlos is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, on time, always answers his phone, fair and has a great crew who knows what theyre doing. We had our bathroom remodeled and they gave us expensive, quality, experienced work. Their work is very clean and detailed! They did a fantastic job and I wouldnt go to anyone else. Ill definitely be calling them back for further jobs. 10 stars!

Csd construction are life savers!! My husband and I decided last minute to add on to our home just weeks before we were expecting a baby to arrive. Csd construction were prompt to meet with my family and were able to lay out multiple ideas and samples of material so we could decide what we wanted quickly. They started the work the same week and added an entire bedroom with apoxy floors, multiple windows, unique wall designs and so much more in just two weeks! Baby come soon after and was welcomed home to a brand new bedroom! We are SO thankful and blessed to have met CSD construction. Carlos was always great with communication and always professional. The pricing was very reasonable as well! We look forward to working with CSD in the future and will be referring them to our family and friends! THANK YOU CSD!!

I cant say enough about Carlos and his team. My master bathroom turned out exactly as we envisioned! We live in Orange County, having had a bad experience with another contractor for our first bathroom we were nervous, but we did better research this time around and chose CSD construction. We are so glad we did. Carlos is very professional and he answered all our questions. We highly recommend Carlos and his team to anyone looking to do a remodel in their home.
