We had a Rinnai Tankless Hot Water Heater installed in April and it has not worked properly since it was installed. I called Reno Power on Tuesday and they came to my house on Wednesday morning. This company is around 100 miles from where I live. Steven checked everything out after I explained to him what the heater was doing. He found the problem and corrected it and everything is working properly! I would recommend them to anyone looking for service on any product they sell or service! This is the second time Reno Power has installed a tankless water heater for us (two different houses). We really appreciate how knowledgeable, responsive, and professional they are. We decided to get a recirculating tankless heater and are thrilled with how quickly we get hot water, even at the farthest taps! Glad we went with the recirculating option. Highly, highly recommend Reno Power.

This is the best tankless water heater! They did an awesome job of installing and removing my old water heater. They used all the correct tools to make nice circular holes in the walls and treated my home with the upmost respect! I love the fact that I can have hot water whenever I want to stay in the tub! No waiting on the old water heater. This is the only company that does a great job and has plenty of experience about tankless water heaters! Everyone talks but this company is the best thing ever. Tankless is the way to go! Get rid of that big bulky water heater and go tankless!

I was told by others that Steve was the lead authority on tankless water systems in our area. We had issues at our Lazy Lobster LBK location and were running out of hot water too frequently. Steve and Reno Power diagnosed and fixed our problem on a unit they did not install in a timely, skilled and professional manner. Highly recommend.

Steve at Reno Power gave superior service - 2 days after Hurricane Irma! I had an electrician friend look at it first - and he trouble shot with Rinnai - it was decided I needed 2 new parts...Steves troubleshooting determined I only needed one! And most impressive, he didnt try to sell me a new unit which it what most do! Thanks, Steve!

I was very pleased with their work. The owner was very helpful and helped us make the proper decisions on the installation of our tank. We were unsure since this was our fist tankless system. The work was done very professionally and when finished the unit performed as expected. Not once did my wife and I feel uncomfortable and/or a need to question the work. Fantastic job and I thank them.

I have worked with Steven on many occasions over the years to help resolve issues no other service provider could resolve. As a past National Service Manager with Rinnai, Steven was always able to resolve any problem I called on him to handle. I dealt with hundreds of service providers throughout North America, Reno Power was the best servicer ever when dealing with tankless water heaters and boilers.Steven has a vest quantity of replacement parts ensuring he is able to repair your unit on the first trip.

Great service and support. I was not a current customer but the owner went out of his way to provide valuable guidance with my Rinnai tankless hot water system. My original installer didnt have time for me when we called them about a no hot water issue. Reach out to me and I will share the name of my original installer with you before you buy.

I had not intended to replace our standard tank hot water heater, but time after time of waiting for hot water brought this great replacement to the forefront. Family of 6 no longer waits for hot water to shower, wash dishes/clothes, or general need of hot water for cleaning. Best part the hot water doesnt stop. Definitely recommend upgrading your hot water tank to one of these Reno Power thankless hot water heaters.

It is always great when you you encounter a business and owner whose knowledge and expertise is only matched by his honesty and integrity. Our restaurant spent over $1400 dollars with 3 different plumbers to evaluate are hot water supply problem. All three reaching the same conclusion of needing more time and resources to evaluate our problem.Steve confidently and quickly found our problem, fixed in on the spot all for the basic service call price of $125! To say I highly recommend Steve and this Reno Power is a vast understatement!

Rinnai tankless water heater repair. Their technician (Steve) was awesome. I called in the afternoon and he came the next morning and had it fixed in an hour. Excellent knowledge of the product and a very cost effective price. Will definitely use again for all my tankless water heater needs. I went through three plumbers before I found one knowledgeable enough to fix the issue.
