    Mr Electric is the best! This was the second time we used Mr Electric and they were outstanding on all of our projects.Linda was able to get us in 2 weeks ahead of our original appointment date. Devin was on time, professional, personable and explained everything really well.We were going to have him install one bathroom exhaust fan. We added on a second exhaust fan and both were done in a matter of a few hours. Devin called Mark in to install the second exhaust fan. Devin even climbed up into our attic and again, he was not daunted by that part of the job. Both of them cleaned up their areas, getting every bit of insulation that had fallen.As they were packing up, I noticed that one of the exhaust fans sounded odd. Mark drove back to the warehouse for another exhaust fan and Devin changed it out. It worked perfectly.I will never hesitate to recommend Mr. Electric or hire them for another project.Thank you for another job well done!

    This was my first experience with an electrician since moving to La Crosse, and I will definitely use Mr. Electric again! The customer service was excellent from the time I placed my e-mail with the inquiry, until completion of the job. Tyler was fabulous! He explained everything that needed to be done, and was upfront about costs and choices. After his inspection, he completed all of the work that needed to be done without having to reschedule services for a different day, which was greatly appreciated.     Tyler Prokes was our electrician today. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a safety inspection on our house and went through any concerns. He explained to us throughly what needed to be done and was able to complete everything in just a few hours, which was appreciated. He was courteous, friendly and cleaned everything up. He even moved the freezer back. Everything looked as good as before he started. I would highly recommend Tyler and Mr. Electric.

    I tried to contact two other companies before Mr. Electric and never got a call back. Mr. Electric on the other hand got back to me five minutes after leaving a voicemail. The woman on the phone was professional, friendly, walked through their process step by step, and was willing to answer any questions. That alone was far more than any other company had done!The quote appointment was straight forward. They came in, looked through the area, and called back within the hour with a price for the job. Bonus: The price they quote you is the price you pay as long as the job stays the same. No hidden fees or charging for things you didnt ask for.When it came time to do the work, they showed up on time and were very respectful of the space. We wanted an in-wall heating unit installed in two different rooms. They were able to put them where we wanted with no issue and the units have worked perfectly since their installation.I would highly recommend this company and I will be using them for any future work on my house.

    Tyler Prokes was the electrician that we worked with. Tyler was punctual and efficient. He clearly and thoroughly explained the work that needed to be completed, and patiently reviewed the various options with both my wife and myself with pictures for more transparency. He kept us up-to-date on the progress of each step of the work throughout the afternoon. Tyler cleaned up after the work was completed, and summarized all of the work that was done, and answered all of our questions prior to paying the invoice. As an added bonus, he is a very pleasant young man. We highly recommend him to anyone requiring the services of an electrician.

    We were very happy with Mr Electric and all of the services and knowledge their team could offer. From our initial phone call to schedule a quote and after a full installation, we received nothing but great input and professionalism from their entire team.Tyler Prokes did the majority of our installation and was extremely polite, friendly, understanding of our lack of knowledge and took the time to make sure we understood what was going on every step of the way! With working from home, he made sure to ask before turning off any outlets or making any louder noises.     Mr. Electric has always done a wonderful job for us on our rental properties. Tyler came to address a range of issues on our last call, and he was very thorough when telling us what needed to be done, completed the work the same day, and conducted himself very professionally. Mr Electric is always very responsive to requests for service, and they show up when they say they will, and sometimes even a bit early. We also appreciate that they offer electrical evaluations for our older buildings.

    We just moved to the area and needed someone to install four ceiling fans, so we contacted Mr. Electric. Tyler Prokes came in and gave us an estimate for the work. During the visit, he performed an inspection that revealed our electrical panel had an oversized circuit breaker as well as a breaker with a melted wire. The inspection also revealed that we had condensation inside our electric panel. The issues that he found were alarming to me as it involved the safety of my family. I also found out that we had smoke detectors that were many years past their reliable service life. Tyler performed all of the repairs we needed along with Nathan Schlager who also installed a whole house surge protector at the same time. They did excellent work in a very professional manner. Tyler gave us a worse case scenario for our estimate and because not all of the fans required installation of a new box mount, the final bill was actually less than the estimate he provided. I am truly grateful to Tyler for finding those issues and fixing them. Long term results of the melted wire, oversized breaker, and condensation could have been devastating and much more costly. There was !no pressure to do the work, but the defects were made known to us and we made the choice to have them repaired. It was a pleasure working with them and I really feel good about the condition of our electrical system and knowing that everything in our house is now in great condition and protected from surges that can be costly. I will definitely be doing more business as needed with Mr. Electric knowing they have a genuine interest in our safety and condition of our electrical components. Great service and excellent value

    I want to thank Blake Sparks (great name for an electrician) for his professionalism and hard work. When I made the appointment I just assumed when they said they would be doing an inspection that it would be a 5 minute everything looks good or a hard sale on everything that needed updating. Let me say his inspection took longer than I expected and he told us possible improvements to bring the house up to today’s code but it was not a hard sell. It was very informative which I appreciated. We were able to pick and choose what we wanted to have done.The next appointment to fix what we wanted done was fast- only a couple of days turn around. Blake’s work was clean. You could see that he enjoys what he does and does it well. Thank you Mr. Electric.

    Very convenient and quick. Came the same day we called, gave the free quote, and started work that day. Appreciate the free safety check in the house, essentially an inspection for all the electrical things we need done. It’s obviously just a chance for them to make money, but it’s a product we want, so it was great. Blake was able to help us figure out the lighting issues in our home, and we got exactly what we wanted. I’m guessing they’re not the lowest cost company— but the convenience of having them come right away, and knowing exactly what everything cost ahead of time was worth it. Devon and Mark also did work. All the guys we worked with were nice and knowledgeable. There’s no question whether we’ll use them again. And it’s great knowing who you can call and count on when you need electrical work completed.

    Riley did a comprehensive quote on the items I needed to satisfy a home inspection. Didnt try to sell me anything I didn’t need.     TL:DR - Tyler was an absolute star and does good work for Mr. Electric, but be ready for a sales pitch for upgrades to the service offered.My experience with Tyler Prokes from Mr. Electric was a mostly positive experience. Tyler himself was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He was very clear about what he would be doing, and in the end in what he had found to be the cause of one of our rooms being without power (and no, it wasnt a breaker. :p). I can not speak highly enough of Tyler and his work.I almost took a star, but overall im too satisfied do it. Why i almost took it would be because I myself have had to do up sells, and it felt after we had our inspected for issues and an appraisal of what it would take to resolve the issue, i had to go with Tyler through what very much felt like an up sell pitch. Now i understand business is business, but it felt out of place on an otherwise excellent experience. Tylers deliver of the pitch was good, and the product he offered (an in house surge protector) sounds like a solid idea. One we may actually get come next spring when more money loosens up. But going thorough that before even telling me what the cost for fixing the issue i called on felt a bit abrasive. Again, not a sure its a Tyler issue, more like it felt that this was a process that had to be followed. I might suggest, putting the up sell after giving the job appraisal. It just might flow better there and be less off putting. And for those reading, This is the ONLY issue i had, Everything else was fantastic.Still in the end, we hired an electrician to fix an electrical problem, and in that we are wholly satisfied, and will absolutely call Mr. Electric again to fix any future electrical problem, or install any future electrical expansion to the house.

    When I called Mr. Electric it was my second time calling an electrician for the things I needed done. I regret not calling them first. Riley came gave me a quote on the things I wanted done the same day. When they started working. They were on time never late. He had two other workers with him Mark and Devin who were also great at explaining what they were doing that day. Riley was also great and keeping me up to date daily with what was going on. They finished wiring my entire house within the week something I didn’t think was possible. If you are thinking about calling an electrician call Mr. electric they were efficient hardworking and very easy to talk to.

    Tyler Prokes was our electrician and he made the experience so pleasant. He was knowledgeable, and easy to have be in your home for the day. We paid just about $1,700 for Tyler to run electric under our sink for a new garbage disposal, he installed a home surge protector for us, upgraded around 10 outlets in our home to the three prong, and installed two dinner switches in my living and dining room. Tyler was pretty much there all day but make everything super easy for us even though we work from home. We were able to work, and get our electric updated all at the same time. Thanks Tyler!

    I called Mr Electric on a friends recommendation, they came, gave us a detailed quote and made the appointment right then. We had received a quote from another company that was lower but not detailed. My husband was very impressed with the electricians manner, thorough inspection of work we wanted done & also explained that work we had done last year was not up to code & needed brought up to code. Electrician was friendly, experienced & knowledgeable. The work was done in a day and all permits and disconnect/ reconnect was handled by them. We are extremely pleased with Mr Electric & the professionals that they employee.

    Mr. Electric is great to work with. Quick response to initial inquiry and very easy to schedule work according to our needs. The staff is very easy to work with and eager to keep the customer happy. The technicians did a great job and were careful coming in and out of the house. They always put on protection over their shoes and put down tarps in the work areas. They cleaned up the work areas when done. We had a major service upgrade as well as several small items done to bring our house up to code and they handled all the work very efficiently at a fair price.

    I had a 3 prong stove and needed to replace it. New ones are 4 prong. Tyler Prokes did a fantastic job! He explained what he was going to be doing, how much it would cost, but most importantly to me, WHY he was doing it.The original outlet was on the floor. Thats not OK anymore with updated codes so he moved the outlet to the wall. He also noticed that the wiring in the fuse box was doubled up. He fixed that for me.He was on time, very professional, and Im so glad I could work with him.Now, for Mr. Electric in general. They were extremely responsive and explained the process to me. Thankfully, there was a cancelation so I got in sooner than I thought I would.Pricing makes sense. My entire project was about 650. I believe this is acceptable with the work done.     I had 2 outlets that were warm when not in use. I called up Mr. Electric right away. Tyler was there within 40 minutes, walked around the house and diagnosed the problem right away. He replaced the 2 warm outlets, added a 20 amp breaker, ran a new line under my trailer to my spare room where the power was being drawn from, and replaced the outside outlet box with a cover.     Live in an 120 year old house with 3 breaker boxes from all the numerous updates over the years. The fuses kept burning out and none of the fuses were labeled. We needed a new breaker box that combined all 3.I called a couple electric companies for an estimate. Mr. Electric was the least expensive, most professional with their response and most highly reviewed.Cody came by and did an estimate. He did a thorough walk thru and was very knowledgeable and professional.Tyler and Mark came and updated our breaker box. They took the time to explain to us what to expect. And they took the time to make sure everything was working before they left. They also labeled all the fuses for us to make it easier on the future.Also Linda, the receptionist is wonderful. She followed up with us after the work was done to make sure we were satisfied.I am very satisfied with mr. electric and would use them in the future and recommend them for anyone who needs an electrician.     Had what I believed to be a semi-dangerous electrical outlet issue on a Friday, and they pulled someone (Tyler) off a bigger job to handle it that same day so I wouldnt have to worry about it over the weekend. While he was there, I requested some other work that got done on a later scheduled date. Tyler was very clear with what they would charge and explained it all in great detail. Work was completed in a timely fashion and he even took the time to go to Menards and get a matching outlet wall plate, which was above and beyond in my opinion. Lastly, he cleaned up exceptionally well, leaving the room cleaner than it was before he did the work!

    Blake and Devon were thorough and experienced. They obviously knew what they were doing. Blake was friendly and we had a good conversation or two while he worked. I first called the office at 8 AM, Blake arrived at about 9 AM and completed a list of work items before 4 PM. Devon came in the afternoon and helped to complete everything that same day. Blake conducted a detailed safety check that revealed some problems to be corrected. I had originally called to install an outlet for a microwave. That work was done quickly.

    I had a full electrical upgrade done at the new house my fiancee and I recently moved into because many of the rooms were lacking outlets. In a world where everything requires charging, I didnt want to rely on power strips like when I was living in an apartment. Basically had three outlets added to every room, disposal addition as well as GFCI resets and a Panel Surge along with hard wired smokes and monoxide alarms, etc. Not a small amount of work by any means, but everything was done within three business days, a little over 8 hours of work each day. Riley listened to my requests and jotted down every detail. Given that I was moving and had many contractors on site to visit, there were no complaints, which I appreciate. In a world as busy as ours, getting things ready for the house was utmost priority, since the full time move-in was looming.I called to get a quote on this and was surprised to see them turn up the same day. Riley was in the area, and gave me a quote within a couple of hours. Financing was a plus, albeit the activation was a little weird on my end, but got the job done. You dont realize how many things need to be done on a move to a house till youve actually done it. Being a first time homebuyer, everything was stressful enough as it was. But everything was handled exceptionally well considering. I work with commercial electricians all the time and the residential side quality was exactly what I expected.Definitely recommend and would have more work in the future done by them. Next things down the line once the fiancee is over here full time from overseas will potentially be a larger panel surge protector and in-place panel upgrade in case the electrical requirements tend to be over what I expected since she isnt here atm :OThank you Riley and team for the time and effort put towards this! Its starting to feel like home.

    I had the pleasure of hiring a young man by the name of Ryley Holte. He was extremely efficient with his time. He engaged in conversation, listened, and still did his work. He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.He was so sweet and patient with my 8 yr old daughter who was so inquisitive. We had a fire a few yrs ago. My girl smelled smoke after he was drilling the floor. He explained what he did and assured her it wasnt smoke. He never dismissed her at all.Ryley explained everything on his free estimate day. He gave us options, professional opinions, as well as his personal suggestions based on what we wanted. He never pursueded us but allowed us to be very informed. He offered us a resolution and answered all my questions. He mapped out two days just in case issues arose. However, he was finished early.Upon completion of his work, he showed me his work and thoroughly explained what he did. He told me how it will now operate. He asked me if I had any questions. He made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. Of course my answer is yes!Ryley is a very young man and says that often affects peoples view of his performance. In an era when its so easy to judge a book by the cover, I suggest giving Ryley a chance. Ryley is fabulous. He knows a lot and is wise behind his years. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He was so detailed and is a very positive optimistic person. I asked a lot of questions. He didnt ever make me feel like it was dumb (even if it was). He absolutely LOVES his job. He speaks very highly about his job even in some of the craziest conditions hes endured. Ryley is on a road to extreme success, because he invested in himself at a very young age. He continually strives to be the best he can be. It shows in his work.Honestly, I had no idea if my ideas would create a mess that would cost me a lot. However, he found creative ways to keep my house in tact. My floor outlet is better than what I desired. Im over the moon excited for my dual operating floor outlet. We had a bunch of interesting outlets that needed added and he kept every area in tact. All these new outlets look as though they were here since we moved in.I could go on forever about Ryley and Mr Electric. They gave me a bio about Ryley before he arrived. They followed up with every visit before and after. They were courteous and prompt with questions and invoices.They came reccomended through Home Advisors. Each agency qualified through Home Advisors, means they passed a series of qualifications. Hiring Mr Electric was the best decision I made. I am highly satisfied with the all around experience. I give my new electrician, the company, and Home Advisors a 10 /5 star rating!

    I like that they have a receptionist that answers the phone and if you get the answering machine, she calls you back the same day. They give a 2 hour time frame when they will arrive and then call or email when they are on their way. Ive worked 2 different electricians and both were professional and friendly. After you had the service done, they send you a thank you card, which everyone signs and has a coupon attached. My last service call was a little tricky.     My nephew used Mr. Electric and was very pleased with them. I remembered this when our 89 yo mother was without power in some areas of her house. Her phone wasnt working and this was concerning to me and my siblings. The lady who answered the phone (sorry I do not know her name, as my sister called them) according to my sister was very friendly and informative. She said they would try to get to us today, but could guarantee it. But definitely tomorrow they would make it. Within just a matter of less than 2 hours we had a young man named Blake at the house. He came in with mask on and put on booties. I walked him through our immediate needs , some wants and advised him we wanted the safety report done. He took care of our immediate needs and he had some time to do a couple of our wants as well. He explained everything so clearly that I could understand. He explained the electrical portion, the payment options, and put everything in an email so we knew where we were financially. Weve had numerous people in our home in the past year to repair different things and Blake was the most kind, respectful, and professional person we have worked with. He listened to our concerns and needs, and came up with a plan to address the problems we had. However the whole home surge protector has helped immensely with some of the problems we were having. I can not recommend doing that enough. It was an easy install for Blake and it truly did help. There was no mess to clean up after he did his work. He answered questions, called when he was running late, and over all did a fantast job. If you are looking for quality work from someone who is professional look no further. You will not regret it.
