    In early July, groundwater seeped into a basement window well after a heavy group of thunderstorms. We asked Epp and another contractor to analyze the damage, determine the root cause and provide an estimate. Epp provided two options, one which replaced the window well and improved drainage, and another more extensive internal drain and new sump pump. The other contractor only suggested the more destructive option. We contracted for option 1, and Epp gave us a final bid in late July. They started work on the first week in September. Excavation was day 1, foundation cutting and modification on day 2, and install on day 3. There was a parts delay for the tailored window well and the team finished work on installation a week later. The three men were experienced and energetic. They had to work in a very tight space. The handling of the excavator and concrete saws was expert and precise. It was hot during the first week, but quality of work never suffered. Inclusion of a window well cover provided further protection. The price was nominal for the work required. We will not know the result of the fix until the next major storm, but the combination of good materials, careful window framing and extensive caulking suggest we are ready barring other sources of water. Supervision followed up on our questions with speed and efficiency. Epp was the right choice for this moderately challenging water incursion. They are experienced, competent and organized.

    My wife and I experienced a catastrophic water incident at our home, which was made even worse by a disastrous mistake from a contractor that led to basement flooding and a severe foundation issue in the entire east wing of our house. More than 90 days into the renovation project, everything came to a complete standstill until we could get the foundation repaired. We reached out to several foundation companies, but due to the storms and flooding this summer, most were two weeks out just for an inspection and months away from starting any work.I spoke with Dalton at Epp Foundation and explained our situation. He rearranged his schedule and drove up from Lincoln to assess the damage. Knowing that our family was essentially displaced with no end in sight, Ryan made some calls and managed to get us on the schedule within two weeks.The main crew responsible for the digging and foundation lifting was led by a foreman named Cory and his assistant, Tyree. There are only a handful of times Ive ever said this, but these were truly some of the most salt-of-the earth folks Ive ever met—professional, courteous, honest, incredibly hardworking, and exceptionally dependable. Words cannot express how grateful we are for the speed with which they repaired our foundation, allowing us to move forward with the renovation and enabling our children to return to their rooms.Within a day or two of Cory and Tyree’s crew completing their work, Adam and Demea arrived to drill and inject high-pressure foam throughout the basement. What I thought would take two days ended up only taking two to three hours. They worked quickly and efficiently, and just like the other crew, they were truly salt-of-the-earth folks.Ive worked with the big name companies in Lincoln and Omaha before—they do good work, but it always feels like just a business transaction with no heart or soul, if you catch my drift.It’s clear that Dave Epp takes pride in his company, offering a lifetime guarantee on his work, which is almost unheard of these days.     James and two others came to my son’s home to fix a basement leak that he has been dealing with for some time.     While nothing is ever perfect, we really appreciate the great job that was done on our basement water issue. The two gentlemen worked very hard and we did not hear any chattering while the worked. They laid down protection over our carpet, hauled away all dirt, rocks, drywall and everything very efficiently . They got done in a LOT less time than we expected, just in time, because the next day we had 80 mph hour winds and horrible rain. We hate to think what would have happened had they not gotten done before the storm!! GREAT JOB GUYS!! Would recommend your company anytime in fact we did when one of our neighbors got water issues during the last storm.....

    If we could leave a higher review we would! EPP and their team helped us in so many ways, with Brenton who came out twice and gave us an outstanding package that met all our basement, foundation and water proofing needs. Additionally, Alex and his crew from Grand Island did an amazing job, answered some new questions we had while the work was being done. They did such great work and within our budget, we are arranging other work with them now to be done next year. We highly recommend EPP, Brenton in sales and Alex and his team to everyone.

    Epp foundation did an absolutely amazing job repairing and waterproofing our basement. When our basement flooded we were scared to get quotes because we knew how expensive this type of work can be, and we were pleasantly surprised with how reasonable and fairly priced Epp was. The person who came out and evaluated the job, Brett, did a great job of explaining how the system would work and had a really professional presentation on his iPad with pictures and video. The crew did the whole job in a day in a half and left the area completely clean. I already recommend them to my Aunt for her basement problems, and anytime anybody I know needs this kind of work done I will for sure recommend them. Overall A+ work!

    We are very happy with Epp and their services. We recently moved into a home and wanted to be sure the foundation and crawl space was in top shape. We had a few companies come out to give us quotes but Epp was far and above in both their attention to detail and pricing. We had a drain tile system installed initially, and we just had them come back and finish it off with an entire crawl space encapsulation. Everyone we worked with was amazing. Brenton provided our initial inspection and quote and handled literally any question I had via both phone call and text. Our foreman, Alex and his team were great on both installations. They were punctual, fast, communicative, and they left our home clean. We would definitely recommend Epp to other customers who are looking for solutions to their foundation repair needs!

    Adam and Demea came to my house to level several areas of concrete and fix some cracks to make them stable. They were there quite a long time. They were very polite and did an awesome job. Adam made sure I knew if I noticed something they missed to get back in touch with him. They fixed all the tripping hazards on my sidewalks feathering them, and my porch and stoop look great too. Definitely will be recommending them.

    Epp Foundation company recently completed work at my parents home. Window well drains were installed, moisture barriers installed, and a drainage system with sump pump were installed. We initially worked with Ryan in consulting and contracting the project. Certainly appreciated his knowledge and professionalism. The installation process was completed by Alex and Jacob. We were very impressed with both of these men. I interacted primarily with Alex. I found him to be very professional and personable.     Highly recommend this company for foundation evaluation. I had them do a free evaluation on my mid-century foundation due to some drywall cracking and door jamb shifting. Following evaluation, Brett did not recommend intervention as the small amount of foundation settling was likely due to drought last year and not significant enough to warrant an expensive repair. They could have pressured me into a repair given the changes, but rather provided me an honest opinion and lots of information on how to monitor for further changes. I highly value their responsive communication and honest evaluation and will continue to recommend to others needing foundation evaluation or repair.

    5 days shy of 1 year ago, we had Epps out to put in a vapor barrier, drains and a sump pump. Everything went perfectly. Then our pump started running and running, so we unplugged it. The next morning (Wednesday), I called Epps because I didnt know if we had to fix it or if they still could. Receptionist was very kind and put me through to the repair managers voice-mail, as he was currently busy. I left a message and received a call back only an hour and a half later. We discussed the issue and he said he had time today to look at it if I was available. (Same day??!! Absolutely!!!)He said he was on his way from Lincoln, so it would be a bit. No problem 😊. Anyway, he arrived as scheduled, and was so nice to speak with.     I called Epp Concrete after a different contractor in town (NOT associated with this company) did a terrible job of an egress window well at our house. We called Epp after seeing their nearly ubiquitous reviews of 5 stars on Google Reviews. Brett H came out to create an inspection report on the work from the previous contractor. He was very thorough and empathetic to our situation. Brett devised a plan on how to fix the previous contractors work and went through it in detail on what Epp would need to do to undo the previous work to then correct it. Epp scheduled us for their next appointment available to start the work, which was surprisingly soon after the inspection. Corey was the foreperson for the group that worked on our house. I was so impressed by the whole group. Corey did a good job of communicating with us on their plans for work for the day and always asked for homeowner preferences where applicable (what to do with excess dirt, etc). Epp started the job with an absolute mess to clean up from the previous contractor, but they powered through 100 deg heat for multiple days to undo all of the mistakes that the other company made. They caught everything, including things I would not have thought of. Thanks to Corey and the work team, we now have windows I dont have to worry about. They look spectacular and exactly as they should from an engineering perspective. Obviously, we very highly recommend this company, and will be using only them for any basement projects we have in the future.

    Epp Foundation repair has consistently done great work for us. In this case our basement had a hairline crack where the concrete forms met. We also discovered the drain tile that goes around the base of our foundation wasnt draining correctly. We identified the water in our basement from baseboard swelling. We called Epp. Ryan Frees responded, scheduled an investigation, showed up on time, and dug into the root cause. In this case we opened up the wall to find the point of water ingress then measured to find the location outside our home. For the drain tile I showed Ryan where it was at and we discussed how to mitigate both issues. Ryan took lots of pictures and provided a thorough write up on the approach to mitigate the issues and the cost. We accepted the bid, paid the deposit, and got the work scheduled. Hunter was assigned the project. We received email notifications to remind us of the date/time the work was being done. Hunter called us the day before as well as an hour before the work was performed. His crew and he showed up on time and completed the work early... you wouldnt even know they dug a trench in our yard to run solid drain pipe out to a pop-up emitter. The crack in the foundation was ground out, drilled into, seam sealed with epoxy and injection points, and then pressurized epoxy was injected to seal and bond the foundation together. It was a great experience and our basement is now dry! I highly recommend Epp Foundation Repair!

    We moved into our new house and discovered that we had water leaching through the block foundation. Brenton came out and did a really thorough assessment and gave us the quote on installing drain tiles. He even knocked some off for us paying in cash instead of financing (but financing was available).They office called and made the appointment for August 11-13, but then ended up calling on August 2 with an earlier availability, which was perfect for us. They did about half the work the first day, and all but finished the second day. On day three, they only had to install the flexi-hose and put the collar on the exit pipe.Charles was our foreman and he did an awesome job. The guys were all friendly and respectful. They kept the dust way way down and cleaned up really well. It’s only been two weeks, so I can’t speak to longevity, but the job has a 25- year transferable guarantee, so I’m not worried about that. What I’m so pleased about is that my basement is dry and mold-free. I would, and will, recommend Epp to anyone.

    We had significant water incursion into a basement bedroom in the early spring of 2021. After the melting of heavy snows and two weekends of soaking rain in the month of February, we had wet-vacced nearly 80 gallons of water that appeared to be coming in from the joint where our poured foundation met the floor. The amount of water had ruined the flooring and was clearly something that could not be ignored. Our initial inquiries about dealing with the foundation leak seemed to indicate that it was going to take 5-figures to get the problem solved. We talked to Dustin from Epp Concrete at a home show in Grand Island at the end of February...and he was helpful (and optimistic) about getting the repair done affordably. When he came to do the estimate, it was a fraction of what we were hearing from others.They performed the installation of 23-running feet of drain tile and a sump pit and pump on May 28, 2021. The crew was scheduled to begin work at 9am, but called at 8am to tell me they were running early if that would work for me. So, by 8:30 they were beginning the setup. They covered the walkways all the way to the outside and covered furniture in adjacent rooms.They removed drywall where needed (and salvaged as much of the framing wood as possible -- a big savings given a current spike in lumber prices), and put up a sealed vapor barrier on the walls,Anytime they had a question about a specific obstacle, the crew leader (Sonny) would call me in, explain the options and move ahead based on my input.Breaking up concrete can be a dusty mess, but they used vacuum mitigation on their jackhammer, and there was very little dust anywhere but the room where they were working. Throughout the day, they worked steadily, and by 6pm, the entire system was installed.The cost was affordable, the work was excellent, and the result is very professional. Id recommend Epp to anyone who is having an issue with waterproofing or any other service they provide. This is very simply a great company with good people and a real interest in creating good value for their customers.

We have new carpet in the basement and after he vacuumed it looked better than before he came.
