We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen and family room remodel by CW Construction. Chris and his team worked with us every step of the way from the design and selection process to the final punch list. This is a team of professionals who listened to what we wanted, asked and answered questions throughout the project, and built to our complete satisfaction until the project was finished. The design team brought up many useful suggestions that we had not thought of and that helped to make the final remodel exceed our expectations. Chris showed up every day to oversee the details of the project, to often work on some aspects of it, and to make sure the time frame was reasonable. We were also impressed with the quality of the materials and workmanship throughout the project. We would definitely use CW Construction again for any future remodeling. -

CW construction did our bathroom and kitchen remodels, and we couldnt be happier! Chris suggested materials that fit our budget, were highly functional, and look great. Communication was exceptionally good; we really liked being able to see the daily schedule in CoConstruct (its an app), which also kept a record of all our communications. All of the sub-contractors were great, and we especially liked Dennis and Chriss attention to detail. The projects completed on time, and if there were any glitches, Chis took care of them and kept us informed. In short, on time, in budget, great communication, and a pleasure to work with. Oh, and it looks fantastic! -

We have extensive house renovation experience, so we know how important the right contractor is for the job. We interviewed many (~8) of the highly rated, local construction companies for our whole house reno and we hired CW because we felt they were the best company for the job. After an almost year long reno, we still feel they were the best company for the job.Chris was always fair with change orders (there will always be some surprises in a reno), he and his crew were always pleasant, professional and kind. Because we were also living in part of the house during the reno, having a crew we didnt mind living with was a big deal, and the CW crew is welcome back any time.Chris and his crew also came up with some solutions to issues we hadnt considered and some made a big difference in our quality of life. A special shout out of thanks to Dennis and his plan for the stairs in the downstairs bedroom!The only downside is I felt their painters were well below sub-par. They painted an entire floor the wrong color, their work was sloppy (drips everywhere), and in general, really poor quality work. Chris made them come fix many of their mistakes, but it was a lengthy, miserable process.One of the biggest pluss with Chris & his crew is we feel they never took a shortcut - quality workmanship always came first. And the jobsite was kept safe and tidy. Lastly, they were respectful that not only were we living here, but they had to contend with our two dogs (one was a year old puppy), so they were extra careful not to leave things laying around that could potentially hurt them. -

Chris and his team are everything you could ask for -- professional, great with communication, and highly skilled! Chris and his team remodeled my rental propertys single bathroom, and I am so impressed with the attention to detail and quality of the work! Communication was stellar. His crew cleaned up on a daily basis, even in a vacant home. The job was done on time, as promised. Chris commitment to quality is evident, and I would readily, happily refer him to any of my friends and family. Thank you Chris and crew! -

Chris and his crew did an amazing job on our home. They remodeled our kitchen and master bath as well as installed new flooring throughout our downstairs. They kept to their timeline and continued to keep us updated on the progress and any problems that arose. At the end of the day, the crew did a fantastic job cleaning up the site and putting away all tools and such so that we were still able to function during the renovation with little ones in the house. Devon was also extremely helpful during the designing process when picking out material and provided many options for decor and lighting that worked well with the design that we chose. We would definitely use Chris and his team for future renovations of our home should they arise. -

We were kept informed of the schedule and Chris answered all of our questions right away. The crew and all contractors were skillful, friendly, and very professional.
