At the height of covid I contacted Dave and Sarah at Home Resource Company about overseeing construction of my monolithic dome home. They were enthusiastic about the project, diligent at every step and a pleasure to work with,The exterior, or 7 thick walls, are made of 4 inches of concrete and 3 inches of urethane foam. This was constructed by South Industries out of Menan, Idaho. Absolutely wonderful people.Once the domes were done, Dave took on the task of building the interior, which can be challenging with the curved walls. As Thurston County building codes are for stick frame houses, most of which have flat walls, there were requirements that are unnecessary for domes of this type but still had to be done, and Dave figured out ways to adapt the structure to fit the regulations.I highly recommend both Dave and Sarah Clark, and if Home Resource Company reopens, I will be delighted to work with HRC again.

We had a wonderful experience with Home Resource Company Inc. when they remodeled our garage. They were kind, professional and a delight to work with as first time home owners. We are extremely happy with the work they did and would highly recommend them for any home construction needs. We will absolutely use them for any future projects!

Home Resources recently completed a 2-month, bedroom/bath remodel for us. They’re not only skilled craftsmen but also know how to run a small business. From our initial communication to get a bid until the final screw was placed, they delivered a high quality of workmanship, were client centered, worked within our budget, scheduled all subcontractors in a timely manner keeping our project on schedule, and managed all the inevitable little challenges that pop up in any construction project. All communication with the office staff and our project manager was amazing. They’re highly responsive and returned calls and emails promptly. Overall, this is a great group of people to work with. If we ever need any more work done, we’ll immediately call Home Resources.

I hired Home Resource to build a new house, which can be a very stressful event. The project managers, the crew, and I were engaged almost every day for over six months. Everyone I encountered in the Home Resource “family” were polite, professional, and thoughtful. The experience of working with Home Resource surpassed all my expectations.

Bob, Dave and Sarah are all top notch! They provide such a wonderful and professional service for our community. Our house is a 1936 house, through our remodel we have wanted to stay with period correct aesthetic. I feel they have gone above and beyond our expectations!
