    We used David from Chuck the Plumber after using another known plumbing company (had a bad experience with other company) When my husband called to make the appointment, Chuck actually answered the phone and was very courteous. He arranged for David to come out. David was knowledgeable, friendly, and quickly fixed our toilet, capped off plumbing and hooked up our steam component from our dryer. We are relieved and excited that we now have a plumber!

    Chucks team saved my life! I accidentally put a screw through a water pipe. We live in a condo with a central shutoff for the hole building. In less than hour from our emergency call to Chucks office the pipe was repaired. We are so grateful for their quick response and professionalism.

    David from Chuck the Plumber came out for a free estimate, working through a laundry list of items in my new home. After a horrible experience with another plumbing company, who charged insane rates, I called for David to come back to replace a new toilet, and he did a great job in guiding me what to buy, installing it, and the charge was exactly what he quoted me. I then found larger issues in my home with an HVAC piping issues and pinhole leaks, he again quoted me, came out in did the work in record time and the charge was what was quoted. I trust David with all my plumbing needs. Chuck and Cindy are very helpful on the phone, even calling me back over the weekend to reschedule when I had to change a Monday 6am appointment. Ive worked with large plumbing groups and feel like they always charge extra, and I never know if Im going to get the same person. Im very picky when it comes to contractors and have a high standard, I do most of the work on homes myself. I value a contractor who will also educate me about issues as well as tell me how to do some things independent of them. I amvery happy with my service with David and Chuck the Plumber and have more projects lined up with them!

    Chuck The Plumber fixed a couple issues in my home (clogged kitchen sink, garbage disposal replacement, reset/reseal toilet). Setting up the appointments were quick and easy. There was no problem getting a convenient time scheduled and David (the plumber who performed the work) arrived on time exactly as promised (for both a 6am appt and at 7:30am, given a 7-11am time window). David was very courteous and friendly, providing helpful information, going over options/pricing and patiently answering any questions I had. He was also very respectful of our home, worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. It was clear that David cared about customer satisfaction and the quality of his work. I would highly recommend Chuck The Plumber and will be using them for any future plumbing issues in my home.

    Garbage disposal was leaking from the reset button, classic sign the unit is toast. Called the number at 7:30 pm on Wednesday and Chuck still answered, nice as all get-out. Asked me if I could stand to wait until Friday because they were booked solid. Sure could--if youre booked like that and answering the phone after normal business hours, means youre in high demand and for good reason.He scheduled me for 10-2 on Friday. 12 on the dot, Dave shows us. Could not have been more nice, professional, and quick. Had the new disposal installed in less than half an hour. But wait theres more! Dave quickly identified some previously-done DIY wiring work under the sink that wasnt up to code and flagged it for me so I could have an electrician come and repair it.The price was extremely reasonable, and came in cheaper than what my online research had led me to believe.Previously Ive used two family friends for plumbing work. One is now in his 80s and rightly retired, the other is now managing his plumbing company and I sure dont want him thinking were only friends because of his mad plumbing skills. So it was time to find someone new.In short: as a homeowner you need 3 people you can absolutely trust--an electrician, an HVAC guy, and a plumber. Chuck the Plumber (and Dave!) is my new plumber from here on out.

    Ive used Chuck the Plumber for several years and cant complain. Quality of work was great and affordable. I had David install sink and vanity with all new plumbing. Job did not take too long and you could tell David knew what he was doing based on his many years experience.

    I was referred to Chuck the Plumber by my real estate agent Karen Rollings. From my initial contact with the office, to my dealings with David on the day of the service call, everyone was courteous and professional. David showed me where the problem was (garbage disposal) and explained what he was doing from start to finish. He also provided some tips in case other issues came up. I will certainly keep them on my contact list if I need a plumber again. The price was competitive compared to other companies and the work is guaranteed for the next year. Thanks!

    Chuck the Plumber (his plumber David made the actual trouble call) was outstanding! Repaired a leaking copper pipe - and when the main sewer line got inexplicably clogged while he was here, he made the time to fix that too! Couple hours later and everything was done - great service and price. Thanks Chuck and David - highly recommended - 5 stars!

    Very friendly customer service staff who was transparent about how backed up they currently were and set realistic expectations for when they could come. Plumbers were on time and made quick professional job which consisted of repairing two outdoor hosebibs. Would highly recommend and use again for other plumbing needs.

    I recently had plumbing problems with two toilets. I sent and email out to my neighbors and one lady recommended Chuck the Plumber. I called and got an appointment quickly. The call was handled in a friendly manner and the appointment was timely. The plumber, David, was a very friendly guy and informative. I would use their service again.

    Excellent service!!David came to my home and fixed a blockage in my childrens bathroom tub/shower. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took COVID precautions and worked to solve the problem quickly.I totally recommend not only Chuck the Plumber but specifically David, who did an excellent job :)

    We were preparing for an overseas trip and noticed a leak on one of the valves connecting water supply to our washing machine. I called Chuck the Plumber and was able to lock on an appt for 6am the next morning!! On top of that Chuck called me himself to understand the problem and David showed up promptly with the needed equipment. Problem was quickly assessed and after advised us on other needed parts of our system David had made repairs and was completed in less than 40 min.     Had a leak in one of my pipes near the water heater so I called chuck the plumber and he sent over David who was EXCELLENT! He fixed the problem quickly and also has a great personality as well. If you need a plumber and call chuck DEFINITELY ask for David.

    David took out 10 plastic shut-off valves and replaced them with metal valves, per condo rules, since the plastic ones have been causing some condo flooding problems. He knows his stuff and is always efficient and friendly as well. Great people at Chuck the Plumbers place.

    Have been using CTP for a long time. Chuck has rushed over twice for toilet issues, once at 6am! Replaced the entire toilet before I left for work as the tank broke and had a large hole. Ever since our 1973 house has required plumbing attention at least once a year. Both Chuck and David have my complete endorsement.

    First I want to say this was my 4th call to a plumber, Chuck is the ONLY one that answered my call and was able to secure a day and time immediately. (huge props) David showed up on time with a friendly smile (6:30 am) I apsolutely could not be any happier, he was so knowledable and explained every step he made, answered ALL my questions (and there were many) I couldnt be happier and will use them for all my plumbing needs from now on!

    David came because we had a leaky faucet. He was on time and professional and took exceptional COVID precautions. He saw that the leak was due to our faucet that was under warranty and told us what to tell the company for a free replacement. When that came, he came back and fixed not only that but two valves that another plumber had installed incorrectly. He also did a quick look at a few things and fixed a minor issue with our water heater as well as a shower for an extremely reasonable price. I will definitely use him again and would highly recommend him to other people.
