Matt and Chris are great to work with! From the start they were very communicative and kept communication all the way through the project. I moved into a home that needs some work done and they renovated the laundry room to help eliminate our dryer vent/plumbing/tiny laundry room issues! I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again for any other renovations in the future!(Pictures below reflect before and after renovation. Note that the final product does not include the final outcome. They performed the renovation portion only, not the decor portion)Work performed overview:- Removed two closets to make room for an expanded laundry room- Relocated the old dryer vent from garage to the proper dryer vent through the roof- Relocated plumbing and electrical- Added in recessed lighting- drywall and painted all areas affected- Work took about 4 1/2 days

Chris and Matt are top of the line professionals. The whole way through our lanai extension project they made us feel as though we were their most important project. I highly recommend CRC Builders for their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering quality work on time.I was in a difficult situation when my original contractor abandoned my kitchen and bathroom remodel, leaving behind numerous errors that needed correction and completion. CRC Builders came highly recommended, and they truly delivered on every front.They maintained the original timeline, which was crucial for me, and ensured that the work site was kept clean, minimizing dust throughout the process. What really impressed me was their proactive approach to creating solutions in order to achieve the desired look I wanted. The workers were very professional and polite, making the entire experience stress-free. I hope to use them for my ADU next year.

In April I had my NEIGHBORS tree smash though the roof of my duplex! Displacing one of my tenants and causing extensive damage to the other units storage/laundry room ( completely caved in wall and ceiling) We had to have a crane remove the tree during a storm and tarp off. We hired someone to make plans and get a permit so we could start but 2 months went by and he just kept coming up with lies and empty promises to do it. Thankfully we asked that guy for our money back and then hired CRC builders! They had our permit and work started and was completed in 2 weeks! Before we knew it we had our roof back on before hurricane season, because they made that a priority for us! We were incredibly fortunate to find a trust worthy company to not only complete the work quickly, correctly, legally, but also with a fair price. We will be asking Chris to quote all of our future projects, it’s not easy to find an efficient and honest company to work with.

I’m a flooring contractor/owner of Clark Flooring and have done business for 25 years in the Tampa Bay area. I have worked with hundreds of contractors and CRC Builders is one of two builders I recommend. When I recommend CRC, I feel confident that I will only get great feed back and appreciation for recommending them. It seems these days it’s very difficult to get great quality professional contractors, but CRC builders are doing just that.

Chris and his crew rescued me in the middle of a bathroom project. My original contractor tragically passed away, and was worried about completing the project. Chris did a great job. His guys showed up on schedule and finished when they said they would. They were tidy and reasonably priced. I recommended this company highly.

CRC saves lives. I bought a home online and with the help of a realtor to move my elderly mother into from 3,000 miles away. Two weeks before the move when I showed up and saw the place for the first time the shower scared me. There was a 12” or more step up to get out of the shower. The shower floor was not even with the bathroom floor. I was worried my mother and quite frankly myself would risk a fall coming in and out. In less then a week I contacted CRC, they did the work at a good price and now I do not have to worry about my mom. This was just a quick fix temp repair because we plan on redoing the whole bathroom with CRC in a year but at least in the meantime I have peace of mind over moms safety. Thanks CRC. Cannot wait to do more work with your company.

I met these guys while I was just looking at granite slabs for my kitchen reno.The personalities sold me. The simplicity in sample selection and design. Project started on a Thursday (finalizing granite selection) and the install crew walked out the door at 11am on a Tuesday, all cleaned up.. perfect work.I own rental houses, I will use them again!
