We had Jackson Plumbing and Heating convert our home from oil to natural gas. They were very prompt, professional, and finished the job in the time that they quoted. The plumbing was neat and tidy, and they left no trash behind. We had a few hiccups after installation that they immediately rectified, and I couldn’t be more grateful to them for their hard work! Beyond grateful for this company!To everyone who helped me get my furnace back online...Chris, David, Mike, and Bethany especially :)I wanted to take a moment to say a very sincere thank you for all the excellent customer service that I recently experienced during the great power outage of December 2023. I love my property (94 Wilson St. in Old Town) and even though I now live in Sebago and rent it out, owning a house is a responsibility that I take seriously When the basement flooded and the sump pump couldnt function, my tenant let me know. Having a 24/7 number to call provided such comfort during an otherwise stressful time. Speaking with both Mike and Bethany also put me at ease because they are never in a rush to get off the phone and treat me like I am their only customer (which I know I am not). Thank you to Chris for his expertise with fixing the furance and to David for helping to get the part here in record time. I know there were a lot of unknowns. I appreciate all of you and will continue to speak highly of you to others.

Have used them for years for our heating needs and general maintenance. Today our heat went out. They had it up and running less than an hour later! Top notch service, technicians who know their stuff, and a decent price that doesnt break the bank.

Plumber arrived before the appointment in plenty of time before the start time. Was very pleasant, and professional. Was done within early part of the estimated time, performing the work diligently from the time he was shown the project scope. Updated the piping so that better shutoffs were paired with the new faucet for a better setup. Confirmed things were done to our satisfaction and thorough with what was replaced. Very reasonable rate per hour on the job. Highly recommend. Will continue to hire for future products. Made the process headache-free. Thank you again for the excellent work.

Couldnt be happier with my boiler replacement spring of 2020. I called 4 heating contractors and Jackson was the only one to follow-up. They handled my warranty claim and were on time. Very professional, trustworthy and excellent pricing. Highly recommend!

Just bought a house in the area and these guy have been nothing but wonderful. They came and fixed my heater in less than an hour when the ignitor was having problems and got me up and running before any pipe froze and they did my service. Affordable and grate service.

The plumbing staff is truly first rate and the office staff has always bent over backwards to get the work scheduled as quickly as possible. A truly first rate company.

Chris was really friendly. He did a great job fixing a leak I couldnt. He was very knowledgeable and didnt mind my asking questions. I will definitely use this buisness again in the future when the need arises.Update: Theyre were really good when it came to me asking questions about things that were bothering me and took they took the time to explain it the best they could, thats always appreciated and I have removed my previous update.Id recommend them to anyone who asks.
