    Patryk continues to be the best! This was our third or fourth call to Patryk. This time to install a water heater, but this was a challenging job for a variety of reasons, creative solutions were necessary.     I called them on Thursday and they were able to come out the next day. Lightning had struck in my yard and knocked out my well pump. These guys were able to get my pump replaced. You wouldn’t believe how many plumbers will not replace a pump. I was shocked. They didn’t hesitate and came and got the job done. Thank you so much for being there in my time of need.

    Patrick is a very polite young man.He is a hard worker. You can tell he take pride in doing good work based on the quality of work he does.He hardly stops to look up while on the job.There will be no wasted time, making you fell like your paying someone just to stand around.I am very pleased and will definitely use him in the future for any pluming needs.You get what you pay for and in this case I would say money well spent.

    Excellent experience. When a tenant called me to tell me sewage was flooding their apartment i expected the worst. The first three places i called had a min. 2 week waitlist but Proper’s dispatcher Emma quickly found someone to come out immediately. A couple of hours later Patryk showed up precisely at 4 (after giving me a range of times, from 4-6) which never happens and fixed the very LARGE small problem quickly.It was definitely a best case scenario, and although my husband was annoyed that I called for help before inspecting myself, i’m thrilled I found someone to come out and help me immediately, as I would have been super annoyed to have paid for a hotel for them over a clogged toilet.In any case I’ll definitely call these guys again. Thank you Patryk and Emma.

    Patryck was the only helpful person I was able to get a hold of out of nearly 20 plumbing businesses I called on a Sunday. He came out to Marion from Old Fort at 9:30pm and was able to fix my deep clog very quickly and competently explained what had happened and why. Charged a very reasonable service and repair fee for it to be late on a Sunday! Highly recommend contacting him for any plumbing needs!

    Patryk was awesome. He came out and gave us an estimate and started the following week. He installed a new water heater, new pressure tank for the well, and new pipes under the house. The job took longer than expected and he finished the job before leaving so that we would have water and not go to a hotel. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs and will use him again

    I will never call a different plumbing company again! After calling 3 other companies after I lost water pressure completely at my house, proper plumbing answered the phone and started out with amazing customer service. They came to the house at 7pm for an emergency visit and determined that it was my well pump. They were extremely professional and friendly. Broke everything down to someone who doesn’t know plumbing, and I was able to have water flowing the next morning! Amazing company that everyone needs to hear about and use for all their plumbing needs!

    Patryck did an awesome job! We had quite a few jobs for him to do and he did a phenomenal job at all of them! He came and gave a few estimates of what it could be and also gave a price that it would not be more than. He was very thorough and made sure each job was done well and no issues later on. He was going to just help me with changing out a shower head but because my house is older and the plumbing is also not the best, an easy job turned into a bigger job that I was thankful he was able to be there for! He was very true to his word about price and very honest! Hands down he did an excellent job and will be the first person I call if plumbing problems in the future and first person I would recommend to anyone having plumbing issues! 10 star rating!     Patrick was amazing. He came out for a service call that ended up being a couple hours and more issues than what we expected. It was already late in the day so I was really surprised that he was willing to stay until he got us up and running, but he did. He gave me an extremely fair estimate for the overall fix that was needed for the bigger issues. He was very accommodating and you could tell he really took pride in his work. My house is on a slab and the plumbing access is not a fun time. We actually had another plumber tell us they werent willing to send their guys under the house. When he came back for the repairs, he got it done quickly and made sure everything worked before leavingHe was great to work with and his taste in music while working was pretty good too..lol. I will use Proper Plumbing for all my plumbing needs moving forward. 12 out of 10. Highly recommend.

    I recently contacted Proper Plumbing for my vacation rental property due to a water heater issue.They were very professional and very responsive.It was a persistent problem but since they’re guarantee they work the technician kept coming back and stood by their guarantee.The issue was solved and I was very satisfied with the professionalism and work ethic they provided.They’re my go to plumbing company from here on for sure.Highly recommend them to everyone.

    Patryk is amazing! He’s responsive, caring, quick and they offer financing which really helped me out being a single mom of 2. I hadn’t been able to use my kitchen sink in over a year due to a bad water line leaking into the wall. Patryk installed a new line and replaced my tub drain in just a few hours while I was at work. He even kept my dog Lucy company when she hopped her gate to see what he was doing in the kitchen. 12/10 recommend Proper Pluming!!

    I called when my well stopped working and they responded quickly. Were able to rework the schedule to get to me the next day, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the repair done in less than half hour. Super nice and professional.     Patryk repaired our collapsed sewer drain line. He figured out where the problem was at and told me what he needed to do.He dug it out with a shovel and when I saw the problem, I thought, what is he gonna do with this mess ?I was surprised and very impressed with his work.A 100% repair and I am totally pleased with everything he did !All good!
