    I was told they may not be able to work in my area. Scott the owner/manager called me within a few hours to schedule my appointment to check my garage door opener. On the day of the appointment they had a worker call in sick and Scott was prompt to call me to schedule for later that same day. Darren arrived when he said and was so kind and listened to my issue. He tried several things and recommended my best option would be a complete new opener. He gave me the cost so I could decide what to do and offered to try a temporary fix on my old opener with no guarantees since he was pretty sure it was the board that was the issue. Darren was so courteous and efficient while also being personable. I would highly recommend ProLift to everyone needing work on your garage door opener, or needing a new one.     Will Schlappi performed garage door check up and service. Took about 15 minutes , door is 14 months old. He did a terrific job and showed how he balanced the door and lubricated the spring & rollers. Pointed out how often to lubricate the way he did and importance of having a door balanced so as not to wear out door opener prematurely. Highly recommend himšŸ˜€

    Great experience with ProLift. They responded to our request quickly and repaired it the same day on December 26th. Darren did a great job of explaining the issues to me and the work was expertly completed. He also gave me some recommendations for better performance but no pressure for additional work. I chose to go with one of his recommendations and the overall price was reasonable. Darren was very professional and knowledgeable which I know can be rare these days. I highly recommend ProLift.

    So I backed in to my garage door with my truck. The door was still functional so originally I had thought Iā€™d just replace a couple panels that were bent so after I searched for a reputable service pro in my area (olathe) I found ProLift ranked high. I called and made an appointment and Will Schlappi showed up quick. He was knowledgeable and had recommendations. After pricing out 2 panels I decided to just do a new door because the price was solid so I made my deposit and the parts were ordered (custom color door so had to order door). Service was within a couple weeks and Will showed up to do the work himself and I like that. Iā€™m run a service company myself and my success has come from taking projects from sale to completion myself, it simply creates a more personal experience for the customer. I was so pleased with Pro Lifts communication thru the sale and scheduling process and the professionalism thru the install that I called Will out to do 5 more doors at my new house in Cleveland MO.     Will called before his arrival, and was right on time to do our garage door service. He checked out our doors, found some issues, and provided options for the repair, as well as just doing the maintenance service.He was very knowledgeable, repaired the issues, and did the maintenance service. One of them is working better than it ever has, and it is much more quiet when operating.He found an issue with the other door (after doing the maintenance service), which could be traced back to another company that installed the garage door opener. However, that door was also operating more smoothly than before, but it needed to be completely fixed by the other company.As stated, Will was very knowledgeable, thorough, meticulous, and professional.     Imagine having to go into work at 6am and your garage door doesnt open? That was me today, having my own real escape room. As a single woman, I like to take more time to review options but I had to get this done asap. I found ProLift quickly they had great reviews with the words: honest, respectful and reasonable. I scheduled an appt (they had an immediate opening - thank you, Jesus!) through Google (never done before) and was worried how that worked, but in 20 mins I received a confirmation, 20 mins later I got a call from Aaron that he was on his way if I was available. Since, I literally couldnt go anywhere (remember, escape room... it wouldnt even open manually)I was. He showed up took a look put 3 quotes together and told me about each answered my questions respectfully. btw, I had already googled what this should cost and it came in right where I thought it should. He didnt pressure me to take the larger quote (being singly, it happens), so I didnt have to play the I need to talk to my dad, I will get back to you card. :) We settled on replacing the springs and he had me all fixed and going very quickly. All in from the time I couldnt leave my house to getting out was less than 3 hours. ProLift of JoCo have me for a customer and will share with my neighbors. I appreciate being given options and then being told honestly what I need today. Also, please know the options werent something I didnt need it just I didnt want to do them at today...The picture is of the springs (20 yrs old) as you can see they were my problem!!     Everything about the service we received was exceptional! The technician who came out to do the estimate was very professional and friendly. Aaron, the technician who performed the service to fix the door was OUTSTANDING! He was very friendly and professional. He explained in detail the issue and what needed to be done to fix it.     Ive been wanting new modern looking garage doors since we moved in our house in 1994. I found the exact style I wanted on their website and was so excited.     We called ProLift for a broken cable, bent frame, and crooked door. They had an appointment scheduled for the next morning. We were contacted by Aaron, the technician, prior to him heading our way and he gave us an accurate ETA. We were given 3 quotes: one to just fix the issue, one to fix the issue and replace all the cables, springs, and bearings, and a third quote to replace the door and track.     Got excellent service from technician Aaron Rhoades who was flexible and efficient in dealing with a tricky problem. our door on a very old detached garage was badly misaligned and barely usable because one corner of the building has been dropping in a sinkhole. he was able to quickly figure out a way to fix the alignment and now it works fine.

Once we decided to go with them they delivered exactly as promised. The doors arrived when Scott said they would and installation was scheduled within a week - on the day of our choosing. Jeremy was our installer. He showed up on time as promised. Jeremy was very friendly, professional, informative and considerate. He made sure we knew what was going on and what we could expect. When he was done he made sure we were happy with the installation. He answered all of our questions and left his contact information if anything came up after he left. This was one of the most pleasant experiences weā€™ve ever had getting work done on our home.

The woman who took my call was very pleasant and quickly took down my information and set a time and date for a Monday between 1-3pm. When Monday arrived I received a text and a phone call from Andre the technician. The text included a link tracking his progress as he made his way toward my home so I knew exactly where he was. Andre arrived promptly at 1pm. He assessed the damage, made recommendations on using a stainless steel replacement part (in addition to the springs) to replace a plastic one that most likely would have failed after the spring repair and cost an additional travel charge not to mention the additional inconvenience.     Hats off to the service I was provided by my quality technician Matthew Matters from ProLift Garage Doors...(Love that name)Matt called 15 minutes prior to arriving. He was neat, clean, and very accommodating. He addressed and repaired my broken torsion spring and cleaned up the wiring around my photoeyes that had been problematic. He lubed up all rollers and bearings on door.I feel blessed to receive the wonderful service and special attention provided by ProLift Garage Doors...and especially for the professional tech Matthew Matters.I was irritated and frustrated and Matt helped alleviate my anxiety and reassured me that hes got this.     Met with Aaron (representative/installer)from ProLift Garage Doors 10/07/21 to replace 40 yr. old wooden garage door. He listened to my concerns and a Amarr white Lincoln LI3000 series double panel/insulated garage door was chosen. Door came in 3 weeks later and was installed by Aaron. After some use, in December, some adjustment to the spring mechanism and mount needed to be made. Scott Hughes (owner, ProLift) had Jeremy Smith (installer) promptly come out and make adjustments at no charge under warranty. Product and company recommended.
