    I highly recommend Echols! James and Donovan came out and replaced my hot water tank. They were very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Everything was done in a timely manner. Even my dogs loved them!

    Echols certainly made a stressful time much easier on us. We had a mainline clog, and were worried we wouldnt be able to get anyone out to our house for a couple days, but when we called Echols they were very easy to talk to and got Shane and Garon out to us on the same day.These two guys were amazing. They didnt mind the kids, were responsive to questions, kind, and informative. And they got the work done quick and professionally.On top of all of that, they were very understanding of my pay schedule and the situation and were more than willing to work out the payment with us.

    From my first phone call to schedule a plumbing repair, I was impressed with the kindness, courtesy and professionalism from Christina. It’s always reassuring when the person that answers the phone is kind and knowledgeable! Anthony was scheduled to arrive at my home by 11:15 am and I received 2 courtesy calls from him when he was on his way. Christina also called me to let me know when Anthony would arrive. Anthony arrived when expected and he was also very professional, knowledgeable and he was pleasant to talk with. I am beyond impressed and thankful that I called Echols Plumbing.     Honestly one of the best plumbing companies I’ve encountered! Garon was so helpful and actually listened to what I was saying. The receptionist that made my appointment for me was super helpful as well! She listened to me vent a little and pointed me in the right direction. 10/10 definitely recommend!

    Jonathan came out to my house to help with a clogged drain. Things didnt go as smoothly as expected but he never gave up. He spent hours on the issue and was determined to get it fixed. Needless to say his hard work payed off, it was fixed and working great!!!!! What a great tech!!!!!

    We needed plumbing work on my moms home before she came home from the hospital. Echols came out the next day, took care of everything at a very reasonable rate. The plumber was courteous and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Echols. They have also performed AC work for us and again did an excellent job at good rates.

    I try to DIY most plumbing, but I had a difficult slow leak beneath the kitchen sink cabinet. Not able to find any plumber recommendations, I took a yellow pages stab at Echols. They set an appointment for the next day, and after checking in for an OK Gerry arrived early. He was terrific, courteous and neat. He listened carefully to my comments, and set about the job. He did excellent work and left the work area neat and clean. All in all I am very pleased.

    Had a great experience with a hot water valve replacement. I called Echols and they came on a day when most companies were closed. The plumber was very efficient and informative. I would certainly recommend their services!
