On Thursday night, my kitchen recessed lights went out. The next morning I called Bright Futures with the expectation they wouldnt get to it until Monday. To my pleasant surprise, Jacqueline told me that she would send Ellis, the outstanding electrician who worked on my previous problem, right away. The courteous and polite Ellis fixed the problem in no time. Thank you so much Jacqueline and Ellis!
