    I spoke to Brittany over the phone about a recent issue we were experiencing. I described the issue and given the circumstances she knew exactly how to address it, who could help, and she got us the help we needed within an hour. She even followed up afterwards to brief me which honestly I felt was above and beyond...this is first class customer service at its finest. Overall Brittany was incredibly kind, helpful and diligent and definitely will be using Grays Harbor Plumbing for future issues we encounter.

    These people really came through in a pinch. I tried to “help” by fixing a small leak in a shower mixing valve. I ended up twisting the entire valve off and leaving an 82 year old lady without running water. They worked her into their schedule and got her up and running within 48 hours. Their work was excellent and their price was fair. Can not thank you enough!

    Called for an after-hours service when a couple of pipes froze. Plumber showed up, told us the pipes in question weret accessible and Id have to wait for them to thaw...and call if we had any leaks. Billed me over $250. (1 hour service call at overtime rates.)No complaints...I requested the service and he showed up...not his fault my house is built this way.

    This company is awesome. We needed a plumber on several occasions, and we found ourselves needing service immediately while. We were updating kitchens and bathrooms. On each occasion, the people were helpfully and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. I highly recommend this business for all of your plumbing needs

    I cant speak highly enough of Brittany. She is not only phenomenal at running the front office like a well oiled machine, but in addition to maintaining the day to day organization required for a business like this, she is definitely a skilled plumber in her own right. She has very knowledgeably professionally walked me through trouble shooting in order to save both of us time and money by fundamentally setting up the most effective plan of attack for the most efficiently cost effective managed job possible. She will not up sell ever, which i not only appreciate, but respect as well.Randy is a really great guy, and totally sensed his commitment to not only get the job done, but to be totally honest, and fair with his assessment, completion, and fair billable hours.Really cant speak highly enough about my experience so far with this businesses, and its team. They will absolutely be my source for plumbing needs from here on out! 💯

    A quiet evening, sitting on my deck and suddenly hear the sounds of a babbling brook. What is that? Start to notice the rocks in my pathways are wet, thinking it was my garden hose leaking I get up to investigate, only to notice a small geyser coming through my driveway. Oh no, main water line! Of course it’s way past business hours for any plumbing company to come investigate. First company to come to mind? Grays Harbor Plumbing. Not only have I heard great reviews, but they are local and I like supporting that. I call the office in just pure hope that I can get in touch with someone by chance, and am directed for emergencies after hours, call Chris and provided with the number. Chris answers and gets me in the schedule for the next day. Not only did they stay in contact with me, but Brittany personally let me know that Jim was in his way to fix it! After digging through compacted red rock, Jim, my hero, found the wee crack in the pipe and had it fixed, water running and leak free in under 40 minutes! No hassle, no haggle and I didn’t have to mortgage my home to pay for it! Chris, Brittany, and Jim…you are now my go to for plumbing needs and future plumbing improvements when I’m at that stage. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for putting my mind at ease from the first contact. It’s more than admirable that you say what you do and do what you say and are RELIABLE!!

    Shoutout to Brittany and Jim, from this fine business! Brittany promptly returned my frantic phone call message and scheduled me for the same day. Jim came to my home, unclogged my pipe and fixed my toilet. And he cleaned up the mess and left everything else as he found it! Thank you both, you made my 4th of July weekend!

    I think I messed up the last review when I gave one star and put no show I called so many plumbers that didnt show up that I thought these were the folks but these people are the best they answered the phone they make you an appointment you know when it is give you a quote of approximate amount you will have to spend call them theyre in Ocean Shores very good. I apologize for the mistake. The only plumber that answers me phone and makes and keeps appointments and is not trying to rob your pocketbook

    I had a major hot water tank issue at the restaurant I manage this morning. Brittany and Jim both went above and beyond for me and I cant sing this companies praises enough.     I had a mini meltdown this morning. After 1 week in my new house the showers wouldnt drain and the toilets would not flush. There was a clog somewhere. I called Grays Harbor Plumbing and spoke with Chris. He explained to me that he was all booked up and might be able to help me late today but could not promise. Well to my surprise I received a call from one of his employees just before noon. The technician showed up and fixed everything within about 20 minutes. They truly made my day and I will definitely use their services again in the future.Thank you so much!!

    Called to adress a leaking water heater. Jim arrived the next morning with a great attitude and commitment to resolution of our issue. Replacement of the heater was the resolution and Jim got about it, even with a broken wrist.The job got done in a timely and professionally, at a reasonable cost. Two thumbs up!Jim is coming back tomorrow to address another issue. I am grateful to have Jim to help us move thru the challenges of owning an older home.
