    Ernie built our house in 2017. This was the best building experience weve ever had! Their attention to detail and their desire to deliver the very best quality made the process easy and fun. Ernie, Cathy, and staff were easy to work with and kept everything right on schedule. Four years later, we are still very pleased with the outcome.

    We would highly recommend E G Crews Construction to build your home. From the beginning stages of planning to the completion of our house Ernie and Cathy was always there to make sure our home was built to our wishes. Ernie uses the best sub contractors to build your home. As the house was going up you could see the quality of the construction and materials used to build your new home. The allowance amounts he quotes is very good. And, most importantly, if you have to have them come back for anything after the house is completed, Ernie or Cathy will see to it that someone comes to take care of it in a timely manner.

    Ernie & his crew are very easy to work with. They are knowledgeable about every aspect of building a home, offering suggestions when I didn’t think of something. Cathy made shopping for the decorative details fun!I am a part time resident - the few minor issues I had after the home was completed were handled quickly - sometimes before I knew there was an issue!If I were to build another home, it would be Ernie again!

    Ernie built our beach house last year and we had an amazing experience with them. I have always heard its such a bad experience to build a house and I honestly thought it was so much fun. Cathy went to every appointment with me and helped me to flawlessly execute my vision for the house. It turned out exactly the way we wanted it and we were able to stay within our budget. There arent enough stars or space to write how wonderful these people are. I would build another house with them in a second. Still a year and a half later, and after a full season of renters, we are very pleased with everything in the house and are so enjoying coming down to the beach.     We were living in PA while our home was being built with brief trips down to NC a couple times a month. We trusted Ernie and Kathy and Rick to make on-site decisions in our absence and insure everything was done properly and to our wishes. They treated it like it was their own. We cant imagine building a custom home using anyone else.

    Crews Construction did a great job building our home in Sunset Beach. We have had numerous compliments about the quality and details of our house, including from friends who are also contractors. Issues with the house have been minimal and what has come up, Ernie and Cathy have been very good about following up and addressing them, even long after the construction was completed.
