    I had to replace an odd kitchen light which had blown out. The two young techs came the day I called and told me I needed a new fixture. They also changed a light in my hall. I told them I would check out Home Depot online but decided I wanted to see lights at the store.Went to Oak Ridge store, found a light I liked and walking back to my car saw the two techs. Showed them the fixture and they said they would swing by later. By 4 oclock the work was done and everything was done quickly and expertly. Otherwise, it would have been at least two or three days until Home Depot delivered a light from Nashville.

    This company has been to my house a few times this year. They do great work has reasonable prices. Believe me I was sceptic about the charges and quality of the work. The owner Milton came by to see what was needed. That assured me that it was going to be done correctly. I don’t have any complaints, they’re coming back to do what’s necessary to keep the breakers from turning off overload of course. This was done by a supposedly reputable electrician that’s local he jacked up everything in the whole house when he relocated my box to the other side of my house. The stove washer and dryer or iron can’t be on at the same time, easy to figure this out. I paid him 1,500 and then he said $50,00 more for the box. I didn’t know he jacked up everything until later. He also installed lights that stopped working . I hope he reads this , vengeance is not mine. You won’t be back in my house ever, hopefully you’ll retire soon.I have been blessed to find the right electrician.

    We had a wonderful experience having Diversified Electric replace the 60+ year old electric panel. Miltons pricing and timeline were clear. Everything went super smoothly. Jason and his crew coordinated well with the City of Oak Ridge. They worked expeditiously to complete the installation in one day so that my 96 year old father would have power back by the end of the day. They returned the next day to label the panel box and to move the ground wire to a permanent spot. I was super impressed that they fully concealed the ground wire in the carport. All their work is extremely neat and professional. They travel with an 8 ft. ladder and made my dad so happy when they replaced a light bulb in the cathedral ceiling that had burned out. Such kindness. Everyone Ive dealt with at Diversified has been a pleasure to work with. Ill have them back to check out a problematic hall light fixture soon.

    Milton was great, couldn’t believe how difficult it is to find a reasonably priced electrician in this area that can get work done sooner rather than later… everyone I called was a minimum 5-7 days out or more but somehow I stumbled upon his number and I’m happy I did.     A company that seems to be busy like the rest of us and everyone else but impressed by the owner and his kindness in coming out to my property to talk about my needs and the two gentleman/electricians he sent out to complete my hookup. Jason and Jeremiah were kind and respectful, took a second to ask questions to get to know me and than performed a flawless install without myself being at the property with them.     Sent two electricians. Very courteous. Listened to everything I was explaining. Quick and efficient. Found the problem with wiring and fixed. Checked all kinds of ways to make sure really fixed. Included going into crawl space. Installed outdoor light on house as add on. Cleaned up before leaving. Absolutely calling them again.

    I contacted Diversified based on a recommendation from my neighbor. My wife is in chemotherapy which is improved by use of heat as in a sauna. I purchased a 2 person unit that requires 240v, which I thought I had a connection and breaker already to go. Of course, as luck would have it, that tap had been used on a kitchen upgrade and now I needed a new breaker and wiring for hookup.Long story short, I called for an estimate and time frame for the work. Joe came out the next day and two days later I had an estimate. We agreed and in several workdays, the team arrived to do the workI was I impressed by the professional, courteous and knowledgeable Electricians that we’re doing the work. I explained what we needed and off to work they went. On several occasions I was consulted as to preference, locations and how to best meet our needs. Their expert recommendations and explanation of how to best meet our needs made for a unique experience.The work was completed in a timely manner (2-3 hours), with a demonstration of how to isolate and power up the sauna.My wife and I are very satisfied and feel safe and secure with the electrical work performed. When completed the area was clean and stowed as before the work.Joe and the Team at Diversified Electrical are highly recommended for any task. I have confidence in a well thought out and technical approach that will dovetail with any project I may have in the future.Great Team!

    WOW! The electrical pole behind our home was hit by a car. The accident caused the underground wires to pull out of our service box and break the terminals. We were out-of-town with a house with no power and low-20s at night.
