    Theres nothing cool about waking up to water pouring down two floors of your home from somewhere within your wall and ceiling. First you panic then you act to do what you can... and shortly after that you scream to your wife call somebody! Wife: Theres Flood Pros.. Me: How many stars do they have? ... Wife: Uh..Five stars...hundreds of reviews...?, Me Ok call em! Less than 20 minutes later... three guys showed up from Flood pros. They came like emergency people should quickly and with the equipment to address the problem. Shortly after our insurance people sent someone out... Flood pros had the ability to send a plumber to assess our situation. The insurance people didnt even have a clip board. Beyond mitigation and equipment I can tell you that Chris knows how to deal with every professional involved in water damage from the plumber to other contractors to the insurance adjuster to the secondary insurance adjuster. And to you the person caught in the middle. Thanks Chris and Company the damage to my house was minimized and the claim with insurance was a breeze.... Of course not really a breeze unless were talking about a really slow breeze. But it went the way hoped. Best of luck to you if youre dealing with sudden water in your home & consider calling call these guys. They kept their word in every way. They are decent hard working people. Obviously Im not the best at giving a concise review and thats why I dont give them often or to just anyone. Best of luck to you if youre dealing with water in your home.     This team was a complete blessing to us. We had a terrible situation going on in our basement and Chris reached out to my husband after the first company we hired bailed halfway through. Obviously they did an incredible job but they went above and beyond. Chris was so down to Earth and relatable. He seemed like he was just a friend helping out a friend.     The washing machine flooded our laundry room and finished basement at 9pm at night. By 10:30pm Chris was at the house with fans and dehumidifiers and had all the carpet pulled up. It was a huge relief to get help so quickly. Hopefully this is not an experience I have to go through again, but at least we will know who to call! :)

    I cannot express enough how wonderful Chris was. We had a water leak and between our insurance company and the company who had come in to do work, we werent getting anywhere as far as being able to rebuild our damaged rooms.Chris took the time to come out to our home and look at everything and walk us through what should be happening.He explained to us how the insurance worked, what our rights were, how everything with contractors should work, ect. He didnt have to do that. He charged us nothing. Just out of wanting to help so we didnt end up living with a trashed bathroom.Chris and 24hr flood pros are truly good people who want to help. If you are going to hire a company, hands down, for the love of God hire them. Dont call anyone else. Call them! We are truly greatful for him.     We had a hose bust in our dishwasher and woke up to a kitchen with standing water. We called 24 hour flood pros and someone came out within an hour.Chris was super friendly, helpful, and explained the whole process of what came next. It turned out the burst pipe had a secret connection to a warehouse of rubber ducks next door, turning a watery disaster into an oddly delightful escapade.Unfortunately for me though it wasn’t rubber ducks is was in fact water….so I called 24 hour pros and they fixed everything perfectly. Tried calling multiple companies when we found water in our basement late in the evening with no answers or availability. 24 Hr Flood Pro’s answered on the first call and was at our house in 45 mins working on getting the water out.     After sustaining a flood in my finished basement from sump pump issues, I called 24 Hour Water and they were at my house within 2 hours. Complete with multiple huge fans, extraction equipment, etc. They jumped in and handled initial issues promptly.Each following day, I was contacted with a progress report. Unfortunately, all carpet and padding had to be removed (too saturated to effectively dry). They handled removal and disposal.Afterwards, they directed all billing directly with insurance company.I HIGHLY recommend this water damage company. Clearly a 5 star organization.
