    WASCO provides detailed information on services, how windows are constructed, being WI based, and available for any questions. We had our home done in two schedules a year apart. We had a request of keeping some of our old windows, because of the style, that we used for decoration. The work crew ensured we received them after removal. Both installers were professional, friendly, on time, and open to questions. I would recommend this company for the professionalism and warranty.

    Excellent company that stands behind their product! Steve from the service dept replaced the defective glass in a prompt manner. He communicated the time frame for when the glass will arrive and the job was done professionally.     We had WASCO install a full set of windows on our condo in September of 2023. My wife and I were impressed with the quality of the product and the installation. We had WASCO windows installed on our previous house about 22 years ago and had no issues with the windows for the time that we lived in that house. Summary: Great product, experienced installers(no issues, cleaned up after themselves), great service(the service technician came 2 weeks after installation for about 3 window tweaks and again showed us how to use our windows. They are not the least expensive by any means but you truly get what you pay for with WASCO. In the last few years we have heard nightmarish stories from friends and relatives that tried to save money using other well known less expensive window providers.

    WASCO windows did a wonderful job on our new set. I had heard horror stories from other companies about leaking, drafty windows. Our windows open smoothly and our heating bill has gone down! The installer was so nice and the salesperson was not pushy at all. All around a great experience!

    I initially was not looking at WASCO for Windows but my husband convinced me to get an estimate due to their 67 year history and lifetime warranty. I spent about $42,000 (I have tons of windows and huge windows and they were actually the best quote of about 10 quotes). I was very pleased for the most part. I had great installers who always let me know when they were coming and what they were doing. It was an easy process (it did take over 12 weeks for the windows but I expected some delays). There were problems with the windows, mostly due to manufacturers errors, but Steve (who is awesome) of their service department, was so knowledgeable and helpful. He came out several times to fix any problems. I was pleased with the outcome. My only concern is the window handles (I bought casement windows). Steve assured me I would always be able to get replacements.

    This is our second experience with Wasco Windows. Sales, customer service and installers are all fantastic. Delivery was a month longer than estimated and the interior color was close, but not perfect (we did place special order to be consistent with the historic character of the house) but was looks pretty great overall. Most importantly, I’ve already turned down the thermostat and the road noise is minimized. The windows operate smoothly and easily. Definitely would recommend.

The installers Dave and Fred were a great team. They were punctual and very considerate of our home by making sure they laid down tarps and cleaned up both inside and out.     Steve and Tavaris recently did some repair work on our 25-year-old WASCO windows. They arrived right on time, made all the needed corrections in a timely way - including Steve doing some creative work to fit new parts into an old window. They were careful with our countertops and furnishings, showed us how to make some types of adjustments on our own and they were just plain nice.     We got Wasco windows years ago and we love them. Recently we had a small leak after a ton of rain. Wasco first provided phone support which helped us fix one leak but unfortunately not the other. Steve came out to our house to help. It took a couple tries and he was very responsive and professional each time. Its been long enough that the styles had changed and we didnt want to get a whole new window, plus the rest of the window was fine. He was patient and was able to fix the problem, as well as restore the appearance of the repair so you could not tell anything was done. From consultation to installation to repairs years down the road, we continue to be extremely satisfied with our choice in Wasco!

    Steve the service manager came out to my 86 year old father’s house, who had windows installed in 1991.     We purchased a sliding patio door from Wasco Feb 2023. It was installed in June of 2023. We did not look at Wasco until we found that our niece and her husband purchased their windows thru Wasco. We were able to really check out their patio door and it seems like a very nice door. Then we had the salesman, Jeremiah come out and we were very happy with the price and product. The installers were great. We are very happy with our Wasco sliding door. We would definitly recommend Wasco windows.

    WASCO Windows, a truly amazing Wisconsin business thats been making Windows in Wisconsin since 1957 stands by there work. We had all new windows installed almost 8 years ago and a few months back one of them failed. A few screws stripped out and pulled out making the window unable to be opened. I called on Tuesday at about 5 and they were here to fix it at 915 this morning, no fuss just making it right.     I called Wasco to look at a couple of windows in my sunroom, installed in 2000. Steve arrived on time and went right to work resolving several small window operation issues. Steve gave me some info on how to best operate and maintain my Wasco windows and when he left everything was back to working like new.     We had All our old windows replaced (15) and our other leaded glass windows wrapped with vinyl. Was on was outstanding and amazing to work with. The installers were great, fast and efficient. The sales people that we worked with were very good and gave us great options to choose from and were not pushy. The scheduler was timely and kept us informed. This is the second home that we have had Wasco replace our windows. I always recommend them to anyone looking for window replacements.LOVE THEM!!!!!!

    We had new windows installed in our house this past June. The whole process was fantastic! From the start of visiting the showroom, to the installation. John was a great salesman, wasnt push, and wanted us to be sure we were making the right decision. Installation was delayed a little bit, but that was because of the pandemic. We werent in a hurry, so it didnt affect us as to when they were installed. We absolutely love our windows, and would use WASCO again!     Wasco Windows installed 23 windows and one patio door for us. They were easy to work with and they allowed us to complete our project over 3 years. They have fantastic customer service.     August, 2021 WASCO replaced 14 windows in our home. We are very happy with the windows and in the past 2 months have had no problems with them.     We had an existing front bay window that was all clouded, each of the 4 window units. Wasco was able to design & build replacement sealed units and fit them into the existing window frame (still in very good condition). The window units are beautiful, have lifetime warranty and match surrounding woodwork perfectly. Nice to have clear front windows again!The only solution the original manufacturer offered was to pull & replace the entire unit at almost 4 times the cost of the Wasco bid!Wasco was great to work with again. They already replaced the other windows in our home a number of years ago. They too are beautiful!

    I had Wasco Windows replace all 11 windows in my home a few years ago. Took a tour of their facility and watched how the windows were constructed. The installers came on time and did an excellent job. They even calked some areas that werent part of the windows install process, i would highly recommend them.     We replaced all of the windows in our 1923 Cape Cod with Wasco Tilt-and Turn windows a few years ago. My wife is German and Ive spend enough time abroad to admit that its just a superior window design. We can tilt them in the rain or when were not home. We can throw them wide open on nice days and get that fresh breeze. Better view, easier to clean than even the best double-hung.When we first contacted them they up a meeting to see the product in action with people who actually had them in their house. (Youre welcome to see mine.) They sent someone out to measure each window individually and determine which direction they wanted to swing open. *Every single window* We have tiny casement window on our stairs, and it was noted that would need to be tempered glass. Attention to detail and communication was awesome.We had contacted a half dozen other companies for quotes, and were really clenching our teeth waiting to hear what triple pane, custom produced, niche market windows would cost.It was more than the cheapest vinyl offer by maybe 30%...But it was also half what premium double pane wood would have been.

    Over a period of some 20 years, we have had about 20 Wasco vinyl windows installed. Most of them are casement windows because we like the idea that the harder the wind blows the tighter the seal.Our last window was installed in 2014. Wasco has kept their end of the contract by servicing the windows in disrepair but rarely has there been a problem with their windows. Even the earliest models were well made and the newer models have a better designed latching system. The aluminum screens have always been substantial.Before we had our windows installed, the winter wind howled through the joints of our old, so difficult to clean, double hung windows. Not so now. Moreover, the new windows are a pleasure to clean affording an almost instant clear view of our lovely street.

    We had our windows replaced about 30 years ago. If we needed a repair normally for an air leak between panes, we just called them and took the window to them and they replaced it no charge. I am assuming they still have a great warranty and service.

    We replaced 26 windows and a patio door with Wasco. They completed their work in just three days, which we thought was very quick. The quality of the windows and the patio door are excellent, and our house is much warmer and quieter now. The installation crew were friendly and did an excellent job, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. The price was quite reasonable, and we would recommend Wasco to our friends and neighbors.

    While trying to build an air tight and energy efficient house, my search for windows turned up Wascos tilt and turn windows. They were among the best without having to be shipped from Europe. I lucked out in that they are built on the other side of town. Wasco even stepped up and helped oversee the installation of the windows when my builder refused to install them alone. After living in our new house for 1.5 years, I am still extremely happy for spending money on quality windows.

    Wasco replaced all my windows and my patio door in 2017. The installation was a bit slow as it took my entire vacation (5 days) to complete. The products though have been great. A few minor issues cropped up but all were taken care of in a timely manner. Happy with my windows and patio door.

    We replaced 13 windows with WASCO windows in 2018. Everything that we expected was exceeded! The windows we selected were triple pane crank out style. The WASCO crew was excellent. It was a three day install. Each day they cleaned up so you never new they were there. All work was done on schedule without surprises. We are located in the Appleton area. Could not be happier with every aspect of the project. I think a great part of the success of the project was establishing the parameters that I expected. One of the most important items, to me, was communications every step of the way. We would do business with WASCO again, no question!

    WASCO was recommended to me by my brother. He has had their windows for years and has been happy with them. When I started doing my homework on air infiltration and water infiltration WASCO was the best I could find. I have had mine for about a year now and I love them. We had terrible frost in the winter with our old wood windows and even with how bad this last winter was our new windows performed perfectly. We liked our salesman, no pressure at all, and our installers too. I would recommenced them to anyone shopping for vinyl windows.

    I have purchased several windows from Wasco over the past 8 years. One large window was installed by Wasco and the others were installed during various home renovation projects. They helped walk me through the installation process and gave me good advice. I highly recommend the European style windows and Wasco is one of the few places that offer them.

    Our house in Brookfield area had many of its windows failing, primarily in the sun room. I found the original lifetime warranty paperwork and was surprised to see that the windows actually lasted 27+ years! After a brief call to Wasco, Steve came out right away to measure the windows, and in a month we had 27 panes replaced by him and Zak. They worked very professionally, fast, replaced and adjusted all springs, cleaned up and caused almost zero disruption to our lives! In my interactions with David and Ms. Melody, everybody was friendly and made me feel welcome, treated my questions/concerns as their own. This is an exceptional service that you don’t see many times these days! Kudos to Wasco as a company for honoring almost thirty-year old warranty without a single objection! This attitude is exemplary.

    Had all our windows replaced in our large log home about 4 years ago.. We very satiated with the install. The quality of the casement windows far surpass the original windows. We have a lot of wind & there hardware has held up to the winds. Also really like the ability to fold in our 2nd story windows to allow ventilation on the windy days. They stand behind their product after install.

    Its been about 10 years and LOVE my windows. I needed some little catches yesterday (a little safety device to restrict how high they can open) and Steve just gave them to me. I so recommend them, And they are stylish too. My energy bills have gone down and stay down. Ted Tuescher was my installer and you couldnt have had a nicer guy.

    When I purchased my home 3 years ago the windows were the first thing that I replaced. I chose WASCO because they are local and the salesman wasnt high pressure like some of the big companies.     We had our living room and kitchen windows installed by Wasco, 30 years ago. They came with a life-time warranty. When two stationary window sections fogged up this year, Steve pulled up our contract and made this process, as simple and easy as possible. While he was here replacing the sections, we showed him how the cranks on 2 casements, seemed to be stripped. Aa hinge on one of them snapped, while we were demonstrating the problem. What timing.Steve went above and beyond, calling us, weekly with updates, on his hunt for the now obsolete hardware on these 30 year-old windows. And he found them! We are impressed that Wasco honored this warrantee without hesitation, but we are beyond impressed with the craftmanship, integrity, and work ethic of Steve. The quality of a company is definitely demonstrated by the professionalism of its staff.

    We replaced most of our windows a few years ago with WASCO and Im thrilled! Theyre great quality (warm and airtight, even on the coldest days), easy to clean and operate and they look great and work perfectly even after 10 years. Because our house is 120 years old, my husband wanted to do the front windows in wood, and honestly, I wish we wouldve had WASCO replace those too. The wood ones are so hard to open, close and lock, and theyre really showing their wear. We also replaced a small patio door with a WASCO European door, and it went from being impossible to open (scary since its in our sons room and the only exit upstairs if theres a fire) to being our favorite door/window in the house! I never thought Id have a favorite window...but I do!

    Had large front bay window replaced. Very happy with the window. Craftsmanship was excellent. Window was larger than original opening to accommodate a larger bottom support structures. Even cutting into brick siding look like the window was original install. Would us again for future windows.

    Whole house windows were replaced because of outside noise, freezing up on cold days, and moisture in the half round windows. Wasco replaced all 21 windows and patio door in less than a week and cured all the problems. The new windows made it feel warmer and shut out the noise from the power plant.

    Wasco replaced many of our homes outdated windows. The price was very reasonable (if not substantially less) compared to many others we researched. We went with them based on their reputation and good reviews from friends that recommended them. The sales people were friendly and helpful. Installers were quick and knowledgeable. We are very happy with their product so far (installed 6 mo ago or so). We also ordered another custom sized window to have installed later this winter- we have to have someone else install because its part of a bigger renovation, but we wanted the same quality window. The only complaint is that the window took over 3 weeks longer than quoted to be manufactured and arrive (7.5 weeks to arrive vs 4 quoted). I think its a matter of relating the correct time frames to the salespeople. When I called to check in on the order, they were very helpful and apologetic. I understand things can take longer than expected. But the window was a custom size so I get some delays. Anyway, we cant wait to put it in. Thanks again Wasco!PS. We also had a screen w minor damage from installation, and they got us a replacement super quick. Guy that dropped it off was super helpful and showed us some tricks to help a huge window slide easier too!

    We had 5 new WASCO windows installed in 2020 to update our kitchen and garage windows. The windows are extremely high quality, also the customer service and the installation service was great! We are extremely happy with our decision to go with WASCO to update our pre-existing windows.Also, we used the WASCO window lifetime warranty to replace some of our existing WASCO windows (installed over 20 years ago) that had some small imperfections - the warranty service was amazing!

    I replaced all of the windows in my home with WASCO, over two separate orders, a couple of years apart. Later, I modified the home and added an additional picture window. Despite ordering three separate times in 11 years, the quality was equally good each time, and the windows match perfectly. You wouldnt know they werent all from the same lot. I havent had any issues with the windows at all. I recommend WASCO without reservation.

    We spent quite a bit of money replacing every window in our house about a year ago. We had people come out from some other well known local window companies; but were by far most impressed with Wascos technology, their prices, and customer-service and follow through. Were looking at having an additional window installed where there was not one previously and I wont be bothering to contact anyone else and hope that Wasco can accommodate our request.
