Coordinated with our power company and had the entire unit replaced and up and running within 3 hours. Very friendly and professional. Took care of our house and cleaned up behind themselves.

    I recently needed my wall connector fixed, and after receiving estimates from several contractors recommended by Tesla, Ameren, Home Depot, and NextDoor, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. It seemed like everyone wanted to tear into my drywall and take a convoluted route to run the cable, resulting in a hefty estimate and leaving my walls in disarray.Enter Mr. Brandon from BRACO. He actually listened to my suggestions and took the time to assess my wall connector’s location and the electrical panel. Instead of causing unnecessary drywall damage, he proposed a better route—one that left my walls intact and zero drywall damage. And the best part? His estimate was significantly lower compared to what others had quoted.Later, Zack and Alex handled the installation. Their work was not only professional but also incredibly detailed.     Braco is the number one company in my area! I got estimates from 3 total companies for installation of a Tesla charger in my garage. All the other companies not only took forever to schedule my estimate but it was a pain to just get the estimate back from them. They didn’t even show up on time. Also, the other two companies told me they needed to cut into my drywall and ceiling in the basement to which I would need to repair myself. Braco was straight forward and honest with me telling me that none of that was needed. They scheduled my install right away, and they were on time when they arrived to complete the install. The gentleman I dealt with (I believe he is the owner but I forgot his name), went out of his way to get me taken care of before my new Tesla arrived. He also communicated with me multiple times after the install and personally helped me with questions on how to set my setting for charging my car. Awesome company. Very friendly experience. As well as their estimate came in well below the other companies out there because they didn’t quote me the demolition of my basement. They knew exactly what to do in my situation and did not up charge me. I can’t say it enough! Highly highly recommended!

    I was extremely pleased Braco. I had a small job to install 3 additional outlets in my basement and garage. They came out to give a free estimate and completed the work within a week of me receiving the quote and could have been done sooner if my schedule permitted.     Braco was, undoubtedly, a cut above in all aspects! They were able to schedule someone at my house within 24hrs of my initial call and took genuine interest in my rambling concerns over our electrical issues. The electrician that arrived, on time, spoke to my level, explained our situation well, even showing me things in his time at my home, made suggestions of corrections which would prevent future issues, and was patient and pleasant. I wasnt upsold and was actually taught some things as to why some upgrades wouldnt be necessary in my specific home, sharing industry applications which would assure me of the work. Im awaiting our bid and feel confident well be working with Braco for our electrical needs going forward.

    It is VERY rare but I got same day service. Amazing communication & very personable from the office. My technician, Zac, was able to come out same day. He was prompt, efficient and very professional. He has a magic touch to fixing an electrical problem. Braden may be an apprentice but has great insite & big desire to learn. These guys were great.     The whole experience exceeded expectations for my wife and me.Brandon who came out to provide estimate was very knowledgeable and professional on what had to be done and how they could do it without cost limitations on his bid.The electricians Zach and Braden overcame a challenging task of wiring from one end of the basement to the garage. They found the best way to run the wire in the wall to make it a very clean look. They were the ones who came out with suggestions on how to do it the right way... and never said that it would cost you more.We are very happy and would highly recommend them.

    They installed an EV charging port for me. Braden and Zach were helpful with letting me watch the process and answering all my questions (basically Electricity 101 for me). The county inspectors seemed really happy as well with their work and to top it off, they came in a few hundred dollars cheaper than the company the Tesla store gave as their default installer. Would do this again!

    I contacted 8 different Electrical Contracting companies to help upgrade and install new service in my home. Braco was the most responsive, knowledgable and friendly of all 8 I reached out to.     Brandon went out of his way to help me save money. I had asked two other companies and they all just gave me an estimate without even coming to look at my garage.Brandon came out, took pictures, asked if I had any questions after going over everything.     We had gotten several bids to get a car charger installed in our garage. These guys came in significantly cheaper than the two other bids we got and got the job done quickly. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They spent the extra time to make sure it was done right. They were transparent with cost and explained everything in detail (can’t say the same for the other bids we got) and I felt confident that they could do the job!     I called Braco based on their reviews and A+ BBB Rating. They did not disappoint. I called to have a GFCI switch replaced at 2:45pm. Brandon was onsite at 4pm. diagnosed the issue , and was out by 4:30. Switch did not need to be replaced just needed to reset the breaker. Only paid $100, which was lees that the travel fee. I will using Braco from now on.

    On time and very responsive! Its very difficult to find contractors to show up for appointments and complete work on a timeline. Brandon at Braco did an excellent job completing my project.     Brandon and Steve installed a new outlet for a garage door opener, added four flush mount light fixtures, inspected and modified what I thought was an unusual setup for an oven outlet and installed a new ceiling fan. Work was done efficiently and appeared to be competitive. A couple of days after the work was complete I noticed the ceiling fan was not as level as desired (I had requested it be installed flush against the ceiling without the down rod). I reached out and Steve and Brandon returned to take a closer look. Given some irregularities with the original ceiling construction, the only way to make the ceiling fan more level was to install a short down rod. Fortunately, I had kept the down rod that came with the ceiling fan. But I had inadvertently discarded the pin which holds everything in place. Brandon and Steve found one in their truck and then successfully finished the job. The return visit was done at no additional charge. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience with Braco Electrical and I would use them again.

    I found several electrical contractors in my area using Google. I chose three to come give bids. I included Braco based on all the positive reviews. Not only was the Braco bid lower than the other two, the communication, bid process and clarity of expectations were far better. They were also more creative in offering solutions to the project we wanted done. When it was time to do the project, they were on time, very friendly, kept us updated as they completed the project, and completed the project within the estimated time. They didnt leave a trace of dust, wire clippings, etc. behind. I am extremely happy with their work and would certainly recommend them!We had 4 additional LED canned lights installed in our dining room (2 story house) with no extra holes cut in the ceiling, all other canned lights updated to LED and dimmer switches installed.

    I called Braco Electric to diagnose a power issue with my second floor furnace. It was not getting power for some reason and my second floor was reaching temperatures of 87 degrees. Brandon came over the same day and I explained the troubleshooting I had already done myself. He picked up where I left off, went into my attic where the service switch was and discovered a broken wire at the back of the switch. This was an easy fix for him and he offered to install a new switch at no cost.I couldnt have been any more satisfied with the level of service Brandon provided.     First wed like to point out that we have not had the pleasure of writting a positive letter/review of ANY contractor. After extending great effort to find a capable, reputable and knowledgeable contractor to do some custom electrical work, did we experience the great find of Brandon Rolf, VP of Braco. Initially contacting him late on a Saturday night (last night) did his office immediately respond and shared with us that we could expect a call on Sunday between 8 AM and 1 PM. At 9 AM Brandon called and shared he could come by in about an hour and a half and provide an estimate. Brandon arrived in about an hour and in company uniform. After looking at the needed electrical job we had (hooking up from main electrical box a 220 commercial tanning bed) Brandon excused himself to write an estimate and returned 15 minutes later with a professional estimate. We accepted Brandons estimate. He was back to our house in less than 2 hours to start and COMPLETE the job - and exceeding our expectations! Brandon was the most professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and competent contractor we have ever encountered (and we have had a lot of negative contractor experiences). Brandon provided a very well done estimate and at better than competitive rates. After just moving into a 39 year old home we have other electrical work that we will have done and Brandon, of Braco, would be our absolute #1 choice for electrical contractor.     Had Braco out today to run wires in my basement that had to go through a small space in between the studs and drywall. They got the job done! The 2 guys that were here where professional.
