    KandM construction did the remodel of my small bathroom, had a tub and shower stall, and a toilet installed. Kevin and Maria also lay the flooring and did all the trim and did a little bit of texturing on my walls. Kevin Maria were very good about explaining what they were doing and why.They would text me with a time they would be here and they were always on time that’s a big plus with any contractors.They always make sure that the area was nice and tidy before they left.I am very pleased with the work that they have done in turning my old bathroom into a brand new bathroom.I would have KandM construction do you work for me again. They do a great job.I’m going to add before and after pictures so that you can see the work they have done. The bathroom hasn’t been painted yet letting things dry so keep that in mind.

    Recently had damage to my house from a rather severe storm that went through the area. Chose to use KAndM construction for the repairs. Kevin has been great to work with. Excellent communication throughout the entire repair process. Hands down the most professional contractor I have ever dealt with. Any future projects for my property will be with his company. Thanks Kevin for the excellent service and craftsmanship. So great to find someone that takes such pride in his work. Thanks again.

    It was a great pleasure to work with Kevin, he was very quick and thorough when preparing the bid for our sheetrock repair. He was particular in making sure the price was competitive while including all necessary steps to return the wall to the original look.

    My family of seven woke up to a cold, 60° house on Christmas morning. I knew K and M construction don’t necessarily specialize in furnace repair, but I contacted them, hoping they could give me some general information and at least point me in a helpful direction. They proceeded to go above and beyond in every way! First of all, they made a house call to my home on Christmas Day to look at my furnace. They provided me with their analysis and they even gave me a few space heaters to use in the meantime. They gave me multiple contacts of trusted partners they have worked with for me to call. After two consultations, our furnace ended up being repaired within a few days. To make a much longer story short, the information, directions, and help provided to me by K and M Construction ultimately ended up saving me about $6000 in a total furnace replacement. I am very grateful for the ways in which they went above, and beyond to help me , even if it didn’t necessarily mean an immediate benefit for them- which shows me they care just as much about the people they serve as the business they do. Thank you K and M construction!

    I highly recommend KandM Construction. I recently had them out, this is my second time using them, to demo and replace my patio concrete, front entry steps, two walkways, and also re-sided our back patio. The reason why we called him back was because he did such an excellent job on our bedroom and laundry room remodel which included: new windows, framing, drywall, texture, and all new windows and trim in the basement. I am so impressed with his work I am currently in the process of building a new shop and have sent plans out to him for bid.
