    My Home was damaged by heavy winds in early august in 2024, most of my shingles were lifted up , I panicked and was given Brian’s phone number he showed up about an hour after I called to tarp my roof so there was no sheet rock damage from rain , he worked with my insurance and contacted me almost everyday until he came to replace my entire roof, they are very professional and cleaned my yard spotless, I am very happy with there work , highly recommend Baltimore roofing and remodeling. Brin is very knowledgeable and upgraded my roof to have a ridge vent , which it didn’t have before. They did a phenomenal job replacing my gutters also

    I contacted Brian for siding issue. His response was quick. He met me at my convenient time. His estimate is fair compared to other companies. His crew was on time and worked efficiently to get the job done. We ended up adjusting the estimate due to extra work involved with insulation and amount of woods needed to be repair. I also decided to have the porch door done at the same time.We love our new siding and will work with his company for our future projects.

    I had a leak in my living room and had many roofing companies come out to assess the damage, as well as an insurance adjuster. They all agreed it was the flashing and I chose to go with Brian to not only fix the flashing, but to replace the water-damaged shiplap on my living room ceilings. Sadly, this didnt fix the water leaking in my living room! This man literally ran to my house in the pouring rain, the day after Christmas, in an attempt to figure out what the issue was. Due to the fact he was on my roof in the pouring rain, he was able to finally determine the issue.Last spring, I had a young man come in and install gutter guards. What I thought would help mitigate any potential water in my home, ended up causing so much damage due to a faulty installation. I NEVER had a leak inside my home until I had the gutter guards installed! He lifted things he shouldnt have in an attempt to force them to fit. He was not licensed and insured, so, I learned my lesson the hard way. The pictures Brian showed me, I was stunned.I love my home, but the previous owners did a lot of DIY projects. I knew my windows were bad and that this wasnt helping issues. I spoke with Brian, and after a lot of inspection on his part, and speaking to family and friends, I decided that I needed new windows and my mom said, if youre going to do this, you may as well do the siding. My roof thankfully was in perfect condition.They just finished my house and it looks so gorgeous, I cant stop smiling. Brians crew did new siding, new windows, all new window trim, new gutters, every ounce of metal on my home is brand new, and he even installed new front doors for me! These guys worked all day long, cleaned up their mess, and were extremely respectful of my home! I am just in awe of my house and I cant stop going outside and looking at it! It looks so good, now I am having him give me a quote for a new walkway because I cant have an old concrete walkway.I am in NO WAY the easiest person to please. I am a businesswoman, aggressive and some may say difficult. Making me happy is nearly impossible. I will say, I am over the moon with everything he has done, and I will say that his workers are top-notch.Brian is an out on the field type of guy If youre looking for perfectly constructed aesthetically pleasing quotes without technical errors, he is not your guy. But if youre looking for someone who will get the job done the right way, or die trying? Someone honest, who will bend over backwards in an attempt to make you happy?     I dealt directly with Brian at Baltimore Roofing and the process was absolutely seamless. Very transparent, quick to respond if I had any questions. My wife had surgery and needed some quiet time and he rearranged their schedule to get my roof done ahead of schedule with absolutely no inconvenience to me (even with the crazy weather). They did an amazing job, would absolutely recommend!

    Brian & Baltimore Roofing and Remodeling helped to make a stressful experience for a first time home-owner much easier - when we noticed hail & wind damage to our roof, Brian was very responsive when we reached out. The same day he was onsite taking a look at the damages! Within a few days, we were engaging with Home Owners Insurance to understand how much would be covered. Brian was proactive and his experience helped with those conversations - within a few days of communication, Brian had his crew scheduled to replace the roof. The work was completed within a few hours. The professionalism and workmanship made this a 5 out of 5 experience and I would highly recommend Baltimore Roofing and Remodeling.

    Brian and his crew did a fantastic job on our roof and siding. He helped us work with our insurance company, and installed great products all around. He was responsive, showed up when he said he would, supervised the work and cleaned up around our house after. He was flexible with design changes and when something wasnt to his liking, he had a different crew come in and adjust it at his cost. Our home looks great and it was probably the most low stress home improvement project weve done. A reliable contractor is a true gem!

    Baltimore Roofing recently completed installing siding on my house. They did an outstanding job. When the project was completed they took aerial pictures of the whole house and I was very impressed. They cleaned up the debris so there where no nails, etc., left on the ground.     Great company and customer service. Called about a leak in the ceiling and Brian came out the next day and assessed the leak and found the issue was with our siding.     Baltimore Roofing did excellent work on our buildings roof. We have an old flat roof that had some leaks in it, we got multiple quotes, and their proposal was not just the best price, but also the best value. The repairs done to our roof were beyond expectations and they were quick, even with some weather challenges. I will use them in the future when I need them again.

    We had a little bit of water come in through the roof. I determined the rubber seal around the plumbing vents was starting to dry rot and leak. I reached out to multiple roofers. One came out the same day and gave me a quote and said it would cost nearly $900 to replace 3 of these plumbing vents boots with the flashing. I watched some vids online and it looks like it takes about 20 minutes to do each one. I called Brian at Baltimore roofing, he gave me a quote over the phone that was much less than my previous quote. He was able to send 2 guys out the next day and did the whole job in about an hour. He sent pics of the work. They also did the same work to my neighbors house after finishing mine. I will use them again for sure.

    I met Mr Kirkner foranother repair. He is professional and patient. I experienced hail damage in April. Mr Kirkner noticed my roof and spoke with me about it. He offered to inspect it. I accepted the offer. He does a lot of teaching and explaining. What I most appreciated is that he wanred,to make sure I understood every step and why. Over the years have become a tough client. Like most people I am a comparison shopper. No one was as honest and impressive as Mr. Kirkner. The people working with him were extremely respectful of my home, they treated it as though they lived here. One evening when I got off work late I found Mr Kirkner alone in my driveway sweeping for nails and debris at dusk. He was able to maintain his timeline exactly.
