    I had a garage issue Friday early morning. My door was stuck. called and Devon called back quickly. Maybe a hour latter the service guy came and replaced the broken part and a hour latter we left for the weekend. Very quick service and very good quality work.     We had a great experience with Door Power. All of the individuals we worked with were kind, respectful, helpful, and wanted to make sure our needs were met. We were dealing with our insurance company back and forth multiple times which required Door Power to do extra work for us to ensure we had what we needed for our claim. They did so without complaint, quickly, and made sure we had what we needed. I highly recommend this team whether you need a whole new garage door set up or for a service call.     We called Door Power on a Sunday afternoon when our garage door was stuck half open and they were at our house at 745am the next day! The contractor was professional and was able to fix a problem I thought would be $500+ for less than half of that. Will call them every time we have an issue and highly recommend. Thank you!

    Now I see why they have no reviews under 5 stars. I called because i had questions about my garage door and insulation. I also had some issues with the button that opened the garage. I was given a 2 hour window 8am-10am and they were here about 5 min early. Super prompt. Chad and Chad were really informative on my questions about insulating my garage and really honest about what made sense to do. No hard selling, no smooth talk, just great quality work at a reasonable price. They did the repairs and were done in under 30 minutes. Ill be recommending them to my neighbors and family in the future.

    Called this weekend, they said someone could come out Monday. Sure enough, someone called ahead, bright and early, Monday morning, and our door (that we didn’t think would be salvaged) was in perfect working order. All before 8:00 AM. The rate was affordable and they were so professional.

    We had a spring break on our garage door on Sunday morning. I called Door Power and they not only answered on a Sunday, they scheduled to have a tech come out between 7:30-8:30am the next morning. The tech called when he was 30 min away and was right on time! He had both springs replaced and a bracket fixed in 30 min. It was the quickest, easiest and most professional experience we’ve ever had! Door Power is very affordable also. I will recommend them to everyone from here on out!

    We had an issue with our garage door not shutting. On top of that it was below zero with the windchill. Door Power came out the same day we called and they were able to get it working within an hour. Very professional and got it fixed.     Very professional, helpful, and friendly. I had called at least 4-5 times with a variety of questions prior to deciding on the specific garage door opener.     Couldnt be happier with their fast, friendly and affordable service, all around fantastic!!I called them yesterday evening (Christmas Day) and they scheduled a tech to come out the next morning to replace the springs on my garage door. He was only here about 30 minutes and the job was done for the flat rate that the gentleman told me yesterday. I will be using them for any and all garage door service in the future!

    Called at 8:30 am They were there at 1:00 pm explained the options, showed designs,Very courteous, professional, had Our bid next morning.     Great service! I had a garage door opener I received for Christmas that I needed installed. I called and they came next day early in the morning (in freezing weather < 0F) and put it together in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend this company. Installation was professional and courteous!

    The customer service was excellent! The gentleman was willing to work with the options I had that were a bit out of the ordinary. I thought I needed to replace something else and he was honest telling me that it would not improve the performance of the door. You will be very happy with their work!

    Had these folks stop out to fix the springs on my garage door - was given a window between 2 and 4 pm next day. The technician arrived just minutes after 2pm after giving me a phone call 15 minutes ahead of arrival. The fix took approximately 10 minutes, he completed some PM on the door opener and door as well (checked light bulbs, oiled the door, tested the beam and tested to make sure the door wouldnt close on a person), and I was back into the office within 30 minutes of him arriving at my house. He was super friendly, took a credit card (visa or mastercard) payment on site, and very professional. Couldnt be more pleased!

    Called at 6:30pm on a Monday night and they answered their phone which was a great first step. I got someone scheduled to come out next day from 8-10am. The repair person called on his way and showed up at 8am. He had fixed by 8:20am. It works great and I felt like the price was fair too.

    After a run in with our garage door, I called Door Power Saturday morning and as promised Bill the owner answered. Monday following a snow storm Chad our technician showed up on time. We feared we would be replacing the doors but Chad was able to get the door back on the tracks & adjusted the garage door opener for $140. Love their honesty, integrity, and reliable response and work.

    Devern came out to my house the following morning after my call. I should him the issues with our door, and his No problem, we can fix that easily attitude was tremendous. He repaired the door, cleaned everything up and was out of there within an hour! I would recommend Door Power over and over again!
