Called the day after Christmas with a tub drain leak that was going through the downstairs ceiling. Someone came over right away to see the problem and returned the following morning with a second plumber. They fixed the problem in less than hour by installing a new overflow pipe. It was a huge relief with minimal damage incurred.Highly recommend.

I have been a client of Burke Plumbing and Heating for many years and there is a great reason for that. Jim and his team are professional, helpful and friendly. The quality of work we have received has always been exceptional! BPH takes pride in their work and they don’t leave until the job is completed. Jim is one of the best HVAC people I have encountered in my many years of work with contractors. He will make sure you are satisfied with your project and that everything is working perfectly. There is a good reason why I stay with Burke Plumbing and Heating and I’m sure when you try them for your next job, you’ll stay with them too!

My AC stopped working. They came in 2 days, very prompt. The guy (Jim the owner I believe) found out my door switch broke, and all he did was bypass the switch by tearing it off and twisting the wires together. He was very nice and knowledgeable, and his helper was nice too.It was a bit (okay, very) pricy. There was a question of if it was safe to just bypass the switch, but he explained that the screws should be enough and there’s another switch on the side too, that it’s safe to do. So pretty satisfied with the work, $225 is just a tad pricy for 15 minutes of work. To his credit, he knew exactly where to go and what to check. He did check the Freon levels, he said they were fine. I suppose there must have been a peak-season surcharge or something. It is summer after all.I will just comment that $225 seems to be popping up as a figure in at least on other review. That’s his fee basis I guess?I just wish I’d checked these Google reviews before booking him. I used Angie’s List.

I cant say enough good things about this company. Our AC system is over 20 years old and we had three companies come out and tell us it was not worth fixing. Jim was able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem.

The first few companies I called either didnt answer, or they were doing large projects unavailable for real-time emergencies. They were kind, responsive, and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend.
