    I had an issue with an old breaker box and Trinity Electric did a great job. Mack was friendly and professional and he worked through the night to make sure everything was safe and working correctly. My family and I are grateful to Mack for identifying a potential fire hazard and working hard to get it fixed immediately. We highly recommend Trinity and if we have any future issues we will call them again.

    At Trinity Electrical, they immediately provided me an appointment to evaluate the scope of work, and came to install it all the next day.     Mack was so courteous and knowledgeable when we were having electrical issues at our home. He was able to diagnose and fix our problem with no issues. We had an emergency issue and he was there in no time. I definitely recommend this company. Prices aren’t too bad either.

    I called Trinity electrical service following the failure of the GFCI circuit in my garage affecting the base plugs.My phone call was answered promptly and a very pleasant and knowledgeable, young lady took my call. She was able to schedule an electrician the very next day at a time most convenient for me. I was preparing for the electrician’s visit approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled arrival time. It was then I noticed that the GFCI was working again.I called Trinity and explained that I no longer needed an electrician. They could not have been nicer. I offered to pay them a service fee for scheduling the time, but they said that was not necessary.I will certainly call Trinity electric service again for any problems that might arise. It is so great to do business with folks that show they really care.

    Trinity Electrical Service was prompt to respond and got me worked in the same day! Mack stayed in communication with me through the whole process and worked to get power restored late into the evening! I so appreciated his hard work!     Mack is the man. He spent a whole Fridays afternoon chasing an issue I was having with my outside outlets. Thanks to him, I found out my electrical power panel was about to go in smoke. He made sure not to leave until my problem was fixed even though it was brutally cold, and he offered to return at any time if the problem came back. When you get his services, you know he will guarantee his work and make sure you are happy with the final result. -Daniel F

    Mack is so great! We bought an old home which needed a few outlets. Not only did he show up to look at the work to give us an estimate, he ended up installing them that same night. He’s professional, thorough and does a fantastic job!My only regret is that we didn’t see that the house didn’t have an outlet in the bathroom. We just scheduled him to come back to add one in there as well, lol.I would not hesitate to reach out to him for all of your electrical needs.

    I called for what I thought was a problem with the electric panel causing a power outage for an elderly friend of mine. Mack came out at 8:30pm and discovered it was a blown transformer and we need to call the power company. He did not charge for this late night call and was very kind and patient explaining the problem to the home owner. I will be calling Trinity for all of my electrical needs on the future!!!
