    Service could not have been more top notch. We called on a Sunday and within 30 minutes, we had a contractor working on the AC. I can’t say enough nice things about the contractor. His name was Kris. Our AC was short cycling, so he diagnosed the issue immediately and got it fixed. He also went back and double checked everything to make sure it was the only thing causing the issue. Since it was technically a call-back, he didn’t charge us a dime. Thank you, Kris and Jolly!

    Technician Paul came out on Memorial Day. He had lots of calls ahead of him but he made me feel we were the most important customer of the day. He is truly a skillful technician. A true professional able to explain what needs to be done and assured us in so many ways. I could tell right off the bat that Paul had good soul and the customer in mind. Jolly Heating and Cooling has a true expert clinician and a great human being working for them. I have been a long time customer of jelly Heating and Cooling Paul is the best of Ive seen. Kudos to you Paul. I said above the word clinician as I am a clinician that works with patients. Paul is all that and then some.

    Awesome service! Shannon and the technician, JT, were amazing to work with. My A/C wasnt working properly. I called Jolly and they promptly sent out JT.     Jolly was absolutely fantastic to work with. They were polite on the phone when I called with our issue of having no a/c with a baby and older dog in the home. Travis came out for an after-hours appointment and took the time to find the problem. This even meant taking an additional trip back to the shop for a part.     Jolly is one of the best companies for home repair and service weve used since moving to Tuscaloosa. Their responsiveness is off the charts! We were preparing for family to arrive and we discovered the upstairs A/C unit was not working. Fan, yes. AC, no. We went online, filled out the request, and within 30 minutes we received a call from Jolly. They sent Calvin at 8:30 pm ON A SATURDAY NIGHT! Calvin was the best! Professional, courteous, and he stayed until after 10 PM to get the AC working! Phenomenal! And Angel in the front office? You wont find anyone in customer service who is more kind and helpful than her. She has never failed to exceed any expectations that weve had when dealing with local companies. This company is legit on every level. Couldnt recommend more highly. He detected a leak in the coils, and even though thats bad news for us, he was honest and offered other solutions until we decide on what type of unit we want. This company is amazing.     The technician that came out on Monday was prompt and professional, he was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a honest estimate on fixing my old unit or replacing it with a new cost efficient one.     My appointment was from 1-4pm I called at 1:30pm and they actually had someone available to come. Russ came within 20 minutes introduced himself and in about 12 minutes has figured out what was wrong with my ac. It was pricey but it had to be done!     Returned home from a trip overseas to an AC that had quit while we were away. Russ was sent to my house and he arrived within the estimated timeframe and quickly diagnosed the issue with the exterior unit.     I called Jolly early in the morning to set up appointment between 1:00 and 4:00 PM. It was around 3:30 and I was starting to wonder if they were going to miss the scheduled appointment and not call me. They called me around 3:45 to let me know that technicians were running a little late but they would definitely be coming today (I appreciated the courtesy call). Technician called me around 4:10 to let me know they were on their way. They also emailed me with a short bio on the technician and his photo. When I got home to meet them, they had already fixed the unit. Friendly, professional and didnt feel like I was getting scammed. Great experience. I will use them again in the future. Much better experience than another major HVAC contractor in Tuscaloosa. Jolly is my new go-to HVAC contractor in Tuscaloosa.

    After a two year absolute nightmare with our home warranty company (American Home Shield) who sent Meyer’s Comfort Specialist to our home to install a new air conditioner, we now have a new unit installed by Jolly!!! Our new unit cools fabulous!!! There were so many things that were not up to code with our previously installed unit including a coil that was installed backwards!!!!!!! Taylor and Travis came to our house, were there all day and answered every question that we had no matter how small they may have been. They both worked tirelessly!!! They said our attic was the hottest of the year so far and even with that worked to make sure everything was brought to code and installed properly!!!!     The technician performed all of the repairs we had requested in a timely and professional manner. he then tested the system to make sure it was operating properly, then he asked me to inspect all of his work to make sure i was satisfied with what he had done. jolly heating and air was the company we had chosen to do the inspection when we were in the process of buying our home. they found multiple problems with one of the units, it would not heat or cool. they also found that the duct work was not correctly connected to the register boxes and was leaking heated and or cooled air at the connections to the register boxes. they saved us thousands of dollars by finding system faults during inspection allowing us to negotiate with the seller to provide the funds to make the necessary repairs. and we will save money going forward by correcting the leaking duct work. they did a great job for us and we are very pleased with their work.

He actually checked everything, we had been told before the air just didnt blow well in a double wide, he found (bc he actually looked) that our duct looked like swiss cheese! After we get this fixed not only should we stay cool, but we should also be able to get rid of the ugly window units, and the $500 power bill.
