Tremendous. The most professional, friendly and knowledgeable company weve worked with. Allen is able to explain complex issues in a way thats easy to understand, and gave us several options to decide between. Hes not a seller - he understood what we wanted done, and did it flawlessly. Could not be happier with my choice of R.J. Require Inc. Called and spoke with Darlene who gave me great customer service and a quick appt. Allen and his crew showed up and figured out what was wrong with my air conditioning unit. They fixed the problem and were so easy to work with. Very polite and knowledgeable. Great customer service from speaking with Darlene to having my unit up and running again. Thank you from a happy customer:)))
