    Zion, has helped me out more than once.. Once with our own furnace and another time with my grandpas. As my grandpa lives alone, his heat stopped working in the dead heat of summer, and Zion came to help that same day! Amazing service, very reasonable pricing! Love to support someone local. Will be calling Zion again for any of my heating/cooling needs! 10/10

    I’ve used Moore Quality on two separate occasions and was very impressed both times.First time was in ‘22, the blower motor went out in my 30yr old system. Zion was able to get to us promptly to have the unit back up and running.Second time was just last week. Zion and his crew removed the old and installed a whole new HVAC system. They showed up a day early to get a jumpstart on the outdoor unit, and finished everything inside the following day.The whole process of working with Moore Quality has been nothing shy of excellent. Very kind and knowledgeable while explaining the options and always answered my questions. They are punctual, work efficiently, and are definitely fair priced for the reliable work that’s done!Highly recommend Zion Moore and his team!

    We had a 200 amp service installed today and their service was outstanding! They were prompt, respectful of our property, cleaned up after themselves and were thoughtful about our short and long term needs for that service. They also looked at other issues within our building and really seemed to want to find the best solution for our issues. I would highly recommend them for your heating, cooling and electrical needs.

    We ask them to come and give us an estimate on a new furance. He came out about a week later gave us and estimate. We let him know we was moving forward with the furance and installation. He made an appointment to install our furance . He was on time. Very nice guy! Highly recommend Moore quality!!!

    Moore Quality has completed work in my home on two occasions. Most recently, they installed a new AC, furnace, and water heater. Zion Moore is very competent and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him or hire him again.

    Excellent company. We called on a Sunday they came out with no extra cost, diagnosed the problem quickly and got it fixed the same day. Compared to the large corporation we had come out who told us to buying a new system for $10,000+ was the only solution. Will definitely be calling for any future A/C needs.

    I just want to give a wonderful review to Zion and Jessup. I spoke with Zion yesterday(Thursday) and he told me he’d get to me around Wednesday of the following week.     Called and they can out within the hour. First time using Moore’s. Young man named Zion showed up and diagnosed the problem with my heat in about 20 minutes. Had me up and going within 45 minutes. Very knowledgeable and professional. Service call and labor was so reasonable that I decided to leave him a tip. Most definitely will be using Moore’s again if I have a problem with heat or air. Would recommend to anyone

    This winter my heat went out on the coldest day of the year.. Real feel was -34 degrees and Moore Quality saved the day once again! One call and he was on his way.     Moore Quality Heating and Cooling saved the day!! Just when i thought it was going to take forever to have someone look at my furnace because I work normal business hours it was no problem for them. Their 24 hour service and fast diagnosing turned what i thought was a stressful situation into a anxiety free day. And their extremely reasonable prices are can’t beat! I will definitely be using them again!

    We bought a house in fall and called to have the AC and furnace inspected. Moores was able to schedule us quickly and adjusted the speed, so the sound was greatly reduced. I was worried about having the ducts cleaned, but discussed how the ducts looked during inspection and found out it wasnt needed. Pricing was very fair and not needing duct cleaning was a huge savings.Fast forward to January when our inducer motor started going out. I contacted Moores with the model and serial number. Come to find out it is still under warranty and they could install next day. Our home warranty company took almost 2 weeks to send someone, wouldnt cover the inducer, and quoted 4 times what we paid.Very pleased with the Moores and will definitely continue to call them for future HVAC and electrical work.
