We used Dover for a conversion of a 2nd floor porch into an office/guest bedroom. We also are having Dover quote a basement project. Throughout both projects they have been responsive and easy to work with. Patti in particular has been great to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Dover just completed a large remodel/addition for my husband and I. We live in a century home in Lakewood and decided to add on and make it our dream home rather than move. We ended up doing a two story addition including a full kitchen remodel, adding a half bath on the main level, laundry room, and master suite on the second floor. We couldnt imagine taking on this task without Dover. My designer, Amy Tilow, was there every step of the way. She is an incredible asset to the company. She helped my dreams come to reality. Dan the project manager is irreplaceable. If there was a problem or concern, he always solved it. Cant thank him enough for his knowledge and expertise. Their carpenters are friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. We felt comfortable having them in our home when we werent there.I highly recommend Dover home remodelers if you are contemplating a home remodel. They went above and beyond for us and we couldnt be happier with our beautiful home!

We had a very complex issue with where our bedroom patio roof and chimney connected leaking every time it rained for 4 years. :( We attempted to fix it with band aids 4 times before we couldnt take it any more. Tapped out of money but desperate for quality work we reached out to Dover. Dover not only took the job but also made sure we stayed on budget. The work they did was amazing and NO MORE leaking roof! We were very happy with Dover!

We used Dover for a renovation project in 2023-24 and had an excellent experience. Their design team was sensitive to the historic nature of our home and neighborhood and the end result is in keeping with both while offering us modern amenities and updated functionality. Dover kept the project on time and on budget, working with us to find the best solutions for challenges that came up during the project. They were realistic and honest about what the choices would mean and we felt like we received good advice throughout the process. Early in our process of interviewing contractors, we learned that previous owners of our home had used Dover for a kitchen renovation and still used the company for work in their other homes. We too have become Dover customers, our experience with this renovation built a relationship that we will continue for projects big and small in the future.
