    Best customer service experience! Despite how busy it was when we visited the North Kingstown location, we were greeted immediately and directed to sales associate Fran who was friendly, very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. She provided us with the specs and rebate information and made sure that we received the best prices on everything. While we were waiting at least 3 more associates asked if we needed assistance - without being pushy - we never felt pressured to buy. Very happy customers!

    Our experience buying a new refrigerator was nothing short of fabulous! Fran provided such great customer service, answered all of our questions and was well- informed about the different features of the products. Delivery was awesome! All the delivery people and the waterline installer were pleasant, efficient and thorough.     I recently purchased a new dryer from Wickford Appliance and the customer service that I received from Leslie and Lunda was truly exemplary. As this was a replacement for an existing dryer, there were a number of installation challenges that needed to be addressed prior to purchase as we have space limitations in the laundry closet. Although we were only purchasing a single appliance, Leslie and Linda were patient with all of my questions and performed excellent research to provide a great solution. I have been a loyal customer of Wickford Appliance for 35 years and the support received from Leslie and Linda is what builds customer loyalty and trust. Without question, I would strongly recommend Wickford Appliance for their sales and service.

    Salesperson, Fran, was terrific. I knew what I was looking for in a washing machine and she really listened and showed me options that matched what I needed. I had to wait a little longer for delivery than I would have at a big box store, but it was well worth the wait because of the service I have always received with Wickford Appliance and their reliability. I am appreciative of the courtesy extended by the sales person in the store as well as the delivery persons. I’m catching up on my washes now and, so far, the machine is operating wonderfully with just the right amount of options that I was looking for.

    Just had the most pleasant retail experience at Wickford appliance in North Kingstown. I had already visited their Cranston showroom over the weekend because I wanted to get a feel for what the black Friday deals were. But I decided to do my purchasing in North Kingstown because I had other errands to do in the area and I’m so glad that I did. My sales person, Steve Alfonso, was very knowledgeable about all the different Items that I was Shopping for and the questions he asked about my kitchen Space made me feel very confident in what I ended up selecting. Great selection, great customer service,Totally recommend :)

    Customer service was outstanding. Representative helped us find exactly the product we needed. Delivery was scheduled promptly. Delivery crew was extremely meticulous and took every precaution to ensure no damage to our property occurred during the delivery and installation. Our appliance was installed and tested before the delivery crew left. Excellent experience! Highly recommend!

    Oh course I chose black Friday to but my appliances! The place - North Kingstown store - was hopping! When I walked in I was greeted right away with the Well be with you in a moment. There was also a sign in sheet so customers could get help on a first come first served basis.A woman did approach me and asked if I had been helped yet. She introduced herself, Leslie. She stated she was with another client but would be with me shortly and what was I interested in. I asked if I wander since she was working with others. She stated it wouldnt be long. I think she was afraid Id get lost in the crowd and I might have! She asked me stay right by the counter.Leslie was back in a flash and we got down to business! Since I came prepared and knew exactly what I wanted she invited me to her work area. She was able to pull up my items and check the status, in stock etc. Leslie offered me a water while she checked in on her other customer. She took me through all the paper work and I was done in about a half hour!My delivery isnt until next week but I am very happy with the service provided by Leslie and am sure there will be no hiccups!

    Sales person was fantastic, spent all the time that was needed to show us all the options. Were looking for new 36” range and a new refrigerator. More to look at than the big box store and the sales person just didn’t read what was on the sign. After looking at apples to apples prices were good. Ordered both pieces from them today. 👍

    In and out in 20 minutes, gave the sales rep my refrigerator size and a few must haves and we bought his first suggestion, it even cost less than I thought it would.     I purchased a Napoleon prestige grill totally through text, I had done the research and knew what I wanted, the process was very easy. I got a 4th of July sales deal and with free shipping and assembly it was a no brainer. Pulse you a a reputable company. One very small, but annoying thing was that there was one screw missing from the rotisserie, I texted Wickford Appliance and Rick quickly responded and said that he would make it right. I don’t think I would have got that service from a big box store.

    From the moment we walked in to the moment we left after purchasing a new dryer was about 15 minutes. Very quick service and they have a very sizeable inventory in store and on their website. Bought the dryer on a Monday and had delivery by Saturday.Delivery was a little delayed because google maps thinks my address is on the other side of town but they called me and showed up 15 minutes later at the correct house. Removal and delivery of dryer took 15 minutes. I would not hesitate again to order future appliances from here.We used to go to Lowe’s but after taking two hours to get a simple microwave since no one ever seems to be in the department or to trying to be talked out of paying for installation for a dishwasher this is our new go to place. When future appliances go down, we will be going here

    Paulette is such a great person to have connected with at Wickford Appliance. She spent time trying to understand our needs and then showed us good options in our price range. It was a challenge - we wanted full size capacity but had a small space for our washer/dryer. At the same time we were shopping for a washer/dryer, our microwave decided it was done (isn’t that always the way?). I immediately turned to Paulette for help. Also, the plumber that Wickford Appliance sent to install our new LG washer/dryer tower (fantastic machines, btw) did more than install the appliances. He showed us how to operate them, advised on detergent use, educated us about the water faucet and told us about a device we could get to monitor if there was ever a leak. So happy we went with Wickford Appliance. Although that said, I hope I don’t need any new appliances for a while!

She explained all the purchase options available to us, delivery, installation, pick up and removal of our old unit, extended warranty, pricing and also rebates available. She was great. She even found us an additional discount on the purchase price. It was only available for a few days.We made the purchase and Fran set up delivery in a few days for us. We had 2 great guys, Bryan and Santos, deliver our new dishwasher and pick up our old unit. They opened up the new unit, made sure it was perfect, and took away the carton and all the packing.I have to say that from start to finish this transaction went smoothly and stress free. If we are in the market for any new appliances in the future, we will be purchasing them from Wickford Appliance.
