    We had Glad construction complete several home remodel projects in several phases over the course of three months. We are happy with their work. They turned a closet into a combo bathroom and laundry room. They completely redid our master bathroom, including building out walls, redoing plumbing and electric, and updating all the finishes, including a new vanity. They changed our old water heaters into tankless water heaters (which we love). They converted our old laundry hallway into a mud room (knocked out a wall for this one). Lastly, they built out a small office into the living room space (one of us works from home part of the time). We are so happy with the finished results!There were challenges along the way, as is the case with any construction project in a 30+ year old home. Glad construction worked with us to make sure that everyone was satisfied with the solutions and quality of work.The quality of the work done is top notch. They had to redo a tiled wall to ensure that it was finished to a high standard. But they repurchased the necessary materials on their own dime and we are happy with the outcome.There was some delay due to home Depot sending us the incorrect items, twice, but thats on us for ordering through them. 😆Even though the work was not completed within the original time estimate, were ok with that because we altered details. Some of the delay was also due to our family travels.The four star rating is because there were some challenges among the company with communication. This caused a couple setbacks. There were also some employees who were unable to keep up with their work load. However, the owner has let go of the employees who were underqualified and unable to improve. He has now hired employees who have been thoroughly vetted as experienced and skilled tradespeople. With this change, Im sure the communication issues we faced will no longer be an issue.We are planning on using Glad construction for future projects and would definitely recommend them to others.

    We are so pleased with our remodeled bathroom, courtesy of Glad Construction! Communication was great throughout the process, the guys showed up as promised and on time, and above all, the work they did was impressive. In particular, the tile installation was extremely well done. David worked with us to accommodate a tight schedule and the team created the bathroom of our dreams. Thank you so much!

A huge thank you to the entire team for creating the perfect space for me! Rod, our project manager, was incredibly attentive to every detail and kept the whole process clear and stress-free.     Glad Construction is adding a bathroom within an existing room over our detached garage. We have had a very positive experience working with this company. Owner David Glad has been so diligent and attentive throughout the process. As soon as our permits were in place, he worked to fit us in his very busy schedule, and work on the bathroom started a few days later. Each of the professionals he sent to complete the various stages of our project has been extremely hard-working, talented, polite, and helpful. Any time there was a question - for example, the preferred location of a vent fan - they would come to us to ensure that the end product met with our satisfaction. The progress in our project has been impressively rapid and the work has still easily passed a variety of inspections. The workers even tidy up at the end of each working day! The project is not yet complete, but I am confident that the finished product will meet our high expectations. If you are having work done, I strongly recommend Glad Construction. You will be happy with your choice...we certainly are!

    As others have stated good value excellent work crews and superior tile man. I verified this service from 3 prior completed jobs and sent them my completed job which even they marveled at the finished product. Now all did not go smoothly and there were cost over runs. David initial bid was for a 2 week project and the incorrectly ordered large window set the project back for completion to 4 weeks. David did have during project two renegotiated added cost. Bottom line i would again use his services. The clean up and set up crew were far superior than Home Depot kitchen remodel crew with David’s crew as expected set up dust barriers and sealed off the work site from the bedroom. You will not be disappointed with this service. But it will require you to order your preference pieces and watch the project and require communications to make each phase of your project to be correct and as per contracted.

    Ive never had to do a large-ish scale remodel before, but Glad Construction has definitely set the standard going forward. I would probably fall under the type of client that had no idea what to expect, no idea what was the norm for residential and but had some ideas of what I wanted from the remodel which was pretty basic. I wanted to upgrade my lighting, add more storage and to knock down a portion of a wall so my kitchen would flow into the dinning/living area.From the beginning, Mr. Gladko and his team of professionals communicated often and with precise information. Scheduling, ordering supplies, order changes and other logistics were done efficiently and with careful communication. We interviewed five contractors and during our first meeting he didn’t blink at our budget but offered what was do-able, unlike the other contractors who were very quick to inform us that our budget was not nearly enough to get us the extravagant remodel we wanted. Not sure they understood that extravagant wasn’t the goal, just upgraded lighting, more storage and a breakfast bar.What I got from Glad Construction was upgraded lighting, more storage, a breakfast bar and the most beautiful kitchen I could have hoped for on our modest budget. I can’t really put into words how impressed I was by Glad Construction, their team of awesome professionals and seeing my new kitchen/dining/living area every time I walk into the house.

    During the summer of 2022, David and his crew took on a big job for us. They remodeled 3 bathrooms (including the master bathroom) and refaced out kitchen cabinets. They did an amazing job. After almost 2 years, the bathrooms and kitchen cabinets look amazing. We get constant compliments from our friends and family. We were so impressed that we referred our friends and they hired Glad Construction to remodel their bathroom. If you are looking for an honest, hardworking company, you have come to the right place.     I can’t say enough good things about Glad Construction! Dave, Max and their teams have been meticulous and their craftsmanship is amazing! We had a bathroom, game room, bedroom, laundry room and kitchen remodel done at the same time and the communication has been spot on from the planning stages throughout the entire project. Any changes we had, they were able to accommodate. Our house will be the go-to spot with our friends and family now and we couldn’t be happier with the results.     David and his team did us a huge service by making time for our small project. We had them tear out our old fireplace surround to flatten the wall and then they re-dry walked the area. We were given estimate of three days and the project was done in one! So happy with the results and the hard work of this crew!

    I used Glad construction to remodel my kitchen. The process was seamless and in a few weeks it was complete. When I bought my house, the kitchen was small and dark. I had very little cabinet space and it was not a good gathering area. I enjoy entertaining and feel that the kitchen is the heart of the home. I met with David and several other companies to compare designs and costs over a period of months. After a lot of research, I chose David of Glad Construction mainly because of his responsiveness. Costs were of course a consideration, and Glad Construction was not the least expensive but I felt like I was given a fair price. I appreciated that David sat with me and designed the layout and provided insight and suggestions on what might look the best in my space.     If your looking to hire a general contractor then look no further. Glad Construction is what you need. I actually couldnt wait to write this review. David Gladko, the owner, is amazing! I had multiple contactors come over to my house to give me a free quotes on my kitchen renovation and upgrades I wanted to do. This all started with a leaking dishwasher that caused all kinds of damage to my kitchen floor and cabinets. So I needed someone to come fix all my problems. Out of dozen contractor quotes David was the only one who came over and took the time to thoroughly get all the details and measurements needed to accommodate all my needs. He gave me two quotes to make sure I stayed within my budget for my home insurance water damage repair costs and another quote for upgrades to the kitchen. No other contractor took the time and put in the effort like David did during the quoting process. He has excellent customer service. He always made sure my wife and I were happy with all the work being done and was very involved during the whole project. We had the floors replaced through our kitchen and dining room and into the living room and hallway as well. We had new appliances installed and put new cabinets in. The granite countertops and backsplash is so beautiful after installation. My wife and I are almost afraid to use the kitchen now because it looks like the kitchen belongs in a showroom, LOL. So Beautiful. He has such a great crew working for him. I wanna give a big thank you to some of those guys,, Max, Peter, and Serge were just awesome and there craftsmanship and skills were impeccable. I was so happy with all there work that my wife and I bought them all lunch on several occasions to show our appreciation and to make sure the guys were fed and had good energy to do the great work they do. Honestly I could go on and on about how happy and satisfied I am with all the work Glad Construction did. If I could give more than five stars I would. Thank you again David!

    Overall, I had a good experience with GLAD constructions. Vlad and Kyle worked with my budget and helped to complete my bathroom remodel in a timely manner. A few things came up along the way during construction that would drastically increase the cost, however they were able to meet me more than halfway and complete my dream project. Workers who came to my house were also very professional.

They have helped me with major renovation for a multi family property with 10 apartments which included a complete refinish of the apartments , plumbing, electrical , hvac , framing and structural repairs, the work was done professionally and at high quality while passing all inspections and on time .
