    We cannot say enough good things about Kaps and Patricio! Our basement flooded in 2022 and it’s been a long road in getting it refinished. The Kaps team/Patricio were the perfect company to help us bring our vision to life. They are responsive, professional, communicative, and create a beautiful product. They were ahead of schedule and on budget (something I never thought would happen with this type of project). Compared to the other quotes we got Kaps is very fair and competitive in our area.     We hired Kaps to replace our 30 year old deck that was no longer safe. To say we made the right decision is an understatement. Patricio and Adrieli were a pleasure to work with. Very friendly and responsive. As can be seen in the photos our new deck is everything we hoped for and more. Patricio is very skilled and extremely creative. He really brought our ideas to life and made a number of innovative suggestions that we incorporated. Finally in todays economy price is critical. Their project estimate was very competitive and within our budget. We highly recommend Kaps.

    I had a very good experience using Kaps Construction. The owner is friendly and accommodating. The workers are excellent and professional. The end product is amazing. They helped me start in making my dream garage. Pricing is reasonable given the area that we live. We didnt hit our timeline due to permitting and weather issues. I love how it turned out especially how it looks at night. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them to our neighbors, families and friends.

    Great job by Kaps Construction! They installed vinyl siding on my house.Quoting process was easy. Staff in office are excellent communicators, I knew when crew was coming to work on project...when dumpster was going to be dropped-off and picked up.     KAPS and Patricio did a major project for us to finish out an extra large basement. We had partially finished it during construction a few yrs back and this was a tear down on the partial finished piece and redo the basement. The project was very successful and we are thrilled with final finish. Our kids love it and there is plenty of space. We added a gym, kids playroom, library, entertainment space, kitchenette, and storage areas. The work was very carefully done to our specifications, Patricio provided good recommendations and adjustments ans they progressed and they brought a variety of trades that performed a high quality job. We live in a town where inspectors are tough but even the inspectors said beautiful work! You need to patient as we did run into delays from cabinets suppliers and stone suppliers but good quality takes time. Great work by the team and we definitely hire them again for our next project.

    All I can say is WOW! We have worked with several construction companies over the years but I must say Patricio and his team at Kaps are the BEST! From the day they first arrived to discuss the job, everything about them said professional. We reviewed all the parameters of our new deck including costs, material options, time frames, etc. Patricio went over all our options, explained the process and presented a fair quote within a day or two. After meeting with several other contractors, we felt most confident choosing Kaps. And we are so happy we did! The 20’ x 20’ deck came out fantastic – way better than expected. His workman were skilled in their craft, cleaned up after themselves each day and always welcomed any questions I may ask. Communication was always great, especially with their all-star executive assistant Adrieli, who always promptly provided updates and quick responses. Patricio and his team did everything they promised to do and more and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

    We are so happy with the work Patricio and his team did on our house converting our back screened-in porch into a 3 season room! After seeing their signs along Bay Rd and contacting Patricio, he quickly got back to me, scheduled an appointment, and provided an estimate that was fair and within our budget.Once the project got started, which was on the calendar date we agreed upon, the team kept a clean work area and showed a lot of respect for our living space. They also finished ahead of schedule and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.     Impressive Service:We are usually skeptical of Contractors, quality of the work, and their promises. This was not the case in this situation. KAPs Construction truly over delivered, answered all our questions and provide options on the materials we wanted for the deck. The team was professional, arrived on time, ready to work and did not leave a mess in the yard at the end of the day. We provided a timeframe for completion and their team finished the deck a day early. Love the finish product, enhances the exterior of our house and cannot wait to start using this new outdoor space.

    We hired Kaps to install siding on the house and some interior work in the basement. The old drop ceiling and floor tiles from 60s in the basement were removed and replaced. They did an amazing job. Everything looks wonderful. It was refreshing to find that they cleaned up at the end of each day and at the end of the job everything was picked up and looked great. We even had a shed that we had given up on, but they brought it back to life by residing it and adding custom-built new doors, so it matches the house beautifully. The siding makes the house look brand new. We are so happy with the finished look. They really care about making sure that you are happy and satisfied with all the work performed. We highly recommend them and look forward to doing future business with them in the fall with more interior work.

    We hired Kaps Construction to install a half bath, closet and two new ceilings in our 100 year old house. We got estimates from three contractors and Kaps was the most reasonable. Being a retired facility manager, I worked with the Kaps team and I was very pleased with their finished renovations. They kept to the schedule we agreed upon in the contract. His staff did top quality work, they were professional, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They aim to please the client and went out of their way on my recommendations.     We had Kaps build a deck for us. The deck was a large deck, 22 ft by 22 ft, with two staircases, and it was built with composite decking from TimberTech. We also added lighting to the deck. We had a few requirements on what we wanted in the deck, but Kaps handled all of the design details. There were a few areas where we preferred different detail choices and Kaps listened to all of our requests and incorporated them into the final design. I must say, the deck turned out beautifully. In the daylight, the deck looks great, but in the evening when the lights are turned on the deck is just stunning! My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the work done. If you need a new deck, then I would certainly recommend them. Of the contractors that we spoke with, Kaps was the most reasonably priced and the most flexible in meeting our design and timing needs. I will certainly consider Kaps for any future home improvements for my home.

We had them do deck stair repair and a complete back stair deck replacement, as well as a complete bathroom remodel.
