    Was in a serious pickle with a cloggedseptic drain pipe after being taken advantage of and let down by another local company. I called Mr. Rooter in a panic and they were able to schedule a service technician out just a few hours after my call. This was surprising for them to accommodate my needs even though I was not an existing customer of theirs. Lou came out right on schedule. Not only was he prompt and professional but extremely knowledgeable and thorough. At no point did I feel that he didn’t posses the skills or pride to perform what needed to be done. He was personable, relatable and showed genuine interest in resolving my issue explaining all of my options and educating me during the process. The cost of the job was more than half the price that I had paid just weeks before from one of their competitors. Mr. Rooter has earned my business for all of my plumbing needs. I am impressed by their work ethic and grateful for their service.

    Dennis And Johnny came out to help us with a bad clog in our main line to the septic tank. They cleared everything out and were great. I am so happy to have my kitchen sink and dishwasher back. At a great price too! Definitely call Mr. Rooter for your plumbing issues.

    Hard major drain pipes issues in basement they were original. Not a good seen, pipe safety insurance does not cover. Mr. Rooter Rooter came nit once but 2 times. Helped with clogged pipe and then gave me an estimate on replacing the pipes. Was told from various plumbers it was a big job and the cost $$ would be high! Johnny Teichmann you rock thank u again.     I went downstairs this morning to find my hot water heater steaming out the top and dripping water all over my basement. I did a quick Google search for emergency plumbing services and called Mr. Rooter. They were able to send a tech out to me same day and swapped out my water heater for a new one. Our tech was quick, efficient, respectful, and kind. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs plumbing done in their home.

    The technician fixed my clogged bathtub and kitchen sink drain in what seemed like seconds.     There’s nothing bad I can say about Mr. Rooter. It was such a great experience. Home problems can be very stressful, but this was very smooth experience. The technician was very pleasant, attentive and professional. I wish there were more people like him that come to your house when you have problems, in the future I would ask for the same technician if I called them And wait until he’s available. That’s how nice of a guy he was. The price was a fraction I expected he gave me solutions to choose from told me everything that could happen before he started the job. I was well informed, of was looking at. And every step that he took during the job, he explained you can’t buy that type of Customers service .This job was for a sewer clog. I’d highly recommend this company.

    When you want to go but you cant because your septic is backed up into the toilet, you need some action pretty quickly.     If I could give 10 stars I would! Mr. Rooter saved the day and my Xmas. A clog 12 feet down in the pipe was causing my toilet to not flush and overflow. Of course it’s Xmas so I have company. Luis Carrillo arrived within an hour of my call. He was professional and friendly and did a fantastic job! Unlike other companies I had called, Mr. Rooter DID NOT charge me a $500 emergency visit fee. The cost was significantly less than I expected especially considering the amount of work done. I will recommend them to everyone I know! I was even happier to learn that the company is not corporate. It’s family owned and operated. You can really tell it’s a family business when they don’t nickel and dime you at the holidays. Call them with absolute faith and confidence!

    Mr. Rooter is the only plumbing service that responds every time theres an issue within 24 hours. When its an emergency, they show up within the hour. They always solve the problem and ask if theres anything else they can do. If youve ever had difficulty getting a plumber to respond, you will immediately feel comforted when the technician says, OK, while Im here, is there anything else youre having a problem with? They dont overcharge, either. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for every household or commercial plumbing need.

    Called at 730am on a Saturday, Office called me back at 8am and Jonn was there at 845am. Was having an issue with our basement sewage ejector pump staying on.. Jonn quickly found the problem.. he even let me go run to get the part needed to fix the issue.. He explained everything, made some recommendations and was very personable.     A call was placed to Mister Rooter on the recommendation of a company my parents use, and to my surprise they were able to send out a tech in just a couple of hours where everyone one else was figuring a couple of days to a few days out.I had opened up the area and tried to provide as accurate of a diagnosis of what might be the problem, which turned out to be a correct assumption and the tech had the part replaced within no time at all for a very very fair price, my water was back on, and all was good.However, a little later I noticed a minor leak now upstairs by the toilet above the part repaired/replaced that went through the floor which I was able to correct but thought they should know about it, a call was placed and to my astonishment I was going to be first call today.Some minor adjustments were made by the same technician who also had a new apprentice with him, and all ended very very well.Such prompt service is to be commended and I highly recommend Mister Rooter to anyone who is having some kind of water leak plumbing problem.I will not hesitate to use Mister Rooter again in the future, thats for sure.Again, Highly recommended.

    I had an outside water drain that was clogged which caused water in by basement after a heavy rainstorm. When I called, the dispatcher was very nice and was able to send a crew that day. After a few hours of hard work and multiple attempts, the crew realized that the clog couldn’t be cleared using a conventional power snake.     Luis Carrillo was the plumber that came to clear our drain, which turned into a pipe repair job. The pipes were already compromised and did not break due to anything Luis had done. There was already an unknown leak when Mr. Rooter was initially called.Luis was extremely professional and pleasant to talk to. He listened attentively as I explained what happened from the beginning. While he worked he took the time to explain what he was doing and why and offered advice to help minimize the chance of a reoccurring problem.When finishing up, Luis even cleaned up a mess that was related to the drain line problem but was not a result of his work. He could have easily left that for me to clean.I will definitely use Mr. Rooter in the future and will be more than pleased if Luis is the plumber that arrives.

    I initially called Roto Rooter when my sewer main backed up. They came fixed it and charged me. I was happy... until it happened again. Mr Rooter is involved with CT Regional water auth. He was able to diagnose the problem (tree roots), remedy it, explain which tree was causing the problem and the best way to prevent it from reoccurring. Taking off the toilet and putting it back ourselves saved about $100, so if youre able to do that, I would recommend doing so to keep the cost down.
