This company sets the standard bar high for tradesmen! I can’t say enough. Came right out when others didn’t show, did a hard two day complete plumbing remodel, and fixed multiple problems caused by the last owner. They were honest, professional, and efficient. And very reasonable in price. This job was probably a nightmare and they did it with a smile. Thanks RB

We have an old house and the job ended up becoming more complex when an old pipe ended up breaking down the line in the wall. The workers had a great work ethic and would look at a weird situation and get to work tackling it.The owner treated us well when it came to billing related to unforeseen additional work. He even said to just pay him what we thought was fair for the additional work, as it was unexpected.

Today my daughter and i were cleaning our upstairs bathroom, after we were finished the ceiling just below the bathroom began leaking onto our Christmas tree in the living room and into the basement! We called around a few places and RD plumbing was able to get out to our house in 45 minutes. The plumber that came out was amazing and went above and beyond. Found the issue, fixed it quickly and even managed to cut out our ceiling drywall to prep for repair. I would definitely recommend this company work based on their responsiveness and willingness to help us out during our Griswold family Christmas disaster :)

Andy spoke to my Granddaughter about a leaking outdoor spicket I had.He explained everything to her over the phone and done the repair on the spot and added a shut off valve so I can turn it off for winter months as she requested. Very kind, professional and in a timely manner. I will ALWAYS RECOMMEND Andy from RB Plumbing, to anyone needing a trusted Plumber!!You should be Very grateful for such an AWESOME Employee!!

Prompt, professional, and excellent workmanship. Work area was left neat and clean. Received a quote with a high and low range for labor and materials and was billed accordingly. There were no nickel-and-dime charges for additional items. Great company, highly recommend.

Had a leak from upstairs bathroom that came into downstairs. Called R&B and Andy was here in 30 minutes. Extremely happy with their customer service. Andy went out of his and cut out large section of drywall that was damaged. Job done right! Thank you

My husband and I were very happy with the service. We lost our hot water, and despite already working 10 hour days at the time, they squeezed us in for a service call. The problem reoccurred 2 days later, and the owner himself came that night with the original serviceman to ensure it was fixed permanently. Very pleasant and professional people both visits, and we would definitely use their services again!

Very pleased with the work that was completed. I had basement laundry area moved around for better accessibility and older copper water lines replaced and moved.
