    We had an excellent experience with Doug Anderson Plumbing - especially Tyler, the technician that serviced our call.Dispatch was great and was able to advise on what temporary measures to take to keep everything safe before Tyler arrived.Tyler was excellent, immediately understood the issue and was able to generate multiple quotes for the different solutions. Were very happy with the final result, and will absolutely use their services again for any plumbing issues.

    Doug and his crew did an exceptional job.     Doug Anderson was very responsive and set up an appointment right away. Derek was assigned to my project, and he did an awesome job. He listened to me and what I needed, explained the options and process, did excellent work, and left the work area cleaner than when he got there!     Corey and Sean actually arrived twenty minutes early today in order to identify and repair a drain issue. They were very polite and Corey explained what would be involved in identifying and repairing the problem. Besides being very professional, thorough and neat, the problem was fixed and our bathroom is back in order. Doug, the owner, corresponded with me every step of the way especially in getting a crew to my home in a timely manner due to the nature of the problem...extremely responsive. I highly recommend this company.

    Doug, Justin and Chris are an amazing team. My kitchen sink was leaking and they came out and fixed the problem within 30 minutes.     Doug Anderson and his team have provided me with a very professional top notch experience for a second time now. They are easy to talk to, very responsive, and did high quality work at a great price. When I noticed my hot water tank leaking , I called Doug who acted quickly and had his team members Justin and Andrew install the new one the very next day. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and did a terrific job!. Another time, I had called to replace four bathroom sink faucets, re-plumb all the drains, one of which was badly broken inside the wall by the granite installer, and change all of the shut off valves. Again, the team was knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job at a good price. I can’t express how nice it is to have found this reliable and friendly team taking care of all my plumbing needs.

    Doug sent his team out to deal with a leaky sink that was missing a supply valve. They resolved the leaks, added a new supply valve, and installed a new faucet. Responsive, friendly experts who are easy to work with and super helpful. Highly recommended!

    Cant say enough about Doug Anderson Plumbing. Andrew led the team installing a tankless water heating system that we love. Andrew demonstrated expertise and professionalism throughout the installation (and thorough clean up). We felt confident from the moment he and his colleagues arrived. Both plumbers (Andrew and Justin) along with their apprentices like what they do and it shows!Also appreciated the pre installation in person systems assessment that was conducted ensuring a smooth and efficient installation.     Doug Anderson Plumbing & Heating is 5 stars all the way!!! I had a gas leak in the wall behind my stove (very scary). My son, who had used DA Plumbing & Heating to replace a water heater in the past and was extremely pleased with, gave me Dougs number. Dougs immediate response, professionalism, communication, pricing, and integrity is exceptional and unmatched. He went above and beyond by squeezing me into an already tight schedule, answering all my concerns, keeping me posted on everything going on, and more importantly...finding and fixing my gas leak at a very affordable price!!! It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Doug Anderson and I will definitely be using him again for all my plumbing and heating needs!

    Called Doug to replace a broken water heater. It was a holiday weekend and he was helpful in getting it resolved as quickly as possible. He is honest and has fair pricing. Robert installed the water heater. He was professional, friendly, and left the area clean. I think I found my new plumber and have no reservations recommending this company.

    Awesome plumber! Ontime, clean, job completed as scheduled and as quoted. We did a gas fireplace, and outdoor gas kitchen. Doug can do both inside and outside work, along with all permits. Highly recommend Doug - the Plumber that listens, thinks, and does a fantastic job!

    …AND THEN THERE WAS DOUG!!!! A few weeks ago I received a massive water bill from the city saying I was using 400 gallons of water a day. Plumber after plumber came by and gave me estimate of $7000+ telling me there was a leak in my main water line and it needs to be replaced ASAP. With such force I should add. Bald after ripping out all my hair and crying in a corner I called Doug and his crew. When I say I trust Doug immensely it’s the truth. Doug ran a few tests and had determined because of the water in the water heater getting hot it pushed water back through the meter causing the meter to bounce around and read a much higher water usage. Doug had the part needed in his truck $600 and a month later the problem is now non existent. Doug literally saved me $6000 when he could have ridden the $7000 train. Doug will forever be my plumber and he should be yours too

    Doug was responsive, professional and personable. He could not come personally because he was on another job but he sent Justin within the hour. Justin not only found and replaced the leak, he also had a better part to fix the leak than what I already had. He also was willing to help me mount the pipe in place so that way I was not hanging off of the wall. Justin was also able to answer a lot of my questions. He was very knowledgeable. Good experience!     Last year Doug came to our rescue on a cold Saturday evening when our furnace/boiler went out. You could imagine how hard it is to get someone to respond to an emergency call, even to answer the phone. It turned out to be a thermocouple issue. He replaced it and he showed me how to do it myself next time. He even left me with a spare thermocouple. His price was more than reasonable. Well, our furnace just went out again today, of course on the coldest day of year. I replaced it myself and we are back in business. Thanks, Doug! Hire this guy!!!
