Very impressed with this company. We needed an electrician for our new hot tub that was installed much quicker than anticipated. We called Wilcox yesterday and Robert came out today to wire it. He was wonderful and put in a lot of hard/quality work. Thanks Wilcox! We will be using you again in the future!

Great experience with the guys at Wilcox. They wired up a new oven and they are estimating a larger job for a kitchen remodel. Right on time, very friendly, great price. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

They did an excellent job. I’ve met some contractors who won’t do what I asked. Eg I want the ventilation fan changed. They Basically said it’s too difficult. The electrician did the job perfectly. So you want someone who knows.

So I was changing out my doorbell to a ring doorbell and Realized that my doorbell had stopped working. After watching a few YouTube videos I found out it was the doorbell transformer that was bad. So I began the hunt for the transformer. I couldn’t find it anywhere. I ended up calling the town of Normal looking for records on my house and they tracked down Wilcox Electric, they wired the house when it was built 25 years ago. I gave them a call and talked to Jeremy and he was super nice he walked me through every place that it should be and still I couldn’t find it. Jeremy sent Mark out to the house a few days later when I was off work and me and mark began the search again. Mark noticed two wires that was wrapped around a pipe close to the furnace and after going back and forth upstairs testing the wires he figured it out. When I got my furnace replaced last year they took off the transformer. I would have never figured out that those were the right wires. They were a huge help and I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend Wilcox Electric to anyone looking to get things done the right way.
