    One of the most professional and responsive contractors I have ever contracted. There welcome package was impressive. They were punctual and their workmanship was first class.     The Painter Inc. team was easy to work with, kept us notified as we progressed through the project, and warrantied their work. The payment plan was the best Ive ever been offered for home renovation projects, geared to a completely satisfied customer. The painting team was amazing, through, and extremely careful . They used covers over furnishings, on the floor and carpeted areas. Not a drop of paint was spilled anywhere! A supervisor came and inspected the work when it was complete. I now have a gorgeous kitchen Ive been wanting for years!!

    The Painter Inc. responded quickly to my request for an estimate on a power wash and house painting. They came out we agreed on the work and they scheduled it within a short period of time. Did a great job on the power wash and then followed up with great work on the painting of the house and front door. They followed up to make sure we were satisfied and also stopped out to verify the work was done correctly.

Following The Patch Boys removing popcorn from most of our house, The Painter came right in on the tail-end and repainted all the ceilings.     Hired them to revitalize a rental property after tenant left some damaged walls, moldings, etc. Their work was of the highest quality and the prices were fairly reasonable.     I am so glad I found Painter’s Inc. I found them very reputable with their estimate process and highly skilled staff who painted and repaired ceiling tape and water damage. Their edging of trim is excellent. The crews are very neat and take above average care to cover and protect my home furniture and possessions with plastic coverings. A supervisor visited each day to check on the crew’s progress, quality of work and my satisfaction with their work each day. When it was necessary for additional coverage of paint on my living room ceiling, an expert was returned to my home to work with the crew. The quality of the paint used is also excellent. When I can financially afford to have the two bedrooms and living room walls painted, I will definitely use Painter’s Inc.

    I contacted The Painter, Inc. for a warranty touch up on a pair of window sills on the second floor of our house. In less than a week I met with Matt who came to the house to check sills and we agreed I needed new sills. I had a contract in a day, we settled on a couple of changes over the weekend, and the carpenter arrived on Monday morning. Only hiccup in the process occurred when the carpenter arrived a bit earlier than expected. The project wrapped up that morning before lunch. I recommend The Painter, Inc.

    Update:Had more repair work needed after having my HVAC company come out and replace some uninsulated duct with insulated duct. Needed to have patchwork done in a closest, a bathroom and three ceiling holes. Reached out to The Painter, Inc, since they did such a great job before. The entire team is so professional that I cant say enough good about them. Arrived when expected and were friendly and courteous. They did such a great job (again!) that I cannot even tell where they had to repair. Thanks again to Doug, Michele, Matthew and Elkin for doing such amazing work! I apologize to the patch guy.... I dont remember his name. Will definitely be using again in the future if needed!!!----------------Just had these guys come in and do a repair to a hole in my ceiling that was cut into to find a leak from my upstairs bathroom. They did such an amazing job repairing and repainting the entire ceiling in my dining room, living room and foyer. I cant even tell where the damage was! They were very professional, very nice and did a great cleanup after. Their manager, Bacu Robinson, even comes after to check on the work and make sure the customer is satisfied.     Most reliable painting company weve found. The 30min consultation with the interior designer helped us pick out the perfect color for our nursery, and with confidence. It looks amazing! They accomplished the work very quickly and professionally. Offered to fully replace curtains that got a tiny spot of paint on them (ended up not being necessary). Always a great experience and flawless work.

    We recently contracted with The Painter to paint the exterior of our home and our pool house. Our first contact provided a wonderful first impression when Daniel came to our home, explained the entire process, carefully examined the areas to be painted, and answered all our questions. He provided us with a packet of information that has been very helpful as a reference when additional questions occurred. We received the quote within 24 hours and were pleased with the detail provided in the proposal which was very competitive with other companies. Bacu arrived with his team of workers, introduced himself as the supervisor of our project on the expected start date, and throughout the project we found Bacu and his skilled painters polite, hard working, dependable, and very competent.     Bacu is awesome, he’s knowledgeable attentive and extremely professional! These guys came in and fixed less than stellar work done by a contractor we were not happy with. They repaired ceiling joint lines and nail pops to a smooth level 5 finish followed by a perfect paint job including crown molding paint and caulking. We are extremely pleased and would definitely hire them again.

    From every encounter with The Painter, Inc., I experienced respect, courtesy, and professionalism. Doug, who came to prepare the proposal gave helpful advice on paint finishes and other aspects of the job. The proposal was detailed room by room with detail and type paint. Doug was indulgent and flexible in providing new estimates as I added work and considered deleting a couple of rooms to compensate for the addition on painting ceilings that would clash with the new wall color as pointed out by the complimentary consultation with a designer.The painting crew from the foreman to the crew leader and painters for considerate and careful with my furnishing. They were prompt, efficient, professional, and friendly. Daily, they were meticulous in clean-up and making all areas, such as bathrooms and kitchen as usable as possible even though they would be painting in those areas the next day. The care they took with drywall repair such as nail pops, new house settling cracks that appeared after the warranty period from the builder) was exceptional, checking the work and redoing and repainting when it did not meet their standards.I would recommend The Painter, Inc. to friends and family and would certainly call on them for future work when needed. They provide quality work with extended benefits, such as notifying neighbors that they would be working in the area and there would be trucks and cars parked nearby. And they provide copies of their business license and insurance in a package mailed with information on what they expect the client to do in preparation and what the client can expect the crew to do, from ensuring that footwear of either removed or covered to the protections that will be taken to cover furniture and floors and descriptions and the paints that will be used, the quality and the finish.And they sent a little thank you when the job was complete.

    I have used The Painter, Inc twice now. First time was for exterior painting. They were responsive, helpful, and courteous. I appreciated their polite approach and hired them again when it was time to paint a few areas inside my house. I walked through the space with Martin and then on the day of painting with Bacu. They were both attentive and friendly. The 3 women who painted, Annabelle, Isa, and Laby worked hard, did not mess around, cleaned up after the job and were professional at all times. I was very happy with the thoroughness of the job and the willingness to make sure the job was done right. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and quality painter!!!

    This company is the best. I used them to paint our new office. They were quick to schedule, kind, fast, and professional. Bacu is superb with his team, Annabelle, Iaby, and Isa. I told them a time schedule and they finished well before, great customer service! I also had to get a last minute job done (next day) but Bacu came the same day I called him and the girls were in there 20 minutes later painting!     I gave the review below several months back. I had painters Inc. come back and do our Master bathroom bathroom. They painted the ceiling, the trim, and all the walls. They did an incredible job again. I will have them back soon to paint the columns on my front porch.****The Painter, inc. staff just painted six rooms, a stairwell, and hallway in our house. They also fixed errors made by a prior painter in two other rooms. All of the rooms look amazing. On anything that we weren’t initially completely satisfied with they immediately fixed to a level above our expectation. The manager, Daniel Jeter, is incredibly, responsive, polite, and professional. We will definitely recommend this company to others, as well as use them again in the future. I wish I had some good before and after photos to share. Believe me, the house looks 100 times better.

    Hello, my name is Tom Herring and I just had my painting project completed by The Painter Inc. The quality of work I received far exceeded my expectation, and our technicians, Mr. Bacu, and Ms. Majestic, were extremely polite and professional. We are considering putting our home on the market and wanted to ensure all areas have been addressed. This is our second time using The Painter, Inc and can honestly say we are just as happy, as we were, with our initial painting project! A few areas that deserve being highlighted: (1) Mr. Bacus willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty! I have an antique truck that must be ​moved by hand, which normally is not an issue, however I just had back surgery and was unable move it alone. Nevertheless, Mr. Bacu saw I needed help and without any hesitation said hold on I got this.​ ​​Before I knew it my truck was moved and the painting project began. After realizing I was working with a professional crew, (2) I was able to step away knowing everything would be ok! Both Mr. Bacu and Ms. Majestic treated our home with respect and professionalism!     I recently had The Painter Inc. out to do some drywall and paint repairs. In full disclosure, they weren’t the cheapest BUT I had to have them come out to fix the work that “the cheapest” did. I have learned that quality is worth the cost in the long run. I will definitely use The Painter Inc. for any other interior work I need done. As an added kudos I’d like to personally thank Bacu. After paying to have the drywall done, our roof leaked, damaging the area we had just paid to have fixed. The damage had nothing to do with what the Painter Inc. had done. That being said, when Bacu followed up with me about the job and learned that this had happened, he took it upon himself to ask the company if he could fix the small area again and they allowed it. If all companies cared about their customers this way the world would be a much nicer place and home repair would be far less stressful. We all need a Bacu in our lives!

    We were very pleased with the results! Id never hired a painting company before, so I wasnt sure what to expect. I usually do my own painting, but was in a pinch and needed help. The company is very polished, knowledgeable, and communicative. Offering lots of extra perks for no extra cost, like getting a design professional in to discuss paint colors. I highly recommend them. There were only two minor missteps, e.g., rescheduling the day of service at the last minute due to vehicle issues (understandable, but still a little inconvenience for our household) and getting a bit of paint in unintended places. But they fixed the paint splatters, and the results were worth the extra days wait! Good people. Bacu was a great foreperson, very conscientious, and the painters were talented—a much better job than I could have done.

    Our painters were a husband and wife team.They painted all of our outside areas. They had to work around rainy weather but they did an amazing job! They even came back to check for spots they may have missed, which were not there. They were so very kind and worked so hard to get it done. We love it! The colors blended perfectly. I was constantly kept up to date and they all made sure things were satisfactory. I would highly recommend them!! Great company and a great warranty.
