    Great service and value all the way around. The sales team and measuring guys were very patient and explored every potential solution. I think they adjusted my quote 7 or 8 times as we narrowed down what we really wanted. We were replacing original windows on a 1960s MCM home and we really wanted to keep the modern look, so this was not a cookie cutter install. Their attention to detail was fantastic and a big thumbs up to the install crew who took the potential lead paint issue very seriously while also ensuring we were achieving the look we wanted, checking in with us all during the installation process. We went with Marvin windows which delivered what we wanted without destroying our finances. Would recommend Davis & Marvin 100%.

    If I could give this process more than 5 stars I would. Replacing steel windows in a 1975 house has its challenges. The install crew of Eddie, Phillip and Victor from Davis Window and Door went above and beyond to guarantee a seamless fit of our Marvin essential windows.They were so careful in the process that the newly painted house interior needs no touch up. They even swept and swiffer mopped the floors before leaving. From order to install the process was exceptional. I highly recommend Davis and love my new Marvin windows.

    We are repeat customers of Davis Window and Door because of their customer service, selection, and quality of product, but most importantly their communication throughtout the entire process of selecting the right window up through installation. DW&D were upfront with every detail of the transaction, and for a second time we are extremely happy with the windows they installed. It was a pleasure getting to know the staff at DW&D, starting with Loris initial consultation to Nicholas/Alfredo who did the installation. It took some time to have our windows custom made for our 1964 ranch, but it was understandable and definitely worth the wait and a great fit. I will use DW&D for our next project, the front door, and would recommend anyone else considering windows and doors to call Davis Window and Doors. They will definitely keep you in the loop!

    Quality and Professionalism. Initially saw a segment on Trust Dale promoting the company. Decided to include in my search. Worked with Deen to review options to replace a rear entry door to the deck and basement door. After reviewing my options (other vendors and products) selected Davis for quality and price. Price was slightly higher, however, for a higher quality door with lifetime warranty and lifetime labor warranty. Install was flawless and doors look great. Highly recommend.Update - 10/21/24 - 3rd door purchased from Davis. Working with then now to address install issues. Stay tuned

    Davis Window and Door sells quality products and their people are top-notch, from sales to administrative and best of all, their installation crew was highly skilled.In our case, they removed and saved all the interior moldings and reinstalled them so that we would not have to repaint. Perfect job; impossible to tell that any work was ever done, no less remove and replace an eight foot sliding door. Could not be more pleased.

    Top quality work and very reasonable pricing. Davis Window and Door installed a new bay window, double front doors and rear entry door, plus replace a half-moon window with brick fill-in. The installation went very smooth, was completed in reasonable time and the work was perfect. The only criticism I have is that we had to wait almost 3 months for the doors and window to get ordered and there was no communication during that time to keep me up to date with the process. It would have been great if their office had called me once or twice to reassure me that the products are on their way, especially after having paid a 50% deposit.

    Review on Behalf of Eco-Tech. Davis Window and Door was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Getting our project quoted was easy and their team was easy to get ahold of. Any questions we had they were able to answer quickly. We had specific color painted windows so the material took time to come from the manufacturer but once it arrived Davis was onsite the next week and got the project done in one day. The team onsite was really nice and did a great job. Windows look great and everyone here loves them.

    We had 38 windows installed earlier this year & were very happy with the process. The Davis team was extremely efficient & was able to complete the job in one long day. They cleaned up after themselves really well & took care of our house inside & out. We are very happy with our new windows.We also had 7 new doors installed mid-December. 2 were reconfigured designs.     We had 30 old rotten wooden windows replaced with beautiful fiber glass Marvin windows and could not be happier. Ive never had a such a wonderful experience having work done on our house. Davis Window & Door are hands down the most professional, competent and dependable company you could ever ask for.Marcy is a great sales person. First step was a meeting at our house, then she met me a their showroom and helped me pick the best windows for our house and our budget.The real testament to how fantastic Davis Window & Door is has to be their install team lead by Victor. Most of our windows are elevated and not easy to access, we had some major rot that needed repairing and had an old arched window reconfigured to be squared off. The team was beyond efficient and meticulous - to say the least. I really had no comprehension of how talented and capable a window install team needs to be until I witnessed Victor and his crew - they are true craftsmen. Their attention to detail is unparalleled. They work in a such a respectful manner that added to the overall awesome experience.

    Just want to say what a wonderful job Blaylor and his crew of three performed at our house installing our new windows. They arrived promptly and it was raining. They let my wife know that they would wait for it to stop and he went through the house to make sure what was getting done. They were extremely careful making sure they made no mess. We had 18 windows installed and they worked diligently all day. They did a fabulous job and took time for me to inspect the job at the end of the day. We were supposed to have the blinds removed but the paperwork just said wall decorations. They didn’t get upset they took them down and replaced the windows. They installed the blinds for us well all but two because of logistics of the windows thickness. All in all we were pleasantly surprised of the work performed. Great job! Great Crew! Great salesman Bobby! Great experience! Davis Windows delivered beyond our wildest dreams! But the most exciting thing is the windows we get to enjoy! Thank you Davis Windows!     Tl;Dr - Davis is a must for those looking for an affordable, quality window from an incredibly professional team.From our sales process with Andrew Draper to the install with Blaylor and Frank’s team, working with Davis Window and Door was easy. Andrew came to our home the day we moved in and was courteous and patient with us as we were a little chaotic. He walked us through the window replacement and a few options he felt would work for us. He was not giving us the classic sales pitch we got from other vendors, he was honest and thoughtful and we really appreciate that approach. If I owned a company where I was selling a product, I would hire Andrew.Blaylor and his crew were the installers and they were so kind and VERY efficient! They got 21 windows installed in one day and the capping and caulking done in the following day! Blaylor was the perfect install guy for someone who had never had windows replaced, he communicated with me regularly throughout the day and gave me updates which I greatly appreciated!All in all the whole process took about twoMonths and I now have incredibly slick windows just in time for the hot summer months!

    I truly cannot say enough how wonderful it was working with everyone at David Window and Door for my custom patio doors! I live in a 55 year-old 20-story condo building, and EVERTHING in it is custom. I researched and called every company, but Davis Window and Door was the ONLY company in all of metro Atlanta that could make and install my custom patio door! From my initial call to reception, to my salesperson, Marcy Anderson, to the men who came out and measured, and the ones who installed and so much more, I couldnt have been more pleased at how nice everyone is and the installers did everything to perfection! My old patio doors were heavy lead glass doors and were difficult to move. My new patio doors glide so easily, and one of the wonderful things is that you cant accidentally lock yourself outside, like I did on several occasions. The lock will not engage when the door is opened and there is also a push button at the bottom of the sliding door, so there is no need for a dowel or something else to be placed in the tracks to insure that no one can break in. All in all, I couldnt be more happier with my new patio doors and everyone whom I spoke to or met was beyond exceptional! I will definitely be referring anyone that I know to contact Davis Window and Door for all of their needs! Should you need a new patio door or window, Davis Window and Door should be your one and only call! I assure you that you wont be disappointed!

    Our house is 23 years old. In that time weve had Davis Window & Door replace our master bath, master bedroom, front door, dining room window, and spare bedroom windows.     Great experience all around! Our salesperson, Marci, was so nice and patient, explained everything, and helped us select the perfect windows for our home. All with no pressure. Our installer, Nicholas, was friendly, timely, and explained the full install proces and did a great job. One of the window sash panes had a hairline crack, which was replaced ASAP without ANY hassle.     We were very happy with all aspects of our purchase and installation of our new Therma-Tru entry door. We went through several iterations of styles and manufacturers in coming to our final selection. The sales team - Bill & Bryan - were great. They dealt patiently and thoroughly with all our questions and helped us chose the right door.     Replaced 25 windows after getting quotes from 6 different companies. Good sales rep, very helpful and responsive, windows were a decent price for the quality (they were not the least expensive but mid range for the quality I was looking for). 4 stars because the installers fell below my expectations - they did not do a decent job cleaning up on the inside. Found pieces of small metal from the windows that easily scratched my 8 month old baby in several rooms. Had to throughly vacuum and dust each day, and had to pay cleaners to deep clean my house after the job was done. They did not cover anything and there is sawdust everywhere. They also left two of the new windows outside in my backyard overnight which I felt was not very professional and they could have taken it back to store in someplace more safe and less humid. The lead crew person seemed in a rush to leave after the last day that he didnt even bother doing a walk through or final inspection even though I asked for one. Windows are beautiful but install could have been better.

    We had our old wood framed windows for about 20 years and it was about time we replace them.We had total of 25 windows to be replaced, and were looking for reputable company with great finance options.With all the reviews we had read, we contacted several window companies.After having 3 visits from 3 different vendors, we decided to go with Davis.They had great products with just the right price.The products they offer are the top notch and the service is superb.Sales person, Deen, was very knowledgeable, and he answered every question I had in great details.Measurement technician who came out to measure our windows was also great.The best part was the quality of work installers provided.Nick, Izzy, and his crew were just awesome and they had great attention to details.They would not be satisfied till I was satisfied as well.They cleaned up work site everyday before they called it a day.The front office folks were also awesome, and my concerns were properly addressed and they took care of them in a very professional manner (had a torn bug screen and a scratch on a window. They reordered these and replaced as soon as they received a new screen and a window).Overall, they exceeded my expectation in every aspects of the process.There is no doubt I would recommend Davis to my neighbors, and of course they will get my next window and door project.Great job Davis.Keep it up!

    I highly recommend Davis Window and Door! We recently purchased our home. The four exterior doors were 40 years old and in very poor condition. I contacted Davis Window and Door to coordinate an appointment to have their representative come out and give me an estimate. Ken Abraham came to my house and presented me with several options. Its significant to note that Ken has been in the window and door business for many years and his experience is evident. Ken answered every one of my many questions and gave me several options, with no pressure to buy. He thoroughly explained the differences in build quality, warranty and installation among the various door brands. Above all, we felt comfortable with Ken, and thats important when making a significant purchase like exterior doors. The installation was flawlessly performed by a real carpenter named Ezzy and the doors are beautiful! We especially love the patio doors with between-the-glass blinds, and the wood grain fiberglass front door with sidelights! If you want quality doors, and you want them installed correctly, contact Davis Window and Door!

    We just replaced 90% of the windows in our Sandy Springs house. We did a major house renovation this year and the experience with Davis Windows and Doors by far was one of the best. Jim Reichlings years of experience in the industry really showed and he helped us pick the Marvin Elevate series for our house. They painted the inside of the windows for us and made absolutely sure the color matched our trim. Bryan Sante made a special trip to our house to make sure we had the exact color match for this. We had a particularly difficult problem matching our outside trim which required the ordering of a special product from Canada. Every e-mail for this project was promptly answered. The installation crew was courteous, respectful and a pleasure to have in our house for 4 days. Most of the crew had been working for this company for over 10 years and that speaks well to the type of management they have. I am a super perfectionist and this company exceeded my expectations. If you are getting new windows this is the company for you.

    Our new Davis Windows have been fantastic. Im amazed at how easy they are to use and how open the house looks. By the first night we could tell a difference in the noise level. Kurt was honest and helpful and might I add patient as I had LOTS of questions. We looked at two other companies, both with good products but feel like with Davis we not only got a great product but all the support youd want from a company. I was really impressed with all levels of communication about our job.     I had planned installation of new windows in 2013 and had Davis out to do the estimate. I was impressed with the product and the account representative. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to do the installation until this year. I contacted Davis, they re-quoted the job (small difference in price) measured and ordered the windows. The day of installation, two great installers came and tackled a somewhat challenging install. Although it took two days to complete, and there were a couple of glitches due to the house itself, all work was completed as promised. The new windows look great and work well. Very pleased.

    I absolutely love our new windows but I was most pleased with the installation crew! They were an amazing group of guys. Very courteous, friendly, and mindful to not “disturb” too much while they were here. We purchased black windows which require black caulk which can be extremely visible if the proper amount of care isn’t taken when installing it. They did an excellent job, paying attention to the details, making it clean and straight. In some cases, it’s hard to tell the difference between the caulk and the window. Kudos and thank you!! 😊

    While the sales process was a bit lackluster, Davis had great ratings so I selected them to install some new windows. I was very satisfied.First, I was unable to have the installation done until several weeks after the windows arrived and they were happy to hold onto them and accommodate my schedule. They came when they said they would come. They did the job efficiently and accurately and were polite while on my property. They warned me that my blinds would probably not fit the windows once the new windows were installed and they were correct. Im glad this wasnt a surprise at the end. They cleaned up after themselves sufficiently.Ill definitely have them back if I need more windows replaced.

    After receiving sale pitches from several different companies, Davis Window and Door was the last ones we called. They were listed as a top company in two different company guides, one for Fulton Co. and the other for Johns Creeks, Roswell and Alpharetta. They demonstrated their product, explained the warranties to the minutiae and we signed with them that night. The product is AMAZING! We replaced 43 windows and the house is cooler, quieter and the A/C kicks on every now and then, as opposed to every 20 minutes.The term contractor does not describe the workmen that completed the install. They are craftsmen in every sense of the word. They work directly FOR Davis. They are not subcontractors, which all other companies were using. Professional, courtious and hard working. The things I keyed in on was I never heard them utter a foul word, I never saw all three taking a break at the same time (one broke and the others kept on) and even after I asked them not to, it was Sir or Maam the whole project. The install was flawless. They kept me in the loop the entire project and didnt even concern themselves with collecting or pressure me to sign off on the job until we visited each window (43).I am proud to tell my neighbors who did my windows. Everyone should receive quality and service like this no matter if its windows or an oil change. These guys have set the bar high and I dont think well give any other company a chance to even attempt to reach their mark. We have a couple more projects in mind and we will be calling them again.

    We had Davis Window and Door replace both of the front doors on our 1953 ranch house: one that is a standard size and one thats only 32. We have been happy with everyone: the salesman, Jim, the gentleman who came out to measure before the orders were placed, the folks in the office, and the installers, David and Matthew. The house really made it difficult for them on the install, because its old and almost nothing about it is standard, but they got them both in beautifully and even were able to raise the small door high enough to clear the new carpet that had just been installed. They also did a great clean up job and you really couldnt tell theyd been here except for the beautiful new doors.

    Window replacement is no small matter. Not only is it expensive, there are so many things to consider. I spent 3 months educating myself on windows and researching companies before narrowing my choices down to 6. Jim was the rep I originally spoke with, and he was my go-to from start to finish. Hes excellent at his job. He came out several times and answered every question I asked (calling, texting, in person) with clear and honest answers. Not everything I heard was what I wanted to hear. That doesnt mean he didnt do everything in his power to please me because he did. What it said to me was that he wasnt going to tell me what I wanted to hear just to close a deal, and I appreciate that.Once Jim took my deposit, everything went like clockwork. From measurements to ordering to delivery and finally install. The windows showed up 4 weeks earlier than expected too, which was nice. Davis Window and Door were patient, punctual, professional, and courteous. The workmanship on replacement is impeccable. Not a shred of debris left after the two days install either. The team finished in the time they said they would. Even with their crew being down one installer.I cant say enough about this company. The windows look beautiful, and the fact that they wrap the sills and brick molding to protect the entire opening is just amazing. They look phenomenal. And they are good for life, with a transferable warranty to new homeowner when you sell.I simply cant recommend Davis Windows and Doors enough. I had 26 windows in total replaced. Some on the third story. In mid-December. This outfit crushed it. Do your due diligence, of course, but when doing that due diligence, be sure to contact Davis Window and Door.     Great experience with Davis Window & Door!We purchased 3 exterior doors: ProVia exterior with sidelights and new Fypon crosshead and pilasters, Marvin patio slider and Marvin outswing french door. I did a lot of research on door materials, designs etc. before I contacted 3 vendors. All quoted similar products but not only was Davis the best price but they included items required for a finished job that the others left out or did not mention. During installation the technicians discovered some out-of-scope flooring issues that were repaired properly and for a very reasonable price. Our installation was turnkey....we didnt even need to touch up paint.Lori our salesperson was knowledgeable, thorough and spent lots of time with us making sure we understood our options and provided valuable guidance in our final selections. Our installation went awry not due to the fault of the installer or the company, but rather with rotten wood that they nor we could have anticipated. They helped us to instruct the contractor how to repair it and then were back out the following day to install the door. It looks amazing. We walk by it and admire it everyday. The sliding glass door has totally changed the feel of our room, their warranty is the best, and the product is fabulous. In addition, the customer service is terrific and our installer was a pro.     You really do get what you pay for here. Davis installed a Provia door for us after the back door to the back deck rotted. I was looking specifically for Provia because the ratings by contractors were excellent, as opposed to most other types of doors that were considered trash. Davis and company were on time every time, they gave me an estimate then sent someone to double-check all of the parameters of the door. The guy that installed cut away the rotten wood and siding, cleaned up everything that was cut away, the door was installed properly, no leaks, no off-balance or sticking, caulked nicely and neatly.
