I called this company for leak detection and the person on the phone said she would let me speak to a tech who could further answer any questions I had. Chris was very kind and answered all my questions and even gave me a rough idea of what things would cost which was very nice. I had him come out and do a leak detection and he said I did have some slab leaks and explained to me that we needed to reroute the pipes. Their price was very reasonable and the cost of the leak detection (also reasonable) would be deducted if we chose to move forward with the reroute. I had him come out the next day and he finished the job by himself and also took care of something my husband mentioned to him and didnt charge extra for that. I am very pleased with the work done and the cost. Chris was very nice to work with and the ladies in the office were also very pleasant. I will call this company for all my plumbing needs in the future.

We had just installed new laminate flooring when the kitchen drain leaked. My husband was able to temporarily stop the leak. I went to Google and looked for plumbers near me and Active Plumbing popped up with a 5 star rating. I called and made arrangements for them to come out the next day.Nathan showed up right on time. Took a look, explained the problem and the solution. He thoroughly explained what had to be done, some options and the cost of each. We agreed on the work and the price and he set to work. He was neat, clean and efficient. The job was done in about two hours, all the while working around my dream stove being installed. Nathan was a sweetheart of a young man, neat, clean and very personable. I couldnt be happier.

Today was the first time I used Active Plumbing. Our water heater kicked the bucket and I was relieved to find 24 hour service nearby. Walter came out, gave me a fair quote, and I said Yes. This was not a rush job: taking out the old one, getting and installing the new one, making sure everything worked properly. The best part was that Walter patiently answered my questions. I learned a lot from him and will request his service next time I need a plumber (likely sooner than later).

However it was not covered by the warranty company, we still had Jason fix the issue and he also fixed an issue that the last plumber ‘fixed’ but didn’t really fix.
