THANK YOU to Cajun Comfort for getting my heater up and running! From the moment I called, I was greeted professionally and truly taken care of. Hannah and Leah were patient with me and got me scheduled as soon as they could. They were pleasant to talk to and walked me through the process of getting a technician out to my home. The best part about the experience was that I got a text of who was coming over to my house, so I knew who to expect. Shane and Drew worked on my unit in a timely manner and did some troubleshooting before figuring out the solution. They didn’t leave until they knew it was perfectly fixed. I couldn’t have asked for better service!

I had my AC repaired recently and also had a new hot water heater installed. Cajun Comfort is always professional and courteous. They also respond very quickly. Brandon repaired my AC. Cory, Preston and Jeremy installed my hot water heater. All of these guys did a great job!!! The office staff is also always very professional, and they have great customer service. I love the way that the company send a text informing you of which technician is coming to your house as well as when they should arrive. They also give you the work experience for the technician in the text. I have had Eddie and Shane come out to the house for multiple calls throughout the last few years and they both have definitely exceeded my expectations every time. I appreciated the fact that they maintained good housekeeping during the entire process, starting with protecting my carpeting and flooring with drop clothes. A poor lizard fried itself on my capacitor causing my box trip. Brandon replaced it and my a/c is working like it should. Had the folks at Cajun Comfort evaluate our two house central units, and they thoroughly explained upcoming need for replacement, time-frames and budget ideas as well as recommendations for best approach for ensuring we would not be without climate control. On time and exactly as promised, the whole team from Cajun Comfort arrived one morning and, under the direction of Shane they had totally replaced all parts both outside and within our home by late afternoon. The Cajun Comfort team worked in concert with one another in a most professional, thorough, and dedicated manner to smoothly transform our aged system into two new units. Also, on the day following installation, Shane showed up to densure that all was working well and to make sure we were informed about and happy with our new system. Scott R. did an excellent job executing the electrical repair needed at our home. He is professional, skilled, and knowledgeable. Scott did superb work, answered our questions and educated us about best way to use our surge protector for the sauna.Scott is also prompt and adapt. He was glad to grab booties out of his truck when my wife said we preferred not wearing outside shoes on the carpet where our sauna is located.

I called after hours and whom ever answered tried to help me without having to come out after I described the problem (it was cold outside so we weren’t miserable without air conditioning). He was extremely detailed and let me know what to expect. The next day which was Mardi Gras day my air conditioner was still doing the same thing so he had Mr. Eddie come out within the hour. He exceeded my expectations and fixed all our problems. He took time and made sure all the wiring was correct, etc and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

Our AC stopped working on a Friday late afternoon! I called and within a few hours (after 5pm) Eddie showed up to save the day. I got a text showing me a picture of what he looked like which was an amazing detail. He got straight to work and explained what it was and what he needs to do to fix it. He had the unit up and running in less than an hour. Although the problem was a part, Eddie also took his time to clean out the unit. Our AC has always been a problem keeping up with the heat and my house would go up to 77 but now it doesn’t go above 71!!!! The price was extremely reasonable being after hours and coming on the same day I called. I recommend this company to everyone. My first time using them but it will not be my last.

The workers were all friendly and very respectful of my home. They left the house spotless and installed a new HVAC system and ducts in less than a day. Afterwards, Shane setup my new thermostat and walked me through every step I would genuinely recommend them to anyone.
