    I am feeling so lucky to find out Prince William Plumbing! I started to use after I had serious multiple issues with septic water system and leakage. I got the quote from 2 very big and famous plumbing companies. Then, I contacted Prince William plumbing. They exactly found out the problems and what to fix instead of other companies asking me to replace lots of parts which costs me more than $10K. I ended up saving about $4000 since there were lots of parts I didnt have to replace. Very trustable and friendly! I did 4 more jobs with them. Always top services with honesty! Never fails!I love that they are locally owned unlike big company sees us as only $$. Plus, they are reasonably priced compared to the many competitors. Prince William plumbing is my plumbing company I will deal with for sure!

    This is the only plumbing company I use now. Every technician is extremely friendly and takes time to answer all of my questions and give advice. I love that they are locally owned and still have that small town feel. Expect technicians combined with top of the line customer service. Lastly they are reasonably priced compared to the many competitors all around our area. They are our first phone call when something isn’t right in the house. Honest and trustworthy. I emailed 5 different plumbing companies because I had questions about maybe installing a remove water main valve. John was the onlyOwner to respond. Every other company didn’t bother because I was not a customer yet.

    They did a great job repairing my battery backup sump pump. He correctly diagnosed the problem and replaced the pump and controller. Meanwhile I had two different plumbers from the big companies come out and misdiagnose the issue. They also were going to charge outrageous prices. The cost by Prince William Plumbing was very competitive. I highly recommend Prince William Plumbing.

    I did not know what to expect with a new plumbing company after I had moved into my house, but I gave PWP a shot and they took it! I have had PWP over three times in this house (Kitchen sink, powder room toilet, and upstairs sink) and every time, they had availability that was good for me and not months out, the guy(s) that showed up where clean & professional (I really appreciate the guys being able to have conversations without leaning on the F-bomb to speak- my toddler says thank you.), the pricing is fair, and they dont try to upsell and milk me for more money. Its really refreshing to deal with such a great local company like Prince William Plumbing.

    Great experience. The staff was professional, polite and friendly. The technicians quickly identified the issue which had occurred 2 years prior and was not repaired correctly by a competitor. I also asked them to look at and give me a quote to repair an old leaky copper faucet. Again, they promptly diagnosed the issue and fixed it with a couple of washers. Other companies quoted me $1,000 to replace the same faucet because it was to old to repair. Incredible Service and Good People!

    Working with Prince William Plumbing was great. They provided quotes for what I requested be done. The plumber arrived on time and was very polite. He took great care as he brought the water heater into my home to not damage my floors. Once he installed everything, he walked me through things. The office team was great to work with as well.     We were unfortunately hit with news that we needed to replace our water service line due to an external leak, and the sources that we first contacted quoted us prices that were way beyond what we could afford for this surprise expense. However, a neighbor directed us to PWP, and we couldnt have been luckier to have found them. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and came in at way less than even half of what other companies were looking to charge.We felt in good hands throughout the work, and their office team have been gracious enough to help us with a payment plan that have helped to negate the severity of the costs. We are very grateful for their service and care, and will look to PWP for any plumbing needs in the future.

    We have use Prince William Plumbers for numerous jobs around our home. The first, and largest, was the repair of our hose bib, which had not been installed correctly by the previous owner, and would freeze in the winter. The re-routed the hose bib through a different path and weve not had a problem since! The job was quick, but thorough. After that, they are the only plumbers we will call.They are professional, helpful, courteous and very fair on their pricing. I would not use any other plumbers!

    We had an amazing experience with Prince William Plumbing! Dominic was our plumber. He was so polite; professional, patient and knowledgeable. We were so excited that he could fix all of our issues on the same day! We were also thrilled that PW Plumbing got us scheduled so quickly and the powder room toilet was fixed just in time for our guests arrival! Other plumbers couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the basement bar sink but he figured it out and fixed the problem. I 100% recommend them! Very happy clients here! :)

    My pressure reducer valve failed so it sounded like a cruise ship was blowing its horn in my basement whenever we flushed a toilet! We called 2 plumbers to get assessments. Prince Williams price was roughly half what the other company told us. They did a fabulous job - scheduled it quickly, explained what they were doing, and completed the job professionally and right on time. A month later, we needed a new hot water heater in one of our investment properties and they did a similarly fantastic job. Highly recommend!

    Look no further than Prince William Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!  Weve used their services for several years now and they simply offer outstanding service! Extremely professional and very experienced!Were in our 3rd house now, and they took care of everything from sump pump issues to replacing a water heater to  dishwasher leak and today it was the toilet leak! My husband attempted to fix it without success so I called Prince William Plumbing. John came out quickly and he noticed that my husband just forgot to do this one thing.     I have been using PW Plumbing for 4 years. They are fantastic from small plumbing jobs to a septic tank repair job that sounded worrisome. John took the time to explain the steps to the job and his employees cleaned up the area nicely after the job was completed.     Replaced a 17 year old propane water heater. Not an emergency but it was showing its age (rusting base, noisy, occasional leaking). I got four estimates and Prince William Plumbing was the most competitive. They accomplished the installation quickly and professionally with the latest version by the same manufacturer and its working just fine. I will use this company again on future work.

    Price William Plumbing replaced our well pump on quick notice. In general, a new pump and work is not a cheap repair/service, but we were happy to be back with water at our house within 2 days. Power wires running down the well were shorting out each time the old pump turned on. They replaced the pump and wiring I would recommend them for service related to your well.

    Prince William Plumbing was recommended by a friend and I am so glad I called. From the time I called with my issue to the actual service, everyone was pleasant and professional. The technician showed up during the appointment window and was very professional as he entered my home. He was also attired with a face mask, booties and gloves.     Prince William Plumbing always exceeds my expectations with their prompt service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and up-front and honest pricing. Yesterday I bought a new gas stove that had to be converted from Natural Gas to LP, and my gas service line for the stove in my kitchen needed to be shortened. Brian and Eric were able to come out less than 2 hours after my call to request service and had everything taken care of for me in no time. If I could give more than 5-stars, I would.     We are so grateful to have found Prince William plumbing! They were incredibly kind, professional, flexible and helpful during a recent kitchen remodel. We had to change the dates of their work several times due to other vendors running behind and they couldn’t have been more accommodating.     Have had Prince William Plumbing do many repairs for me, and they have always been great. Most recently I had them replace my 75 gallon water heater with a tankless model.     Had a nagging leak from upstairs bathroom into dining room and went through three plumbers before I found PW Plumbing. No one could find the issue until PW Plumbing and once found, they were able to repair multiple issues at a fair price. The quality of the work performed was excellent and the value was tremendous. The kids bathroom is now more impressive than the master bathroom. Work was extensive as the sub-floor was severely rotted. Mold remediation was required. I took the time to replace the old toilet, bath/shower, vanity, and exhaust fan. The tiling work was excellent, and PW Plumbing even repaired the damaged drywall and painted. All this work was done at a very reasonable price and was quickly performed to keep the inconvenience for the family to a minimum. If youre looking for a trustworthy plumbing outfit that does that can diagnose difficult problems, perform quality work at a fair price, I highly recommend you consider PW Plumbing.

    We have been very happy with Prince William Plumbing and will continue to call them when we have plumbing needs. Did you know that the wax ring on toilets needs to be reset every 20 years or so? Our house is 20 years old and, sure enough, we had a leak in a toilet due to a failed wax ring. We plan to have Prince William Plumbing reset all of the toilets in our house. Prince William Plumbing is responsive and helpful.

    I called first thing when they opened and they had someone out early afternoon to fix our problem. They came during their window of time I was given, which super awesome. I also LOVED that they didn’t try to up sell anything once they saw our hot water heater was 18 years old.     Man, what a company! They were communicative, responsive, and professional. I am in the midst of having my basement finished and needed some plumbing relocated/repositioned to accommodate the designed floor plan that included jackhammering and refilling the concrete slab.     The Plumber was excellent. A true professional. Great personality, worked neatly and cleaned as he went along. I had a bathroom sink faucet replaced because it was leaking.     Always have great and fast service, and technicians are always helpful and respectful of our home and us (distancing and mask-wearing too). A recent repair necessitated cutting into our drywall to find a leak and the plumber found the issue on his first cut into the wall, did a very neat job, and left us in good shape to repair the drywall with minimal effort.

    Arrived exactly as scheduled, John Townsend was extremely friendly and quick to identify and quote the problem with our water main leak. The rate was much cheaper than the competition (Way cheaper than FH Furr), and offers the same year-long warranty. He was ready to fix it on the spot. Replaced the water pressure valve, piped in some new PVC and sealant and good to go. Very happy with their service, pricing, and positive attitude. I would highly recommend them. Thanks!

    This is an excellent company! I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. We bought a new home in Catlett and the water went out shortly before we moved in. The owner, John, came and fixed the problem in an hour.Curiously, another bigger company had come twice and talked about needing a new $5K well pump. I’m not sure what all that was about when the more obvious problem was frozen pipes. Also bigger company charged for a diagnostic while this one gives free estimates. Save yourself time and money. Try this company first!

    The Team at Prince William plumbing is first class. The communication from the office is always quick and on point. The schedule and times were spot on. Their work habits while they were here were professional as well, from calling ahead to confirm appointments, to use of drop cloths and the proper equipment to move appliances, this protecting our floors.We have used PWP in the past for repairs and emergencies, but as anyone on a well can tell you, well water can be hard on copper pipes and appliances. John had told me for some time I needed to think about a re-plumb of the entire house. The pin-hole leaks were not going to stop and being that the house was built in 78, well the issue was not going away.When the time came, PWP got me on the schedule very quickly and honored a previous estimate. John then met with us to give an overview of the work schedule and what to expect. Every day when they left PWP had plumbing running to at least one bathroom in the house. So during the week-long project while the house was a bit upside down, we were never without water. John and his team were also flexible with a couple of additional add ons I requested mid-job. PWP added these to the job scope at a very reasonable price. Whether it is a drain to be snaked or a whole house re-plump, the Professionals at Prince William Plumbing are the ones to call.
