Called after 2 1/2 days w/o water. I had pulled Delta shower cartridge out (easy, right) and cups, springs O-ring fell out. I finally called Frias Plumbing at 4:40 PM, he said send me a picture of parts and plumbing. He texted simple instructions--20 minutes later I had it back together and water back on. No charge (Tecata). Now that is someone who doesnt know me but able and willing to help. Thats the kind of person you want working on your house.

Our plumbing was backed up. I went to hone advisors and found Albert on this site. He responded almost immediately,said he would be at our place at 8. Showed up at 7:30. Fixed our problem, explained some other work that we will need to get done. He was wonderful,professional and I will hire him for any future issues that we might have. Great man, great personality and dedicated to helping. If there were 10 stars they would all be marked.

Albert Frias Services LLC came on time on very short (emergency) plumbing call with requested work done to perfection on Christmas Morning! Reasonable Rates with a friendly can-do attitude! Great Work!
