    Brian and the entire LaPelusa team were fantastic. From our initial discussion in their showroom to the care and attention provided during the home visit to outline the project specifics and order process they were detailed and easy to communicate with. We selected their company due to the quality and workmanship that their installation team could offer. We could purchase a door anywhere but needed skilled craftsman to install so as to not have the same repeat problems we had from previous door installations. Their installation team were wonderful and as expected extremely skilled. The installation team also made the whole process incredibly easy.     Our experience with LaPelusa Home Improvement was top-notch from beginning to end. Everyone who was involved in our project from Brian, the owner, to every carpenter and specialist (Steve, John, Michael, Cliff and Jeff) were not only fantastic at their skill sets but really nice people, too. Even when challenges arose they made sure the project was completed as timely, professionally and perfectly as possible. Truly great company!

    Worked with them for a 14 unit condo building to replace Pella windows & doors. Brian LaPelusa was great - came out multiple times to meet with different owners and provided quotes based on volume purchases quickly thereafter. Installation was a breeze with a very professional crew that got in and out quickly. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to uninstall two old doors on the fifth floor walk up and replace them in the same day! Couldnt recommend them more.

    We had LaPelusa install new sliding glass doors and a new front door in our home. In both cases, Brian was really responsive, professional and helpful in guiding us through the various options for doors and hardware. The installers were fantastic. They arrived on time, did their work quickly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They cleaned up the area when they were done and both doors look fantastic! We couldnt be happier.

    We worked with this team on full replacement of windows. Brian was fantastic to work with, was extremely detail oriented, and very responsive throughout the whole process. During the window replacement process the team did an AWESOME job. They were extremely professional, on time every morning, and got the job completed even faster then expected. I would 100% recommend this company!

    LaPelusa Home Improvement was such a pleasure to work with. The owner, Brian, came out and give us a bid and walked us through the entire process. When comparing the quotes from others, they came in at a solid price and much more affordable than Renewal by Anderson. The crew that came to install our windows were extremely professional and very mindful as I was working from home during Covid-19. They would make sure to shut doors if something was going to be loud and made sure everything look spotless when they were finished. This was a major purchase and thankful we used LaPelusa for our window install. One last project we hope to save up for next year and will hands down call Brian again. Already have my neighbors calling to use them. Thank you to you and your crew, Brian.

    We just had our windows installed by La Pelusa and I cannot stop raving about my experience. Windows are a huge investment and we werent sure if we wanted to take on the additional cost with the other renovations we were tackling. Brian LaPelusa was wonderful to work with, he was never pushing us to make a purchase. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions (there were many). When we finally decided to move forward with the purchase everything just fell into place. Fast forward to install. WOW! I was already very pleased with our experiences with Brian, but in walks the install team and they just blew me away. Quick, efficient, but definitely had an eye for detail. The windows look amazing and I am confident that the work was done well... VERY well. We are very much looking forward to working with LaPelusa Windows in the future, only having done half of the windows our house has still been transformed.     We have done two projects with our home using LaPelusa and couldn’t be more pleased! Recently they installed a 3 panel sliding door in the back of our house. Brian was super responsive about communicating. The planning was easy and on time. The workmen were beyond professional and did excellent work. We would and have recommended them to friends and family. A 5 star experience for sure!!

    The whole process was great. Brian was very helpful and professional. Installation was fantastic. Workers were great they went above and beyond the normal Installation process. I couldnt ask for a better company. I only wish that I could rate more than 5 stars. Lisa was very helpful and knowledgeable, she was great.

    My wife and I have a breakfast nook adjacent to our kitchen with windows that were just too small. Barely any light or ventilation came in. We knew we had to do some demolition work to expand the size of the windows out, but we knew not every place would have the expertise to do it right. Tony and his team at LaPelusa were prompt, professional, and did a wonderful job in taking care of our old bungalow and giving this room new life. We are absolutely referring them to our friends and neighbors anytime they need work done (and were going back when its time to just replace some of our old windows). Thank you so much!

    We couldnt be happier with our project using LaPelusa! Brian and his team were really outstanding. Brian is professional and he laid out the work that would be done. Everything happened exactly as he said it would. If he said his guys would show up at 7:00, they were there! The product, carpenters, electricians and mason were all great! Would definitely use them again!

    My spouse and I are very pleased with our new Pella windows and the job Steve and his team did installing them. I’ve had work done by my share of contractors, and the people La Pelusa are hands down, the most professional I’ve dealt with yet. Everyone was absolutely buttoned up on health and safety measures (masks all the way up). To top it off, they even left the house clean.One specific positive note on the product itself as well. It was an informed guess whether the lower profile Pella Lifestyle windows would look right next to the vintage woodwork from the interior. It’s hardly noticeable, except that they’re amazingly clear and, of course, they aren’t falling apart like the old windows were. The low profile design did achieve my top goal of not making the visible opening any smaller at all. It’s literally 1:1 in that regard.Its been noticeably quieter and cooler this summer since the upgrade as well. Im actually exited for winter, knowing it make an even bigger difference in terms of comfort.Many thanks to Brian for taking the time and working with us to ensure we got what we’d be happy with.

    Outstanding... We had Anderson, and several other companies install windows in our home due to poor initial quality construction. Brian and his team far out performed any of the previous companies. They communicated well in when there would be here, what they would do, covered all the floors, set up wind breaks (they just installed 4 windows in 36 degree weather in our home), and did a great job of cleaning up when they left. The windows are well caulked, sealed, and installed. I would recommend LaPelusa in a heart beat. They even took a Zoom call with our condo neighbors to answer all our questions, and gave us amazing insight into Anderson Windows vs Pella, and were honest and open. 5 Stars. Outstanding.
