    I am so glad to have had the expertise, skills, and knowledge of Brad for correctly installing my new over-the-range microwave in my kitchen. The microwave was supposed to be installed about a month ago by the company it was purchased from. However, their company installer damaged the drywall behind the microwave, making it impossible to attach the microwave to the drywall.Brad did an outstanding job of patching and repairing the drywall, and completing the actual installation of the microwave to the drywall, all in the same day. He was professional, pleasant, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He made sure the work area was clean before he left. I highly recommend Brad for your handyman needs.

    I needed a stove, microwave and dishwasher installed. I was blessed enough to have Brad as my installer. My appointment time was 8:00 and he was right on time. Brad has great customer service and a wonderful personality. He is very knowledgeable about his job which is rare these days when you hire someone off a goggle search. Rachel who set up the appointment is a sweetheart. She called me back over a misunderstanding when I was trying to find someone to do my instalation. Rachel is the reason I decided to go with Ace Handyman Services. At first I was told by they did not work in the Niceville area. When Rachel heard this she went back found my number and apologize for the mistake. She is so sweet and kind. Rachel gave me the price over the phone how long it would take and said they would even send a picture of the installer so I would know who would be knocking on my door. With all the scammers these days thats a brilliant idea. I will definitely be calling in the future when I need someone who is professional, knowledgeable, hard working, and personable. Thank you Brad for a job well done!

    Nick installed a front door for us a couple of weeks ago,and did an excellent job. Because of the extreme hot temperatures, there was some settling that made the deadbolt a little sticky when trying to lock them. Nick came back out and fixed the issue, and now everything is smooth. Both times Nick has come out, hes been nice, professional, and knowledgeable of the work. I would highly recommend him for any of your home repair needs.

    I highly recommend Ace Handyman Services. Their representative, Michael, arrived at my home for an inspection and estimate within hours after my initial call to set up an appointment. His honest and thorough evaluation and careful explanation of the necessary process to resolve my challenges with 100 year old window frames was both informative and appreciated. Although. Ace Handyman Services was unable to take on this particular project, Michael offered to do some research and try to help me find someone who could.I will definitely call Ace again.

    Eduardo did a great job. He installed a vent in our garage, so we can use a portable air conditioner. He put it where it wouldnt stand out. He just asked me where to put it and worked on his own. Very insightful, and love the finished product!

    I saw they did gutter cleaning, but being a recently widowed young senior I needed someone that could get up on my roof and blow off the leaves, limbs, and residue that fell from the oak trees in front. That stuff is destructive, and with my age and medical issues I was terrified I would have to do it myself. I called Ace Handyman Services and they were as great as the people in the stores. Very helpful and able to do what I needed. They sent their head man that can do it all to do the work. I cant praise him enough. He was on time, very well identified, and best of all very nice and helpful. He did a great job and cleaned up fantastically. I was amazed. I was so very happy. He gave me his card and said he would be happy to help me with whatever I needed. He let me know what his experience was in and I thought awesome, a man of all trades. It was perfect. He even made sure my truck was blown off too. I would hire him again in a second when I need something again. Ace sure is the place. I went into the store for my first time as a widow. I thought this will be great for things I need quick. They have more than they look like they do. Some things that you dont even see other places. I am a very happy customer. I will use again.     We were blessed to find Ace Handyman services. Rachel was wonderful with scheduling the right handyman for our jobs. Daniel was a great worker. He arrived on time,was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, had a great attitude about every job we asked him to do and he treated our property with respect. He installed microwave, dishwasher, fans and lights, quarterround moulding, cabinet moulding, painted ext trim and repaired roof boot. I would definitely use him again and the service.

    I planned to have them do a deck repair and rebuild. They kept me informed of progress, and were very good at communicating what they found. Unfortunately, they uncovered a nest of live termites, so I had them complete the demolition. I was happy they were able to remove and take away all the damaged deck wood. That completed their involvement in the project. I was very satisfied with their work.

    I recently had the pleasure of using Ace Handyman Services to fix a few things around the house as well as around the pool, and in the garden for an installation of a heavy fountain.I was very happy with the work that was done. The Handymen fixed the problems that I had quickly and efficiently.     Brian was great. He performed all the repairs and work that we had discussed. He also went above and beyond and made repairs that improved and fixed issues that we hadnt noticed. We will be using Ace Handyman Services again and are already making a list of future repairs and fixes. Would love to have Brian return for that job.

    Brian was professional and attentive to making sure all details where completed as requested. My only concern is how labor is allocated for larger projects. This job required head carpenter and assistant. With an assistant this job could have been completed 5 hrs earlier than it took. Therefore I inccured $450 extra labor for the project. I base this on paying the helper $75 hour. Having spent time in commercial and residential estimating in the past, I believe the numbers are viable. Need to work on that in the future.

    If I could give 100 stars, I would! I recently purchased a condo in the Fort Walton Beach area that needed lots of updates. Ace Handyman Services was recommended to me to help with all my projects. I am so thankful to have found this company, and am especially grateful to have found Brad Divel! He is absolutely amazing!! He does amazing quality work and is very trustworthy with an awesome work ethic.     Ace Handyman responded right away, I got an estimate the same day. I was kept informed of his travel progress. The handyman, Brian, arrived on time and went right to work. Unfortunately the underlying damage was greater than was obvious initially. I wasnt charged for anything that wasnt done. Brian is helping me find someone with the ability to handle the more complicated tasks.Our housekeeper was here when Brian was cleaning up from his work, she stated she had never seen anyone do such a good job.

    Over the last several months, Ive used Ace Handyman Services for several of my own properties and for several of my clients homes. Repairs have ranged from drywall patching and texturing, to rehanging closet hardware, to repairing exterior doors and thresholds etc. Ace Handyman Services is not the cheapest, Ill go ahead and tell you that - however THE VALUE RECEIVED IS FANTASTIC because Im able to relax knowing the job is actually going to get done on time and I can rest assured that if by some chance Im not satisfied, Ace has my trust and confidence that they will correct it.     First person sent out was brand new to the area and the job. He had no experience in popcorn ceilings. His expertise was in carpentry work. He did some work but was very short on tools he needed for this job. After 2 days, switched to another tech that was very experienced and had all the necessary tools to do just about any home repair work. Basically, the first 2 days were wasted then everything got going on the 3rd day and finished up late on the 4th day. He looked really tired & burned out from other jobs earlier in the day in my opinion, but he still pushed on & got the job done. I hope there were some significant lessons learned at my expense. Ensuring people that you dispatch are EXPERIENCED and properly tooled for the job they are dispatched to. Final product by the 2nd person was excellent and very capable of doing very good work. I would still refer them, and I would call them again for 2nd chance.

    I had two sliding glass doors. One company came out and gave me a price of almost $1400 to repair them. Brian from Ace Handyman was able to replace the rollers and get them both working fine for about 25% of that price. Needless to say, I will be calling Ace Handyman again when I need repairs.

Responsive customer service reps, professional work, and constant updates that even include expected time of arrival and introductions prior to arrival that helped ensure safety. Logan arrived on time, was absolutely professional the entire day and painted the trim around my home and installed a new plate against the wall for a showerhead. His work ethic was admirable and the result of that work, especially while contending with the heat of the day, was better than I could have hoped for. To have what I requested done in one day by just one person for the price and the quality I received makes them my first contact for future needs.
