I urgently contacted Dan after discovering a pin-hole leak in our basement copper pipe and he came out within an hour to not only replace a section of pipe, but do some other quick repairs we noticed. He did an excellent job and is knowledgable & explains everything. Ive since requested some estimates from him for other work & he is very responsive, reasonable, & walked me thru all that would be needed for each job.

Dan was able to squeeze us in to look at a leaking water heater. He was honest and upfront, informing us that the tank needed replaced. He managed to order a new tank, components the same day and came back later that day to complete the job. Without hassle, we now have a functioning system without leaks. Dan’s customer service and professionalism is unmatched. Very pleased with the quality of work and responsiveness. Highly recommend!

I’m out visiting my Mom from CA. We had a leak under the kitchen sink and needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. Called Dan after 5pm on a Sat. and he was able to come right over and fix the problem. He was very nice, friendly, professional and clean! I would highly recommend Newtown Plumbing.
